Ce condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains est situé au rez-de-chaussée de The Summit dans l'exclusif Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il propose 2 chambres king size, les deux ayant leur propre salle de bain complète, 2 lits queen size, une salle de bain complète supplémentaire avec une baignoire de jardin et un canapé-lit gigogne. Il comprend également une cuisine, un coin repas, un salon et 2 tables d'extérieur, pouvant accueillir un total de 8 personnes. Le studio est inclus avec les 2 lits queen mentionnés précédemment, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes et la salle de bain, avec la baignoire jardin. Le studio et l'unité de 2 chambres ont un accès extérieur à quelques pas de la piscine, de l'espace barbecue et du bain à remous avec la plage et une piscine supplémentaire et une zone de concession à quelques minutes (peut-être 5 minutes) à pied. Et si la marche n'est pas votre truc, ce magnifique condo offre également un service de tramway gratuit. Perfect place to stay!

This is our second time staying in rooms 109-109a and just like last time, it was perfect! We had a (family) group of 9. We had plenty of room, the pool and grill were steps away from our back door and the beautiful beach was just a short walk.

Absolutely loved it!!!

This place was so nice! Short walk to the beach, pool pretty much right outside the patio door, very spacious and the most comfortable beds ever! It was clean and well stocked! Great place to stay with kids! Will definitely return!

Great Spring Break Stay

We were in the middle of March for Spring Break. The weather could have been a little warmer, but the unit was great and the owners were very receptive to emails and answering questions. Would love to stay here again.

Great place!

This was our 4th time staying at Tops'l. We absolutely loved the ground floor unit with the extra "apartment" side. The unit was very clean and spacious for our large family. The pool is steps away which is very convenient if you have kiddos. Great place!

Wonderful!

We totally enjoyed the place! Nicely decorated. Near lots of shopping centers and grocery stores. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk. The pool and grill is in their backyard so it made dinner and entertainment of kiddos so easy.

Beach Retreat

Great stay at Topsil. It’s close to everything but far enough away from busy downtown. The place was lovely the only drawback is that one of the bedrooms is next to the elevator and carts. If you are a light sleeper it’s rough but the place is lovely.

Great ground floor unit for family

We’ve stayed her before and will likely keep coming back. Very clean and convenient first floor unit with easy access to pool and outdoor area. Ideal for family groups. Kinda wish they’d kept the sleeper sofa but the two double beds in the third bedroom accommodates everyone. Nice updated kitchen.

Wow! What a great place for a great time!

What an amazing condo!!! We were so lucky to have this place. It is only 20 feet away from the pool gate! It is literally the closest unit in the entire resort to a pool. Wow. The condo itself was very nice also. Beds were so comfy. I give this place an A+++

Great time and great place to stay

Property location was really excellent with first floor access, pool a few steps away and beach in easy walking distance. Property manager was very nice and quick to respond when contacted. Condo was very clean and spacious except for the kitchen which was a bit small. The only minor downside was proximity to elevators which created noticeable noise at times .Overall I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Great condo

The location, size, cleanliness of this condo is great. Our kids spent a lot of time at the pool (double red flags during our stay), which was literally right outside the doors to the condo. This was so convenient for us. Additionally, there is a putt putt course and basketball goal on site, so our teens found this to be a fun activity as well. Also communication with the owner was easy! We highly recommend and will be returning.

PERFECT

WE LOVE STAYING HERE! It fits our needs perfectly. The pool, hot tub, and gas grills are steps away. The walk to the beach is easy. We love being on the ground floor and not having to deal with elevators. We have 3 grown children (all married) and 2 grandchildren. This was our 2nd year to stay in this condo and we already plan to book it again for next year! You won't be disappointed :)

Beautiful Condo

The kitchen and living area has been updated from what the pictures show. Beautiful update! The only really downside is the location of the condo. It was just a few steps from the pool which was great! But from the entrance door, it is right next to the elevators and luggage carts. The noise really echos when people are gathered there and coming in late at night. We were in the master suite and didn’t hear the noise but son and daughter-in-law in front bedroom heard everything.

Best place we have stayed since we started coming down to Florida years ago

We stayed in room 109 with attached studio. Our room was perfect! The king beds were memory foam, all non-stick cookware, a pool just beyond the sliding glass doors (which was never crowded), bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. Our teenage boys loved the studio part of the room (also known as 109A). Both boys had a queen size bed, a sitting area, their own mini fridge and microwave. We are use to staying ocean front, but this room did not seem to be much of a difference in the walk when we had stayed ocean from. If your looking for a place to stay with lots of room/space, then I would recommend 109. We have 7 in our family and we had plenty of room for everyone. The Holcombe's

Won’t be back.

Owner was nice, but the property is old and hot. A/c wasn’t working properly so it was hot and no one could sleep, the a/c guy told us it was 30 years old and it should of been replaced by now. A/c was causing a leak and we had to keep sweeping plaster off the floor from it falling on us. Toilet was wiggling and wasn’t bolted down. Electrical outlets were falling out or didn’t work and are not run properly in the one bed room. The a/c guy showed up on the second to last day and we showed him the problems and he just shook his head at how bad the stuff was. Refrigerator didn’t work when we first arrived and we were not aware til hours later and had to throw away $40 in food and we’re not offered compensation. When we go to the beach. The staff was rude and pushing people to different parts of the beach with security, ( we weren’t the only one) people were upset. I have stayed at Tospl 3 times now and have never had such a bad experience with the room and beach service. We will be looking for another resort new year.

Nice and convenient

We have stayed in this building more than once but our first time in this unit. Although it was not spotless (gum smeared on folded extra blanket in room and 2 rugs in primary ensuite bathroom were dirty and appeared to have blood drops), it was nice. First floor was a convenience for my elderly parents who have difficulty walking. Close proximity to the pool was very nice. Responsiveness and communication was fast. Overall would stay in this unit again.

Take me to the Beach ⛱️

We love this property. This is our second time staying here and it is perfect for a large group when you rent the studio side too. Location is the best 🥰 just steps away from the grill/pool and a short walk to the beach. We'll definitely be back again!
