Profitez des vues fantastiques du 45 ft balcon de notre 11e étage, 1600 pieds carrés, unité de coin de 3 chambres. Nous offrons fibre optique haute vitesse Internet (Wi-Fi), centre de fitness, des courts de tennis, terrain de basket, jeu de palets, grillades en plein air, un bain à remous et 2 piscines (adultes et enfants) pour nos clients de profiter. L'intérieur de notre condo, toutes les chambres ont plafonds de 9 pieds avec portes coulissantes en verre à l'immense balcon. Famille et enfants amicale. Grands magasins à proximité, des restaurants et des supermarchés. Le site restaurant, spa, salon de beauté et de remise en forme.

Savourez les vues impressionnantes de la plage de sable blanc de sucre et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe au sud, et Choctawhatchee Bay et le parcours de golf Seascape joliment aménagé au nord.

Surfside offre 24 heures de sécurité, un parking couvert, et une immense piscine chauffée.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et un grand bain de maßtre avec une baignoire / douche. La deuxiÚme chambre est meublée avec deux nouveaux lits de marque doubles et propose une salle de bains complÚte avec douche.

La troisiÚme chambre est en fait un lock-out et offre beaucoup d'intimité. Cette suite d'une chambre est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, et il offre deux lits doubles, une salle de bain avec une douche, et un balcon séparé donnant sur le golf Seascape Resort et Choctawhatchee Bay.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris les ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetiÚre, grille-pain, mixeur, ainsi que d'une salle à manger. Il suffit d'apporter quelques éléments essentiels alimentaires et faites comme chez vous!

La terrasse de la piscine à Surfside dispose d'une immense piscine chauffée, piscine pour enfants, bain à remous, sauna et douches pour votre commodité. Les services de Surfside comprennent également un jeu de sport avec des courts de tennis ainsi que d'une zone de basket-ball et volley-ball. De piscines il ya un accÚs à la plage sans route à traverser.

Great location and plenty of room!

Surfside Resort is just across the road from the gulf. The water is gorgeous so plan ahead and bring your beach chairs. (The unit provides a couple of them.). The balcony of our unit provided a views towards both the beach and the bay. So lovely at night. Our unit was roomy for 9 people. If you come in the summer, Destin is crazy crowded. You might want to eat at the restaurant at the condo. There is a breakfast place within a block from the condos. However, the full kitchen offers the opportunity to cook inside, if you wish.(There are large roller carts to help you get your luggage inside from your car.)

Very Clean!

We enjoyed our stay! A little confusion about checking in early, but Charlie got us in quickly. The unit is outdated, but I don’t mind because I’m there for the beach, not the room. The tv in the room off to itself didn’t work because it appeared the outlet was bad. It was very clean upon arrival. Easy walk to the beach! I would stay here again!

Family vacation

Very outdated. Minimal and very cheap supplies provided (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). Ice dispenser chute covered in mold and mildew. Carpet not clean. Tub drains slowly when showering. Maybe this is the norm for the area, but we had higher expectations for the cost.

Great stay! The condo was so bright and beachy and had everything we needed! Nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards as well as beach towels! The property was safe with codes to get into the building. The view was incredible from the porch and we would stay again !

It was very nice and loved that we didnt have to drive to the beach or walk across the traffic. The rooms were great and clean and spacious. The only complaint i have is that the hot tubs were not working out by the pools and that was one reason we chose this location and were not told this.

Cute place, a little outdated decor. And checked in on Saturday evening, front desk closed?.. so we couldn’t get parking passes til Monday.. worried about cars til then. But overall the condo itself was great.. clean, had everything we needed. Beach condo workers fussed at me about having an oversized umbrella that has “arms” that come down to fill with sand.. they wouldn’t let me put sand in them. But luckily the wind never took my umbrella out of the sand. Great location for condo. We had a great time.

HOT rental

The air conditioning was not working for the first 3 days. The temperature never got below 78 degrees in the condo. I reached out to the owners and maintenance 2 or 3 times regarding the A/C and there were no wash cloths or hand towels available. The unit is extremely outdated. The sliding shower doors kept coming off tract or would not slide at all. And the hot water came in and out while showering. You cannot access the beach from this building without walking across the catwalk and down 2 stories of steps or thru a gate at the road without a passcode after 8a.m. Once we arrived there was broken glass on the balcony which makes me wonder with carpet in the unit how clean the unit actually was. The condo was larger enough for the family thats was a positive! If the unit was undated (flooring- beds- appliances- fixtures etc..) it would have been worth the price we paid. Otherwise---no.

The Condo was a great size for my family. Just an issue with the rolling closet doors, no big deal. The beach was a little over crowded.

Televisions in the rooms just were a video cassette usable chairs and table full of rust and not usable couches and sheets dirty. Needs to deep clean and upgrade furniture and it will be a great room

Great Location

Not enough elevators for suche a large condominium and one was down only leaving 1 small elevator. Condo could have been a little cleaner, actually found some pills in one of the rooms on the floor. Condo needs some updating but overall was a nice room. Just think the building could be better.

Wonderful beach, white sand, great weather virtually year round, great for families with lots to do, fantastic shopping and restaurants, good investment value.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Great affordable restaurants, with many specialty restaurants, friendly to children, many with spectacular views of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Golf for all variety of players, some championship and others for the normal hacker, but all enjoyable and affordable with very little wait time. Many good tennis players in the area. Best fishing in the South with a reputation for wonderful catches.
