Les clients sont sûrs de profiter de vacances inoubliables dans cette maison entièrement meublée, 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain privée située sur 1 acre de terrain. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec salle de bains, chambre d'hôtes 1 a un lit queen size, chambre d'hôtes 2 a un lit double, chambre d'hôtes 3 a 2 lits (mais peut accueillir un matelas d'air queen et un lit simple matelas d'air), et la chambre d'amis 5 est au niveau inférieur avec un lit queen size. Les 4 premières chambres sont à l'étage principal de la maison. Le niveau inférieur a une salle familiale, salle de bain complète, chambre séparée et peut également accueillir quelques matelas d'air. Il y a un pont arrière qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison et donne sur une pelouse magnifiquement paysagée avec étang Koi. Nous avons des jumeaux de 2 ans, donc si vous avez de jeunes enfants, nous pouvons laisser les jouets pour votre usage (nous avons aussi 2 chaises hautes, sièges de jeunes, etc. si nécessaire).
La maison est à proximité de l'aéroport, des restaurants, centre commercial, cinéma et magasins.

Very comfortable, quiet, and well provisioned home that can accommodate large family/multi-generations. Single floor plan great for the older folks. Outdoor living space is really great, as well as newly finished basement. Kitchen has everything you’ll need for meal prep. Fully appreciated the decaf beans!House was very clean with plenty of towels and good bedding. Lots of seating in the common areas. We had a very relaxing stay with a party of 10. Super convenient to groceries, Cornell campus, and Ithaca in general.Host was very communicative and helpful.

The property was modern, clean, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous. A couple of people in our group remarked that they wanted to buy the property! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect t family home for our group

Wonderful home, well stocked with lots of space for everyone to have have their own place to do their own thing. Wonderful grassy areas for us to play badminton, bocce ball, croquet. Great location for hiking, dining out, kayaking, etc. and everything worked. Terrific vacation home.

Perfect Weekend!

Everything about our stay in Kristin’s VRBO listing was just incredible. From the warm welcome from her, to the cleanliness and little details of everything we could have needed or wanted from the rental was thought of and prepared for. Perfect getaway

Lots of games for kids and an area for them to play. A gorgeous deck and backyard space with a fire pit, koi pond, and large hangout space. A wonderful place to have a reunion with family and friends!

Wonderful place for family!

Lovely house with plenty of room for a large family. We were in Ithaca for a wedding and used the house as our base. House was beautifully kept with lots of spaces for sitting together to catch up over meals and drinks. Rooms were all well decorated and in excellent condition. We want to thank Kristin and Peter for sharing their home.

Hospitality at its Best

This house is gorgeous, the basement can only be described as the epitome of ideal for kids, and the grounds were beautiful and functional. The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming, and as a host myself, I learned what a top-notch rental experience is like. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole package.

Ithaca Graduation Weekend

What a fabulous experience! Property was as advertised and perfect for our family group of 10! The back porch was so inviting and perfect for an after graduation barbecue. Every touch in the house was perfectly done and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at this property that it is a home run!!

Family visit

Our family stayed here while visiting relatives in Ithaca and thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the property. It had something for everyone -- toys and video games for kids, a beautiful deck / backyard / fire pit for the adults, and the entire property was clean, functional, and welcoming. Kristin included some extra gestures (s'mores, asking and leaving out a high chair) of hospitality. There were no complaints. We hope to return for future visits.

Family visit to Ithaca

Very nice property with excellent amenities. The house is spacious and has a wonderful deck and fire pit. Wonderful kitchen and Many places to sit and relax. We had a large group (9 people) and used all of the bedrooms and beds. Our only issue was that the down stairs bedroom was not nearly as nice as the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs was a little cold and damp.

Thank you for your candid feedback. To be honest, we are caught a bit off guard. The lower level is exactly as pictured in the listing and we have never received a complaint about our decorating or a stay before now. Additionally, you did not communicate any issues with temperature to us during your stay. It’s unfortunate that you did not let us know so that we could have attempted to rectify the situation in some way while you were here. I can assure you that we would have bent over backwards to accommodate you (instructing you to close vents, plug in the dehumidifier, get space heaters, etc).
