Experience all Ithaca has to offer in our beautifully maintained house right off the river and enjoy the running/bike path!
Relax in the hot tub over looking these great views. Grill out and enjoy the fire-pit outside with friends and family.

Please note this home is a completely private home! We offer the house as a 4 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 2 bedroom to accommodate all family sizes during certain seasons. When renting out the larger room options you will get access codes to easily enter the bedrooms.

We have free parking lots across the street from the house for our guest to park their vehicles during their stay.

The house and location was ideal for my group. We were a group of college friends having a reunion and we enjoyed the house, the large kitchen as well as the hot tub.

Annual Easter trip

House was nice and clean, Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great for our Easter brunch. Perfect for the seven of us.

Great house located on the bike trail and river. It was fun watching the teams practice especially the dragon boat teams. Was walking distance to restaurants and bars with easy cross walks. Close to the state parks and wineries.

Swim meet stay

This place was perfect, it was a group of moms with our teenage boys, staying for a swim meet at IC. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and so helpful. I loved the location and house!

Wonderful stay near downtown Ithaca!

We stayed here for two nights over a September weekend. Lovely stay! There was plenty of parking across the street on some overlooks near the river. The check-in process was easy, and the home was well appointed. Beds and linens were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Property had good parking for several cars, easy to use pin pad for coming and going, and had great kitchen, living, and outdoor spaces to gather a large group that the property can accommodate. Host was clear, attentive, and responsive. Would book again if back.

Lovely house

We stayed at this property for a reunion with our Canadian family members. The house had erythi everything we needed and was lovely. Although it rained and was cold most of the weekend, we were able to use the backyard firepit in between rain drops. We had a wonderful time.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 7. The living room furniture was very comfortable and a great place for us to all relax after a busy day. The kitchen was well stocked and included essentials like coffee, sugar, garbage bags and paper towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also provided, which was a plus. The location was incredibly convenient. Near Cornell, restaurants, and state parks. Hot tub was a bonus for the kids!

Bachelorette Weekend

We came here for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. Loved the place, very clean and a good space for large groups. Honestly, loved the water pressure. We ended up locking ourselves out by accident and Erik was quick to figure out how to get us back in which was so appreciated since we were in a bit of hurry at the time.

Location was excellent for access to many of the area’s natural wonders including Ithaca falls and Watkins Glenn. The riverfront property was very close to downtown Ithaca, making runs in for dinner a breeze. A bit of a hike, but we walked to the wegmans supermarket across the river. So shopping was convenient too!House was clean and everything was functional. Diane was very prompt in answering any questions. Riverfront property was nice: waking up to see crew boats from the local college practicing.

The house was freshly cleaned when I arrived. Kitchen had all the tools we needed and the flow of the home was well suited for a group of 8. The beds were very comfortable. Although it wasn't needed for my stay, there are window units for AC and baseboard heaters for the house. The guys all got in the hot tub and had a great time. Parking is across the street. It is ample but may take you a few trips to get everything inside. The hosts were extremely accommodating and we had a wonderful stay!

Remote Workers

Hosts communicated with us in a timely manner. They also shared lots of suggestions on the local restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed having separate work areas with views of the water. The hot tub was a nice addition. Note: Parking was across the street.. the local traffic was busy during the week.

Excellent Volleyball reunion for IC

WE loved the place & all of us agreed we would stay at the house again if we come back to visit. Clean very accessible. Allowed us to socialize & catch up with our old college friends and it was the prefect setting. Great views out the window of both IC & Cornell. Great to walk along the canal in the mornings & see crew teams. We Thank Diane for making this so welcoming and easy to get in and out. Next time we will take time to use the jacuzzi & fire pit more. Thank you for making a place like home!!!
