Bienvenue dans notre maison de location Ă  Hilton Head Island!☀ Notre maison peut accueillir 11 personnes dans des lits et dispose de 5 chambres avec 2 lits king, 2 lits queen et 3 lits jumeaux XL. Pack and Play et chaise haute fournis Ă  la maison. La maison a 3 1/2 salles de bains.

Notre maison est magnifiquement située sur une voie navigable lagon qui fournit un endroit paisible pour savourer votre café du matin sur la grande terrasse tout en regardant les oiseaux tropicaux et les alligators.

Maison idéale pour les familles, les golfeurs et les locataires saisonniers à court terme.

This property was perfect for my large family. We really liked the set-up of the house and loved having the porch overlooking the lagoon. The house is well stocked and it was nice having all the items you need for the beach in the garage so that we didn’t have to pack as much. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits. Communication was also great with fast responses.

Excellent location as we hosted a total of 10 family members (6 adults & 4 children), always great to find 3 full bathrooms! There was plenty of space to lounge around all together or separate, games available and a formal dining room chaired for 8 plus a high chair. We never made use of all of the amenities, the whirlpool bathtub sadly. The pool was a very short walk and the canal behind the back yard was serene, even with three alligators checking us out at times! We never ran out of hot water and we used the laundry machines several times plus the dishwasher! Parking is challenging only when I had to bring in my over-sized, dual-wheeled pickup truck for a couple of days. The garage is perfect for two small vehicles and you may have to arrange bicycles, etc. to do that but we were able to park two more vehicles in the driveway too. Going to the grocery store was easy, Publix and Walgreen's are just outside the gate. We ate at Coast the first evening, excellent! I also dined at Giuseppe's too. Other family members enjoyed a couple of other places, their names evade me but were good. I hope that we're lucky to book this place on a return trip!

Lots of wildlife to be watched! The parking in the driveway and garage can be like a puzzle but we are usually able to park our 4 vehicles, one a Yukon XL. My family with grands and great grands enjoyed the family focused house. It is well stocked and lots of thoughtful items available such as flash lights and doggie bags. We enjoyed sitting around and using the fire pit too. Beds and pillows were superb. Loved the location too within Sea Pines. The four bikes were used and enjoyed. Owner is personable and flexible. Great views from the deck . Highly recommend .

A Beautiful Relaxing Place

This house was spacious and comfortable. The area is beautiful! It had everything we needed and the owner is wonderful! We had 9 adults and a baby and we all had our own space. I highly recommend this place for a vacation.

Great Place to Stay

If you are looking for a great house to stay with your family or even more than one family this house is perfect. It is clean and neat and in a great location. We will be back! The home owners are great to work with and respond quickly to any questions.

Great location

Thank you for your review and are so happy that you inquired about staying with us again in the future! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and loved the view! I wish you would have called about the master shower as it is just a tricky handle and you do not spin it to turn it on, you have to pull the handle out then spin the handle to adjust the temperature. It is different than the other two showers in the home. Sorry you had difficulties with that, and I am available 24/7 for my renters to answer questions and am able to resolve maintenance issues quickly.

Golf weekend

Excellent stay. Perfect location near the golf courses in Sea pines. Wendy was very accommodating and ensured our stay with both check in and check out was as easy as possible. Beautiful home that was well stocked with cooking utensils and great view from the back porch.

I have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island since I was 2 years old, and Sea Pines holds a special place in my heart because my husband and I got engaged at the lighthouse! We now have 4 children ranging in age from 12 years to 23 years old and still vacation there several times every year! We have stayed in many rental homes throughout the years and have been searching for our ideal home for the past several years. We feel this home provides easy access to all of the wonderful amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. We LOVE to ride our bikes every morning on the safe bike trails throughout the plantation and island and the home has 4 bikes included for your use. We also provide 8 beach chairs and lots of beach toys to keep your packing needs to a minimum. Our home is walking distance to the community pool and tennis courts, walk to Lawton Stables to feed the horses and other animals. Our home is a short 2-mile bike or car ride to Harbor Town or to the Beach Club beach access and close to the Forest Preserve for nature walks and fishing plus so much more!
