Juste à cÎté du 5e trou du célÚbre parcours de golf de Harbour Town, cette magnifique et spacieuse maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains dispose de grands espaces ouverts, d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et d'une cour arriÚre accueillante avec une grande piscine, un bain à remous et de nombreux siÚges à l'extérieur. Un cadre trÚs privé avec un ruisseau juste derriÚre la maison.

Ayant subi quelques amĂ©liorations majeures, cette maison dispose d'une toute nouvelle salle de bain grand maĂźtre entiĂšrement accessible aux handicapĂ©s. Les nouvelles rĂ©novations comprennent une toute nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs et des armoires accessibles aux handicapĂ©s et un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert dans le salon. Les deux salles de bains d'hĂŽtes ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©es ainsi que de nouveaux meubles dans le salon. L'endroit est clair et aĂ©rĂ©. Les caractĂ©ristiques magnifiques de la salle de bain principale en font un ajout luxueux. L'ancienne salle de bain a Ă©tĂ© transformĂ©e en un grand dressing. Une nouvelle quatriĂšme chambre peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e dans une taniĂšre ou une chambre d'amis pour une grande flexibilitĂ©.

La grande grande salle est ouverte sur la cuisine et la salle à manger et donne sur la piscine et le patio. La chambre principale et une chambre d'hÎtes ont des lits king size tandis que la troisiÚme chambre a un lit queen et un lit gigogne double. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée pour une merveilleuse intimité. Il y a maintenant de toutes nouvelles portes coulissantes du salon à la piscine.

La maison est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  vĂ©lo de la plage ou les clients peuvent conduire et se garer au magnifique club de plage de Sea Pines oĂč vous pourrez dĂ©guster des repas dĂ©contractĂ©s, de l'artisanat, des sports nautiques et une magnifique plage. Ou restez Ă  la maison et profitez de la piscine rafraĂźchissante et du spa. Ou faites du vĂ©lo Ă  une courte distance du cĂ©lĂšbre bassin de yacht de Harbourtown oĂč vous pouvez grimper au phare ou faire du shopping et profiter de la vue.

La batterie est un cul-de-sac tranquille oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre et profiter d'une belle maison et de merveilleuses vacances.

37 Battery Road was the perfect home for our relaxing family vacation. The home was not only beautiful but well equipped and private. We spent each afternoon in the pool and enjoyed the deer visiting the yard. We would definitely rent the home again!

Fantastic family vacay!

My family of 5 with three adult children (25+) thoroughly enjoyed our visit and stay in Hilton Head! The property was better than advertised and we had the few minor concerns addressed immediately. We will definitely consider this one of our vacation go-tos in the future! Thanks BeachBum Properties....you ROCK!

Nice house

We stayed with family and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a few issues with the hot tub heating, but got it worked out with the management company. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice Home in Sea Pines

The home is spacious with plenty of room for all guests. The interior layout is functional with a good flow. The home’s location allows for a good access to all of Sea Pines’ activities. The property was very clean. The jacuzzi worked well and allowed for all to be outdoors. The backyard patio-pool-bbq is spacious and useful for all kinds of activities.

Nice and quiet in the middle Greenwood Forest

This house was nice and quiet in the middle Greenwood Forest. We enjoyed using the pool with our adult children. It was nice having a split floor plan so that the children had their own area of the house. It was a short 10 minute bike ride to Harbor Town, South Beach, or the Beach Club from this location. The house was updated and looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or baking. We used the large dining room for meals as well as the outdoor patio table for the six of us.

Great house

We had a great vacation on Hilton Head Island. This was our 2nd time here, first time in Sea Pines. The house was perfect for our large group. Loved having 3 full bathrooms! Jim/Margot the property managers were quick to respond to our questions. One note, to heat the hot tub and pool require advance notice. There is a $50/day charge to heat the hot tub and if you want to heat the pool it’s $100/day. The public access beach is a short bike ride away. Great for morning bike rides on the beach when it’s low tide. We mostly used the beach at the Sea Pines Beach club. Parking there was tricky as spaces are limited. It required a bit of pre planning each day but we made it work. The Beach Club was a 10 minute bike ride from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size, well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The dining areas were big enough for us all to sit down together. The drive way fit 4 nice size cars comfortably. The outdoor shower was great, and we enjoyed the hot tub each day. The pool was nice to look at but too cold for us to swim comfortably. All in all, very nice house and I would recommend it to anyone for their vacation.

3rd visit to Hilton Head .this property is perfect just as the listing says . Master shower is tight for shower chair however we did manage . Low counters and bathroom worked perfect for my wife in wheelchair . A+++

Wonderful property

Great property location. Had everything we needed for thanksgiving dinner prep. Also, the extra bedroom with couch and TV was a definite plus for teenagers. We would stay there again.

Great getaway

Wonderful Experience

This was our first time using VRBO and we won't hesitate to use it again next year for our family vacation! The house was absolutely perfect, exactly as described, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Since this was our first time with VRBO, we had several questions, and Margot was great about answering them all quickly . Overall just a wonderful experince.

We loved this property. It was clean and when we needed to contact the property manager, they answered very quickly. One of our party is in a wheelchair. The only issue had there was the master shower entrance. The doorway was too narrow to get the chair through. Also the lip at the bottom was concerning because it could have been damaged if the chair went over it. Overall this was a beautiful place that we will consider if we return to Hilton Head Island.

good experience - great location

The layout of the property was great for us and our adult children. The level entry to the house and patio were helpful for those with mobility issues. We really appreciated the labels on the light switches (and other labels). The kitchen was very well stocked and labeled and had a good design. Property management responded promptly when we requested fire ants to be treated on the patio. Overall a good experience and we would recommend this house

Exceptional Property

We loved this house! It was perfect for our group with kids ranging from 10-18. Great location! Short bike ride to anyplace in Sea Pines. Quiet neighborhood. The house and kitchen are well appointed. Easy check in and hosts are very responsive! Highly recommend!

Great for family and friends

We travel annually with a group of 3 friends and our teenage son and found this house to be ideal with the extra bedrooms and bathrooms. It was fairly wheelchair accessible. The only issue is getting a shower chair over the lip in the shower, but my son and I managed to get my husband up and over it. The bed height was perfect and he had no other accessibility issues in the house. We all enjoyed the pool and back patio!

Spacious Home

Great house! All one level. Very spacious and perfect set up for our group of 4 friends plus 6 kids (ages 3,3,3,8,9,11). We fit 3 pack-n-plays in the Master bedroom with plenty of space to move around. Had 2 adults in the king bedroom and an adult and 2 kids in the other bedroom. We used the 4th “bedroom” as a kids’ TV room, but it’s plenty big to use as a sleeping area. The kitchen is well stocked and laundry room is nice. The pool was warm enough for the kids to play without needing to heat it in October, but we did have a sunny week. There were a couple of loose bricks on the pool deck that were tended to within a couple hours of texting. Sea Pines Beach Club is a 6 minute drive, which is where we chose to enjoy the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

One of our favorites

We have been coming to Sea Pines for years. We were so pleased to find this property. It is now one of our favorite all time rentals! It was clean and updated and had everything we wanted or needed. Location was perfect to easily access both South Beach and Harbourtown. Communication with property management was excellent and timely. Thank you, again, for sharing this wonderful home.
