Bienvenue sur notre Penthouse Island Tour!

Cette chambre 4, 4 salles de bains unité Ouest Penthouse offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe, West Beach et Little Lagoon.

Unité 2602 est situé au 26Úme étage et dispose d'un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec 2400 sq. Ft., Planchers de travertin partout, cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de granit, ainsi que des baies vitrées.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size, balcon privé et salle de bains privative, équipée d'un bain à remous et une douche de plain-pied séparée.

La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size, salle de bain privée et accÚs au balcon.

Chambre 3 a 2 lits jumeaux aussi avec une salle de bain privée et la chambre d'hÎtes 4 a un jumeau sur un lit superposé complet. Toutes les chambres disposent d'un lecteur Smart TV et DVD.

Cette unité pourra accueillir 11 avec un canapé-lit dans le salon. Internet sans fil est disponible gratuitement.

Les infrastructures de l'ßle Tower comprennent Gulf-front piscine intérieure chauffée, sauna, centre de remise en forme du Golfe-avant, grande piscine extérieure en bord de plage avec salon, aire de jeux, barbecue, parking couvert, deux ascenseurs à grande vitesse et 150 pieds de plage de sable blanc. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed on the Alabama Gulf Coast. The views from the floor to ceiling windows wrap from the bay/lagoon and entrance provide almost 360* perspective of our favorite place on earth .. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. The interior design and amenities were perfect for our big family birthday gathering 
 comfortable but so upscale. Thank you for making this beautiful property available. We would love to return.

Property was amazing! The views were outstanding. Place was clean. Did contact management once cause it gets really hot in master wirh bedroom door closed and couldnt get fan on but never heard back

Great place to stay!

Great time and great location! Everything was awesome excluding the in room ice maker that doesn't work. Clean facilities and easy in and out. Elevators are a bit slow, especially to the top floor where our room was located. Would stay here again!!

Best part about this experience was the constant communication. If something is not right or missing it’s fixed and the company is on top of it. The place is big enough for 10 easily. The house has everything to cook just need a trip to wallmart or Publix which are both close. I would stay here again for sure. Beach is beautiful and you can see rays sharks and dolphins from up high.

Very clean. Roomy. Only complaint would be that there were ants in one of the rooms.

The person in the room with ants had to put their stuff up high and got several bites. Also the towels were covered in ants.

The only problem we had was that the first bedroom in left (queen bed) would not cool and was uncomfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it was a beautiful and wonderful unit.

The views were spectacular, but we have a major problem with the air conditioning unit in the front queen guest bedroom. Someone came out to try and fix but the problem was still there. Our friends had to sleep in a hot room the entire trip!

Fantastic property!

Fantastic property! Amazing views from this property. We loved the size and openness of the great room/kitchen, and that it sat so many people. The furniture was sturdy and of well quality. When I booked the property, I was worried about being so high, and the demand on the elevator sometimes; however, the elevators were not a problem all week long, just a little wait time on check in/out day. We had a few minor repair issues
 like a lightbulb not working, button not working, and the servicemen were there right away, and I also would receive follow up calls to make sure everything was OK. We would definitely rent the property again.

Amazing views from a Beautiful Suite

From the time we walked in to the suite until our last morning when we left, all we could all talk about was the views. Constantly on the main balcony searching the sandbar for stingrays or ocean life of any kind. We loved our stay and would highly recommend staying at this property. The kitchen was top notch and the over all space was great. The windows with views everywhere made our decision to stay here very easy. perfect fit for our family vacation. We had 9 people stay here and never felt like we were on top of each other with all the balconies and spaces to play games and cook. We will be back and book again! This unit is a very good price with a lot of bang for the buck! The million dollar view and watching the sunsets on the west side are breathtaking!

The condo had a small leak behind the bar. The property management hired a company to dry and dehumidify the area causing the living room to be filled with machines and noise! Unnecessary and unacceptable

Awesome!

We had 10 people in our group: 6 adults, 3 teenagers & 1 baby in the penthouse. It was very clean & quiet with nice modern kitchen appliances & countertops. The 4 nice bathrooms had a tub & shower in each. They also had plenty of storage & nice decor. We loved having a washer & dryer to use! The elevator speed was average considering we were on the 26th floor. The views were fantastic! We saw sea turtles, stingrays & dolphins so be sure to bring binoculars & a nice zoom lens camera! The indoor & outdoor pools are a nice option but are rather small. The beach was very nice & clean. There were great places for entertainment, shopping & eating within walking distance. The parking garage is under the condo & has three floors to it. The only negative was check-in process needs to be explained a little better to guests. Guests receive a text only with a code after your room is ready. There is no front desk or person you talk to face-to-face. Also since the penthouse has more adults staying in it than a one family condo, a third parking pass would be very helpful since they are paying to stay and not just visiting for a few hours. There is enough parking available for that. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was in excellent condition and spaciousWith quality furnishings.It was quiet and we were not disturbed by other occupants next door or below.Unfortunately the a/c was not working well and dispite 3 visits from maintenance over 2 days. It was finally fixed on Tuesday evening.

Absolutely beautiful view from this 26th floor condo!! Condo was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious!! Will stay there again. Only downside was there are only 2 elevators for this property which makes wait times long!!

I will never book with this Liquid life again.

When we got to the unit we had had received our code to get into our room. We had been calling for 3 hours before arriving and left multiple messages with no return call. Finally we asked a guy if he knew a way to get in touch with them and he let us know where their office was. We then had to drive 25 minutes to office with small children. They were very rude when we got there to let them know we were supposed to check in and never received our code to our room. No apology. We will not book with liquid life again.

construction and elevators

This was the 26th floor penthouse and most of the time there was only one elevator, and you had to wait long periods for it to arrive on your floor because so many were trying to use it. One evening, upon returning from dinner, both elevators were out and had to walk the 26 flights of stairs; at 70 years old we were not happy. From the time we arrived there was construction going on. Lobby was completely useless to us and the constant pounding on the roof or nearby was annoying. We were not told of construction going on before we rented. The master bed desperately need to be replaced. Giant hole in the middle that you fall into as you sleep. The bedding could be refreshed as well. The view was spectacular and the space you get with this property is great. Most people that worked around the property were helpful and pleasant.

The condo was very nice. We did have to buy a pitcher to make iced tea, otherwise it was well equipped. The parking garage was a little tight.

Beautiful penthouse condo! Loved it’s large size & number of beds & bathrooms. Amazing views! From the balcony, watched dolphins swim in the ocean. Great location to the beach & sites around town. Would definitely stay here again!
