Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 16e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une télévision SMART à écran plat de 60 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur SMART à écran plat de 55 pouces dans le maître, d'un 42 pouces Smart TV dans la 2e chambre et un téléviseur SMART de 39 "dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, deux lits Queen 2e, 3e et 4e chambres pour dormir jusqu'à 14!



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.



Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Family vacay was a success!

We had a great experience at this place. We had four families visit and we had a great experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for four families because of there being only three bathrooms but everything else was great for us.

Family Reunion

Michael was fantastic with communication. This was the perfect place for our family reunion. 12 people total. The unit provides the best view of the Gulf. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo has beautiful views of the beach with being able to walk right onto it. Very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Would recommend and also stay there again. Communication with Michael, our contact, was great.

Condo was beautiful and clean. I felt very safe. The beach was fantastic. If I had to put one negative it would be that some of the mattresses were really hard but that is some peoples preference. Would absolutley stay here again.

Loved it!

Great condo and facility. Quiet and clean. Security and maintenance present in pool and outside areas throughout day. Friendly front desk staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Absolutely amazing views of ocean from condo. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is beautiful. The only problem we had was no one informed us that we had to wear wrist bands the whole time we're there. We found out 2 days before leaving. Hope we left everything satisfactory. Thank you.

Week stay with family

Spent week here with kids and grandkids. 10 of us total. Great location on beach. 5 minute walk to Bahama Bob’s. Condo was clean and fully furnished. Covered parking was nice. 16th floor and elevator’s were fast and clean. Indoor and outdoor pool for the little ones on a colder day. Had security on property. Only thing I wish they had was a recliner.

Beach Vacation 2025

The condo is nice and updated. There was definitely a lack of cooking utensils and what was available for use was not the greatest. Plenty of silverware, cups, and plates but the pots/pans definitely need updating. 1 baking sheet and very few dishes to bake with. The plastic spoons and spatulas are also not high quality and are difficult to cook with. No extra dish towels for cleaning dishes and drying them.

Thanksgiving afternoon we were walking through the lobby and a homeless man was sleeping in the lobby. He appeared intoxicated.

Family Vacation 2023

Everything about the property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the 7 adults, 2 children, 2 toddlers, and one infant! Amenities were very nice and the proximity to the beach was perfect. A couple of items to improve: the kitchen stove was well below par for the quality of the unit-had difficulty regulating heat for cooking; the refrigerator was functional but in need of some TLC; more bath linens would be beneficial as well; we purchased (and donated) more kitchen dish towels and wash cloths. Still a 9.5 out of 10 on our rating!
