Magnifique condo situé dans une communauté fermée située au coeur d'Ocean Drive. Le concept ouvert permet une excellente vue sur la voie navigable de chaque pièce. Terrasse / véranda grillagée. 2 piscines et bain à remous. Beaucoup de porte-vélos. Jetée commune pour la pêche, les grillades et les pique-niques sur la rive de la voie navigable Intracoastal. Grand parking. Deux suites parentales, deux salles de bain complètes. Une chambre est roi et une reine; chacun ayant un combo TV / DVD et des placards sans rendez-vous.
Le salon a un canapé-lit queen, un causeuse, un fauteuil inclinable et un écran plat de 46 "avec lecteur DVD.
La salle à manger peut accueillir quatre et deux tabourets de bar au comptoir. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière / Keurig, grill intérieur George Foreman, mijoteuse, mixeur et mixeur à gâteaux, rangement supplémentaire et garde-manger. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Relaxing Retreat!

Good vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, anything we may have forgotten was already there. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a little trouble getting in the first time but fine after that. The sunroom was my favorite, sitting and watching the boats in the morning was so relaxing.

Perfect for our stay

We needed a location close to the park and this place was perfect. It is also only 5 minutes from the beach which was also a plus! Very nice and quiet gated neighborhood.

We gone to Myrtle Beach every March since 2018. This property was the cleanest condo we've been in. The location was perfect for us and the unit had everything we needed. It was a very relaxing time and the view of the Intracoastal from every room made it even better. We'd definitely rent this unit again.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The pictures on the website didn’t do justice to the property. Such a serene view, clean facility, quiet area and conveniently located. Everything we needed was provided, the pools were wonderful and the beach was only minutes away. Would definitely stay again!

AMAZING condo and location!!

Condo was very clean and comfy. Directly on the waterway so it waa nice to sit on the screened in porch to have a drink and watch the boats go by. Located in gated community which is very quiet but close to everything: Food Lion, liquor store, restaurant, Walmart, etc. Betty was very easy to work with and responsive. Would reccomend and stay again!

Relaxing Trip

This was our third stay at this property. As before, we truly enjoyed it. The condo is in a great location for shopping, dining or just spending time on the beach. This condo is improved every year we stay in some way. The view of the intra coastal waterway entertained us so well. We loved our stay, and hope to stay here again!

Best location to relax

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Though it was 30 minutes from the fields, the location was still close to the beach and great food while still being a relaxing spot to come back too. The pool was great and my nephew loved fishing off the docks. The condo was roomy and relaxing. Perfect for us. It was exactly what the pictures show. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Loved it and we will be back.

Lovely waterway location

The two master suites were perfect for my husband and sister and me. Each having full bathrooms. Views from bedrooms and living area of waterway great for watching boating activity. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items. Betty was welcoming. Very nice complex and great access to highways.

Perfection

It was absolutely perfect. When we opened the door and we see a boat going down the intercoastal like it was in the living room we knew we had picked out the right place. The view was perfect every room has a view of the water . The condo has a great layout with the bedrooms on separate sides of condo with full bathroom. The condo was very very clean and comfortable the pictures in the reviews don’t do this condo justice it is everything you see and more we can’t wait to come back . Tom and Tia Love this condo
