This is a gorgeous 2-bedroom 2 bath condo located in the sought-after Intracoastal Waterway Community of Carolina Keyes on the 3rd floor. Carolina Keyes is located in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, SC. This community has everything you would want in your perfect beach getaway. It offers several pools, water features, a boardwalk along the Intracoastal waterway, day docks, and community picnic-grilling areas. Location! Location!! Location!!! You are a short car ride to Starbucks, Walmart, Restaurants, Main Street, Beaches, and entertainment. The condo has two bedrooms each with its own bath. Each bedroom features a King Bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements. The soothing coastal colors are bright and inviting from the time you walk through the front door. The cathedral ceiling and glassed-in Porch give the property an open spacious living area. The glassed-in porch is the best of both worlds. Slide the windows open and you have a screened-in porch, close the windows and you have a Carolina room. This room is the perfect location to watch as your guest enjoy the pool below. Perfect location and condo for golfers and walkers on the beach . Valued condo for 4 in a 3rd floor unit ( be aware for those struggling with their knees 😇) .Overall , I would recommend .
