Welcome to Let's Do Sunset! Nestled in the Carolina Keyes community of North Myrtle Beach, this newly remodeled condo offers easy, direct access to the beach, just a 5-minute drive away!

Located along the Intracoastal Waterway, this 3BR/2BA condo boasts over 1,200 square feet of coastal charm. Enjoy the spacious outdoor porch with scenic views of the pond and one of the two on-site pools. Situated on the top floor (3rd floor, NO elevator), the condo features a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full bunk bed—share a bathroom with a full-sized shower. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with linens and towels provided.

Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances for dining in.
Spacious living room with Smart TVs in every room for your entertainment.
Relaxing porch with sunset views.

Our stay was great! Condo was just as nice as you see in the pictures. Owners were very easy to work with. Anyone that we encountered at the condos (walking around, at the pool, etc.) was very nice and friendly.

Great location for softball tournament

Beautiful little condo but please know it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This would be difficult for those with handicap access abilities. Other than that, it was perfect!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, smelled and looked clean, the community was beautiful. Close to shops, mini golf and quick drive to beach. Amazing hospitality as well. Definitely recommend this condo.

Golf Trip for the Boys

The condo is very clean. The condo had games to entertainment the kids and excess to the pool. The beds were comfortable. It was about an 8 mins drive to the sports complex. It’s very close to restaurants and department stores. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place!!!

This is the best place we have stayed in Myrtle Beach ever! The neighborhood is quiet and clean but close to everything. The unit it huge and spacious but homey and comfortable. Everything you could think of is written out for you on the door when you walk in. The owner responded so quick even when it was a silly question. Absolutely wonderful place that we cannot wait to come back and visit.

Everything was great.This doesn’t have anything with the condo, but there’s a lady I believe that lives on the property. Drives the wrecked sports car. She was a little strange. Hiding things behind the bushes on the side of the steps to go up. Maybe she doesn’t live there?? Either way the stay was great, we would come back for sure.

Lovely corner condo

We came to NMB for a baseball tournament. This condo was perfect distance to the fields and beautiful. Quiet community which was wonderful. It was nice to sit on the balcony and actually hear music coming from Boardwalk Billy’s. Short commute to the many beach accesses. Highly recommend!

AMAZING PLACE

This is by far a five star property. Everything was clean, beautiful and exactly what you saw. Being on the third floor was tough BUT the view was much nicer. We will definitely stay there again. The host responded immediately to any questions and we enjoyed the complimentary wine and chocolates. Location was great with stores and restaurants less than 1/2 a mile away. We loved our visit!!! This property was everything we imagined and more. The host, Megan was great when it came to questions. She was quick to respond and so nice no matter how many times I asked. The property provided all of the needed amenities. The location was close to everything. My family and I had a great time. We will definitely return again next summer.
