Welcome to Let's Do Sunset! Nestled in the Carolina Keyes community of North Myrtle Beach, this newly remodeled condo offers easy, direct access to the beach, just a 5-minute drive away!

Located along the Intracoastal Waterway, this 3BR/2BA condo boasts over 1,200 square feet of coastal charm. Enjoy the spacious outdoor porch with scenic views of the pond and one of the two on-site pools. Situated on the top floor (3rd floor, NO elevator), the condo features a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full bunk bed—share a bathroom with a full-sized shower. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with linens and towels provided.

Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances for dining in.
Spacious living room with Smart TVs in every room for your entertainment.

Everything was great.This doesn’t have anything with the condo, but there’s a lady I believe that lives on the property. Drives the wrecked sports car. She was a little strange. Hiding things behind the bushes on the side of the steps to go up. Maybe she doesn’t live there?? Either way the stay was great, we would come back for sure.

Great location for softball tournament

Beautiful little condo but please know it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This would be difficult for those with handicap access abilities. Other than that, it was perfect!

So cute

Very clean and cozy. The beds weren’t uncomfortable at all and the couch was amazing too. Beautiful beach and kind neighbors. The AC Broke on the first night and the property owner had a repairman there an hour after I emailed her . She was very helpful and responsive . You don’t have access to the master closet though. It’s a storage space for the condo

Amazing place!!!

This is the best place we have stayed in Myrtle Beach ever! The neighborhood is quiet and clean but close to everything. The unit it huge and spacious but homey and comfortable. Everything you could think of is written out for you on the door when you walk in. The owner responded so quick even when it was a silly question. Absolutely wonderful place that we cannot wait to come back and visit.

AMAZING PLACE

This is by far a five star property. Everything was clean, beautiful and exactly what you saw. Being on the third floor was tough BUT the view was much nicer. We will definitely stay there again. The host responded immediately to any questions and we enjoyed the complimentary wine and chocolates. Location was great with stores and restaurants less than 1/2 a mile away. We loved our visit!!! The condo is very clean. The condo had games to entertainment the kids and excess to the pool. The beds were comfortable. It was about an 8 mins drive to the sports complex. It’s very close to restaurants and department stores. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely corner condo

We came to NMB for a baseball tournament. This condo was perfect distance to the fields and beautiful. Quiet community which was wonderful. It was nice to sit on the balcony and actually hear music coming from Boardwalk Billy’s. Short commute to the many beach accesses. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & clean condo in a great location

Loved staying here for St. Patrick’s Day weekend. It was in a perfect location. We were able to quickly Uber to all of the holiday festivities on Main Street. The condo was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed. The host also provided us with green necklaces and green wrapped chocolate candy. There was a St. Patrick’s Day decorative sign on the counter and a bottle of wine. Loved the thoughtfulness that went into little details like these that made our stay that much more memorable. My only complaint with this stay was being on the top floor and no elevator but we survived even after a full day of shenanigans. Our group of 7 ladies on a mom’s getaway weekend trip were very comfortable with our stay and would love to rent this condo again in the future!

Golf Trip for the Boys
