Studio lumineux et raffiné, avec terrasse et piscine, fibre optique wi-fi

Studio style raffiné, équipée d'un lit double et un canapé-lit avec matelas confort. Par jour, l'exposition parfaite et le choix des couleurs assurent une luminosité totale, idéal pour profiter du beau temps de l'ßle. La nuit, un systÚme d'éclairage LED à cÎté du lit crée une atmosphÚre de salon. La terrasse est exposée au sud.
La propriété a été entiÚrement rénovée en mars 2012 et repeinte en 2016. La salle de bain a été entiÚrement rénovée en juin 2018. La cuisine est complÚte avec 4 plaques chaudes, bouilloire, casseroles, assiettes, couverts, grand frigo-congélateur Again (2014), four électrique et micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetiÚre et machine à café. La terrasse est équipée avec table et chaises à l'extérieur. Déjà reçoit le soleil le matin et dans l'aprÚs-midi. Lave linge privatif, fer et planche à repasser fourni. TV LCD - HD. Ventilateur au plafond. Internet sans fil 4G.


Le Mareverde complexe est situé dans le quartier exclusif de Torviscas Bajo, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Fañabe et à 100 mÚtres du centre commercial Gran Sur, avec supermarché, boutiques, restaurants et cinémas. L'aéroport de Ténérife Sud est à seulement 15 minutes en taxi. De nombreuses attractions sont à distance de marche, ainsi que la plupart des lieux de la nuit Movida. Seulement cinq minutes en taxi est le parc aquatique Siam. Le centre de Playa de las Americas est à seulement quelques pas. Le complexe est continuellement renouvelé. Dans la derniÚre année a été restauré et repeint l'extérieur.

Had a great holiday in this studio apartment. It was in a location we know well, close to beaches, supermarket, entertainment etc. The studio was clean and bright with everything we needed for our stay. Easy contact with the owner and the agent, both of whom responded quickly to our queries. The pool area was clean with a choice of three pools and there was a good pool bar on site offering snacks and drinks. The complex was quiet when we stayed in September but if busy, there would definitely be a lack of loungers and parasols. We would happily book this apartment again when we next come to Tenerife.

Great location

Perfect for location & complex is well maintained. Pool bar is excellent, very friendly & great selection of drinks & food. The studio has everything you could need for self catering. Would recommend asking for two sets of keys, this was the only downside to our stay. (At a minimum an extra pool gate key) Alex was out lift from the airport & check in rep. He was really friendly & made you feel comfortable.

It is a wonderful location. The complex is very quiet and surrounded with plants. You have everything you need for a great stay - a beautiful beach nearby and convenient access to public transportation

Vacanza perfetta!

Ho soggiornato con due amiche in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione Ăš davvero ottima e il mare si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. La casa Ăš funzionale, ha tutto il necessario. Giulio e Nikki sono stati gentilissimi, torneremo sicuramente!

Nice place at the pool. The location is perfect to walk trough costa adeje, also easy parking with a car. The appartement has most things you need. There is no airconditioning, only a fan.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It is really nice and well situated. The pool and the garden clean and nice. Everything you need is in a short walking distance. Our host was really quick respond and stort out the few things we asked. Can absolutely recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Myself and my partner had a very enjoyable long stay in this studio apartment. We had everything we needed within the apartment. I initially couldn't find the hairdryer and after messaging the host he responded straight away and offered to purchase one for me (I then found the hairdryer so this wasn't needed!) but I was impressed that this was offered :-) The location of the apartment is ideal, very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. A large supermarket is also close by and as we were 'living' here for 6 weeks this was very useful for our weekly shops. The complex has a number of pools to chose from which is great, giving you plenty of choose if you want a day by the pool and also a pool bar serving food and drink. We would highly recommend this apartment and host. We were collected from and taken back to the airport (extra cost) but well worth it and saves the hassle of arranging this yourselves, although the bus service in Tenerife is brilliant and there are regular buses running to and from the airport into all resorts.

An amazing stay with a lovely apartment and perfect location.

The apartment was lovely and in the perfect location. Close shops nearby and lots of different swimming pools to choose from. Lovely host and help to plan taxi transportation. A perfect stay, will definitely be coming back.

Lovely stay, perfect host

My sister and I had the best trip staying at Giulio’s property for the past month. We didn’t want to come home! The apartment was beautiful and everything was organised so well, especially given the current travel circumstances. Giulio was extremely helpful and the place had everything we were after. Lovely complex and location was close to everything too. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be coming back soon!

Fantastic apartment - great views

We have just returned from a 3 week break at this lovely large studio apartment. All communications with owner and agent excellent. Free WIFI on arrival. The apartment was clean, including bedding and towels with extra's left which was handy when others in wash. Plenty of cutlery and crockery provided. TV (no English channels but that was ok as we had firestick) All guide lines for COVID-19 followed, hand sanitiser, bleach and gloves provided and masks worn at all times. Water, Milk, tea & coffee was great to see when you arrive in the apartment which was a nice touch. This time of year the terrace gets the sun all day so was great to sit outside on good days over looking the lovely pool. We will definitely be booking this apartment again as it was a pleasure to stay in. Thank you

The loveliest residence and great location

Thé flat is in such lovely residence, the nicest in the area. Close to every place of interest by foot. Very clean and very convenient and flexible for the Check in and out. Great holidays!

L'appartamento Ú situato in zona comodissima, in pieno centro a due passi dal mare, all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo con piscina e possibilità di prendere il sole su lettini condominiali. È dotato di ogni comfort con tanti piccoli accessori che elevano il livello dell'ospitalità. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile

Struttura super e proprietario cortese

Dopo lunga ricerca abbiamo deciso di prenotare la nostra vacanza su questa struttura. Il proprietario Ăš stato sempre molto cortese e disponibile ogni volta che ce n'Ăš stato il bisogno. La posizione Ăš veramente strategica sia per le spiagge, noi siamo andati con due bambini piccoli e anche se abbiamo fatto 800 km in macchina in 10 giorni aver qualche bella spiagetta vicino a casa Ăš comodo, sia per la viabilitĂ  che per i vari locali commerciali per fare qualche passeggiata serale. Insomma ci torneremmo volentieri.

Costa Adeje excellent location. Apartment has all the facilities you could possibly need

Property is well located close to all nearby amenities including excellent restaurants, bars and the beach. The complex is slightly dated but other than a few cosmetic issues it has everything you could want. The apartment was very clean with all facilities at hand. The bed was comfortable and the balcony is a good space to relax on an evening. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday whether it be couples like us or families. Everything you could possibly want is in Costa Adeje. We would definitely stay again.

Tout a été parfait!

Nous nous sommes beaucoup plu chez Giulio. L'emplacement est parfait, non loin de la plage, de la rocade, avec beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques tout prÚs. TrÚs calme ensoleillé nous avons déjeuné avec plaisir sur la terrasse. Nous avons profité de tout l'équipement trÚs complet. Le lit était trÚs confortable, l'appartement trÚs propre. Nous pensions faire un peu de cuisine mais à part le petit déjeuner, les repas au restaurant sont si bon marché! Nous recommandons chaudement!

piso bueno, organizacion muy mala

El piso es muy bonito, igual que el complejo en el que se encuentra. Tiene ubicacion buena, esta a 5-6min de la playa. Mi conversacion con Guilio era siempre buena, pero a la hora de llegar, tuvimos problema. Señora Nikki iba a entregernos la llave a las 9 de la mañana, pero no aparecio hasta las 12! El numero que tenia para contactarla era incorrecto y Guilio no contestaba mis correos. Hasta hoy no tengo ninguna respuesta de su parte. Por suerte la mujer que trabajaba en el bar dentro del complejo conocia a Nikki y logro contactarla, pero igualmente tuvimos que esperar 3h. DIjo que no sabia que debia llegar a las 9. Lo encuentro totalmente inaceptable!!!
