The bedroom features 2 queen beds, while the living area includes a sleeper sofa and a 40" TV. A full bathroom with a tub and shower, fresh linens and beach towels, on-floor laundry access, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking complete this comfortable island retreat!

• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children's playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE APRIL 20, 2026:
The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to April 20, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
Building Amenities:
• Laundry rooms on every floor (WASH-connect/WASH-card)
• Trash rooms are conveniently located at the end of each floor
• Complimentary parking for one vehicle (Savings of $45-60/day)
