L'unité 18 offre de superbes vues sur l'océan, au nord, au sud et à l'ouest. Notre maison est entourée de communs et la piste de bluff est à 5 minutes à pied en bas de la colline. Profitez d'un feu douillet dans la cheminée circulaire ou d'un repas sur l'un des deux ponts. La maison offre 3 chambres traditionnelles (K, Q et 2T) ainsi qu'une taniÚre avec un futon queen et sa propre salle de bain. North Rec Center est à 20 minutes à pied et le lodge à 40 minutes de marche vers le sud. Internet rapide avec Sea Ranch Connect.

This was our second stay at this home. It was perfect for the four of us, with a large, well-appointed kitchen and a very cozy LR with a wonderful wood burning fireplace.

Kitchen fully equipped with dishes and utensils, pots and pans. Could use a large skillet with lid. Everything worked and the owner stayed in touch. We love this house. Roomy and comfortable. Good beds. Amazing ocean view. We will definitely want to come back.

My family spent two nights at Kurt’s place in Sea Ranch and we absolutely loved it! Cozy, clean, gorgeous views, very well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. Super peaceful and relaxing experience. Would 100% stay again.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding at the Lodge. The property is lovely but unfortunately when we arrived at the house it had not been cleaned and no laundry had been done. I contacted the property manager, Kurt, right away who responded with an apology call a few hours later. In order make the house livable for our first night we spent the first afternoon/evening of our stay cleaning all the spaces and washing all bedding and towels. It was a rough start to our trip :(. Once that work was done, we were able to enjoy the 2nd day of our stay. Kurt was very responsive to our on-going correspondence and we came to a suitable resolution before the end of our stay.

Ideal

Every August I take my grandkids (adults now) to sea ranch and enjoy all the amenities it offers. We cook, play games, hike, and explore. It’s a tradition now.

Beauty and comfort

We enjoyed exploring the beach and redwoods. Beautiful venue and comfortable, unfussy home. The view from the dining room and living was just heavenly. I wish we could have stay longer and I hope to return.

Great weekend on the coast

We had a wonderful time visiting Sea Ranch and our rental added to our enjoyment. It is a beautiful, quiet area that is not far from several beaches and the town of Gualala. The home was very clean, spacious, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the large windows with gorgeous views of the ocean and the nearby trails along the coastline. Access to the local lap pools/recreational centers was also greatly appreciated. We would happily come again.

2 weeks with wonderful views of Pacific in Sea Ranch

This is 2nd time at this wonderful house at Sea Ranch. This time we have with us for 6-7 days our youngest son with his wife and their 2 sons: 3 years old and the 5 months old - this is the first time we hold sweet James in our own arms. We had also with us for 7 days our older son with his girl friend.Enjoyed the play with grandsons, family chats, evening fires, the best ocean views from Sea Ranch, pictures from the side balcony, and the walks on Sea Ranch and the beaches and pebbles and stone collecting.Thanks Kurt for this wonderful vacation house.

Super Comfortable Sea Ranch House

This house is super comfortable, with all the amenities of home, and a beautiful ocean view. The coastal trail is just down the street, and the walks there are terrific. I highly recommend a stay at The Sea Ranch.

Beautiful house and setting

We love Sea Ranch and this is one of our favorite houses. Walking distance (just within range for 7 year olds) to Pebble Beach. Quiet. Amazing views. No games or toys so pack those if you want them. Everything else is spectacular.

Awesome View

One of my priorities for staying at Sea Ranch is to have an awesome ocean view from the main floor and dining room of the house. This house does not disappoint, and even has an ocean view from the kitchen window. Priceless! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The house is spacious. The decorations are ok, not overdone as in so many rental houses. The furniture is all decent, if a bit worn. The master king bed was comfortable, the downstairs queen bed is ready for replacement. Can't speak to the downstairs twin beds. Kurt was great to deal with when a couple of questions came up. The main floor has a secondary living space which is like a large studio apartment, with a futon bed which we didn't use. It's the only room with a TV, and we were never able to get the TV working since we only had a tablet, not a laptop. Luckily we could stream news and a show on the tablet. Would have liked a usable TV in the living room area. The construction next door was unobtrusive and didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed Cozy Feel and Beautiful View

This home is beautiful and is Sea Ranch through and through. The layout is lovely, it’s spacious and beautiful while having all the things you need. It holds a little older vibe but that is part of the uniqueness.It’s well located within sea ranch - close to the lodge, to the rec centers, and of course the coastal walk - seal reserve is very close by.The host was very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed it so much we plan to come back in the future.

Lovely 90s style home

The house was clean and has killer views of the ocean and beach. The host communicated well and clearly. We all really enjoyed our stay. Everything inside the home (furniture, sheets, blankets) is pretty old (early 90s?) but everything was clean, neat, and serviceable. The view out of the main living area is remarkable, you can see the picturesque meadow and crashing waves. There is construction happening right outside one side of the house so the view from the secondary living room/den is bad but we didn't need to use that space at all during our trip. Overall we were very happy with our rental.
