Recreation Passes:
Per The Sea Ranch Association HOA rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.

PLEASE NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, all guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Additional information and instructions will be provided after booking.

Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.

We had a lovely stay. The living space was great, and the kitchen well suited to cooking a big meal. Views and sunsets were spectacular.

Very pleasant home with great views and lovely living space. Hot tub with prime views. Bedrooms and beds comfortable. Home in mostly good condition although certain repairs needed to enhance stay. Front door lock needs repairing, HVAC system battery was not working due to dead battery and home was very cold upon arrival, kitchen appliances not in great order.

The house was beautiful and functional, and the location couldn't be beat. I've also rented through Vacasa before when visiting Sea Ranch, and found this rental experience much easier. Our visit aligned with the very strong storm conditions this winter, which led to a blackout (of no fault of the rental agency, of course), but they remained responsive to helping us sort through issues that arose during the outage/over the holiday.

The Perfect Reading Nook

Great house, perfect location. We particularly loved the main living room and all the seating along the windows. We saw whales while washing dishes. It was a great vacation home.

We are glad you found the Berk house fantastic! If ever you encounter windows that need cleaning during your stay please call our office and we will send someone out to get them cleaned as soon as possible. The rollers have been replaced on most sliders and there is a pending repair on the downstairs queen slider, making that easier to roll as well. The homeowner and the spa company are discussing a solution for the hot tub jets at this time with the goal to get them all back up and running at full power. -Beach Rentals Management

Great Stay at BerkHouse

This is bizarre and a real problem. It’s almost unavoidable to walk in on a fellow guest in an embarrassing way. All the owner has to do is put a new door knob on!!!! This is ridiculous.There was also no broom. This is also a simple but important fix.

We did have some trouble with the TV this time and one bedroom plus the fireplace was out of order/unable to be used, but it didn't hamper our stay. The kids were teary eyed when we left because they love it so much, we can't wait to come back!

The home is clearly aging from rentals...stains in carpets, doors won’t close, sliding doors stuck, windows are cloudy, kitchen sink faucet broken, and ants. Property has potential to return it to an earlier state.

We are so glad you enjoy the location of Berk House. The carpets have been professionally cleaned to remove stains and the rollers have been replaced on sliding doors. The sink faucet has been repaired. We agree the ants can be a nuisance but the house is treated for them on a regular basis, although the abundance of them can depend on the time of year and weather. -Beach Rentals Management

We often vacation here for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, etc. It couldn’t have been better. We think about this place often and how dreamy the entire experience was. The location was unsurpassed. The aesthetic was amazing. Everything was perfect even as I reminisce about it 2 years later. This house was everything.

Very comfortable

The views are amazing. Beds and great room furniture comfortable. We were a three-generation group and the configuration of the bedrooms was perfect for us. DO remember to bring: all condiments, spices, plastic baggies, auto dish soap, hand dish soap, all personal bathroom supplies except bar soap, an extra roll of paper towels (one supplied but no napkins). The kitchen has lots of pots/pans, tons of dishes, very few glasses so these we washed by hand so they could be reused. Enjoyed the beach and basically had it to ourselves.

Nice Rental on North end of Sea Ranch with great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is on a windy bluff, but the hot tub is a bit protected and has a nice view. There is still a window in LR that needs to be re-sealed. The kitchen is very well stocked with lots of good glasses, utensils and pans. We enjoyed the location very much but wish we did not have to drive North into Gualala to get the keys as we came from the south. House itself is as described and we had a lovely stay.

Very comfortable living and lounging. The home has beautiful views of the coast.Large kitchen for cooking however the kitchen supplies and essentials need to be updated/replaced-no large platters for serving. The house could use a very deep cleaning to make it a 5 star stay.
