Bienvenue sur Seachase E201! Vous êtes sûr de passer des vacances mémorables dans ce luxueux condo en bord de mer avec soixante pieds de verre du sol au plafond dans le salon / salle à manger / cuisine et les deux chambres, qui donnent toutes sur le golfe du Mexique. Unité avant du golfe haut de gamme entièrement rénovée pour un maximum de 8 personnes. Salon / salle à manger / cuisine et deux chambres toutes face au golfe. Vous ne pouvez pas battre cette unité. Comptoirs en granit, décoration chaleureuse avec de beaux meubles. Haut de gamme tout en restant pratique et confortable. Le propriétaire permet aux invités matures qui savent comment prendre soin de la propriété des autres. Le propriétaire est pointilleux sur la qualité de son unité, l'entretien, l'inventaire et le nettoyage et recherche des invités qui sont responsables et attentifs à l'effort que le propriétaire a fait pour offrir une unité dynamique. Ne pas fumer n'importe où dans cette unité (y compris sur son balcon). Un maximum de 2 chiens sont autorisés à séjourner dans cette unité.

Seachase est situé à seulement un mile des excellents restaurants et boutiques de Peir Park et à seulement quelques miles de Frank Brown Park où la plupart des tournois de softball et de baseball ont lieu.

My husband and I loved staying at this property. Everything was very clean and the beds are nice and comfortable. They let our golden retriever stay here and that is very hard to find. Most condos on the beach have a strict weight limit for dogs. The host had great communication and was very friendly. We would love to stay here again!

We picked this property because of the layout all bedrooms with ocean views and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Best of all it came with two umbrellas and 4 chairs. The unit decor is dared from the 80s but it is ver ynice. Will definitely stay here again

It is not typical for the units to be hot at night, although it is possible at times during the highest heat of summer for them to be warm during the day requiring the blinds to be pulled. Similar to your concerns with the mattresses, this is the first we have heard on these particular issues so we will keep a close eye if any others are having trouble as well. Mattresses are particularly difficult items as we all have different personal preferences, but I appreciate you letting us know they did not meet your expectations. This condo is beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were two leather recliners; which is one of the reasons we booked it. The view was great, directly beach front. Although we only used the kitchen a little bit, it was great. The owner was wonderful to work with on all our needs. We will probably stay their again.

One of the most amazing places we've stayed

Our family has been visiting PCB for 28+ years. This is one of the BEST condos we've visited. The room setup was perfect. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect if you're interested in visiting Pier Park and several restaurants. It's very convenient to grocery stores. For our stay, there was hardly no one on the beach. It was not crowded at all. Our entire visit was perfect!!! We would definitely stay there again!

Very private, great views

Property needs some cleaning. Private beach had lots of cigarette butts and trash. Room was good, needs some fresh paint and a deep clean otherwise good. Host was excellent answers immediately and addressed our issues promptly.

We live at the beach and it is always heartbreaking when people choose to litter or leave there trash at the end of the day, so we share your disappointment. That said, there is typically regular beach cleanup and we are sorry you had this experience. In regards to painting, we agree that it is time for a new coat. This is scheduled for the very near future. All windows and doors are being replaced in the coming months, so the entire unit will be painted once the project is completed. We very much appreciate your comments on our service as we strive to accommodate guest requests quickly and want you to enjoy your stay! Pet friendly stay

We had a wonderful time. I love that it accepted my 58 lbs dog. Most places don’t. The condo was very clean and in a great location. The whole place has a view of the beach. The only drawback is they don’t show up to repair things. Luckily, the leaking master sink didn’t ruin our vacation.

Condo looks just like the pictures. Location can’t be beat especially those traveling with dogs, as it’s so close to the dog beach at Pier Park! Family vacation with dogs

Spent the week with family and 2 dogs. Great location. Beach was not overcrowded at this end. Loved that beach service was included and we didn’t have to lug sandy chairs and umbrellas back and forth. Grandma could sit on balcony with the dogs and watch the kids in the water if she didn’t want to come down to beach. Everything you need to cook is in kitchen. We made breakfast everyday. Winn Dixie in walking distance. Beautiful oceanfront views from every room, we never wanted to close the blinds. Older building but kept up, would definitely rent again. Owner very easy to work with and quick to respond.
