Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 6e étage du coin Est, donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs HD dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un King dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 3ème chambre et deux lits Queen dans la 4ème chambre, il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.



Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Great stay!

Our group of 12 had a great stay! Loved waking up to the ocean front view. It was convenient to walk to the beach back to the condo for lunch. We would stay here again!

This condo is in a very nice location. We enjoyed being right on the beach. There was plenty of seating in the living room and at the table for our group of 5 adults, which one of the most important things I look for in a rental. The condo building was clean. We enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday there. I would encourage the host to leave extra trashbags and especially dishwasher soap for renters. Its silly that guests have to buy an entire box of trashbags, dishwasher soap and papertowels when a couple more of each item would have been enough for our stay. We had to leave the boxes of supplies behind. I hope they were left in the unit for the next guests to spare them some cost. Also, the kitchen needs a good scrub brush. We liked this unit and would rent it again!

Wonderful week

This was our first time to stay in a condo and we loved it. Location was amazing and the covered parking was a plus. Kitchen could use some sharper knives but that's just a small complaint.

My sisters and I took our 90 year old mother this past week. She can’t walk on the beach anymore but the views from the balcony made her feel like she had. Parking was convenient on the 6th floor with elevator access for everything else.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay!

We stayed at this property with a group of friends and kids ranging from four years old to 17 years old. It was an absolutely wonderful property. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the amenities you could need! There were blenders and crockpots, etc.! Having the laundry right in the unit was wonderful.Great stay!

This was our second time staying and we loved it. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking on the same floor of the condo is so convenient. Plenty of storage in the condo and plenty of room as we had 8 people.

Beautiful condo!

We had the best time on our vacation. We were a group of 9 and fit very comfortably in the condo. Very clean and very beautiful. The kids loved the water slide in the pool, and the view of the ocean is perfect from the balcony. In fact, being a corner unit, their are multiple gorgeous views from various rooms in the condo. I personally enjoyed having coffee each morning and watching dolphins from the balcony. Communication with owner was quick, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely keep this place in mind when traveling with a large group again!

Upon arrival we found the condo unclean and lacking in supplies. Most of the bed comforters were dirty and sandy. The extra blankets had spots on them and appeared used and dirty. The floor was sandy and did not appear clean. We told the owner and they sent someone the next day to change the beds and clean the floor. Many light bulbs were out. Furniture on the balcony was just pushed aside. There were not nearly enough washcloths or towels so we bought more and left them there for the next occupants. There was only one dish towel, so we bought more. The upholstery on all the living room furniture and pillows appeared very stained and dirty. The sofa was extremely worn out. The deck furniture was very nice. The dish washer filter had not, if ever, been cleaned because dishes were not being washed. The showers and tubs were not clean. We bought bleach to clean the jet tub. The owner really needs to do a walk through of the property. While some people may not say anything, we feel the truthfulness would help the owner. We made the best of our time while there. The decor should match the niceness of the drapes. They were very nice.

Annual Christmas Trip

This was our annual Christmas trip with myself, my husband, and our adult children. We loved the location, it was our first time to Gulf Shores. We loved the condo amenities. The condo had plenty of room for 8 adults. I do wish there would have been more supplies, however I did not rate that negatively because the listing did say it only provided a starter pack. If you plan to be there more than 1-2 days, you’ll need to take more toilet paper and trash bags. There were also no cleaning supplies (kitchen cleaner, bathroom cleaner) so I couldn’t clean the kitchen after meals as I normally would. There aren’t any spices/salt/pepper or cooking sprays, so you’ll need anything you might need for a meal. Overall, we loved the place. We would stay again.

The water filter in door must need changing or something, it would only come in slow to nothing.

The room was clean and beautiful upon arrival and ready at check-in. Staff on the property were attentive and helpful. The pool areas were clean and maintained. I used the workout room daily and that too was a great space. Elevators were never backed up, and parking on the same floor as our room was easy and convenient. The only downside was the beach. This is not Phoenix’s responsibility, however the beach was dirty littered with cigarette butts and trash people left behind. This was a stark difference fromHow maintained the rental property was, and it felt good to be back in our clean unit at the end of the day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As someone who has been coming to the beach for a decade or more, I can say this unit needs some attention! The kitchen isn’t equipped very well for people who enjoy coming in from the beach and cooking and staying in. And it may be time to switch up cleaning companies because it wasn’t clean. The cabinets looked like food had exploded on them, the floors were dirty, and the fitted sheets to the beds were inside out. Dirty baseboards and just overall bleh in the cleanliness department. The best thing about the unit was the ease to get to the car and down to the beach.
