Notre condo est parfaitement situĂ© au 22e Ă©tage sud / ouest avec des couchers de soleil impressionnants et des vues panoramiques incroyables sur le golfe !! Nous avons Ă©galement une serrure de porte d'entrĂ©e sans clĂ© afin que vous n'ayez pas Ă  garder de clĂ©s pendant votre sĂ©jour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond dans l'unitĂ©. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrĂ©s, l'unitĂ© est trĂšs spacieuse, rĂ©cemment meublĂ©e et nouvelle sur le marchĂ© locatif !!



Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxiÚme chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs intelligents dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un King dans les 2e et 3e chambres, deux lits Queen dans la 4e chambre et un canapé-lit queen.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful view. Great balcony. We had 10 people and the accommodations were great for that number. The elevator access is very good as well. Nice size elevators and never more than a minute wait going up or down. Kids loved the jacuzzi in the master suite and the slide at the pool. We loved the ice maker and plenty of kitchenware for our needs. Overall great stay!

Great condo

Condo was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Only thing missing in kitchen was an air fryer. Otherwise, plenty of everything needed in kitchen. Will rent again!!

We were here with eight people - four adults and four kids age 7-12. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. And the location - right on the beach with incredible views - couldn’t be beat! The pools and hot tubs were also terrific for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location-AMAZING BIEWS!!

Centrally located, impressive decor and condo design, the surround windows of a corner unit 22 floors up gave you a try bird flying view and you can see the width and distance to the end of the isle-but also clearly see and hear the oceanfront waves! We’ll equipt kitchen, wonderfully thick bath towels, elevator and bag cart ease, ample parking but also-grocery, liquor and a few good restaurants were within walking distance. I felt safe enough to return solo!

Anniversary Trip

Beautiful condo. The unit was beautiful and lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The extra ice machine was awesome! We were 4 couples al friends have the same wedding anniversary. So we decided to celebrate together. We had the best time. I would stay here again. Great condo and view was amazing

We loved it! Make sure you buy toilet paper. We just assumed there was more and ended up in a minor crisis situation, lol. Other than that, the condo and facilities were perfect. We already want to return.

Beach Spring Break

The condo was just like we thought it would be with some minor cleanliness issues. Gulf Shores does a great job in keeping their city clean and safe. The city offers a wide variety of things to do for all ages. We are planning our next trip already!

The condo overall had everything we needed. The pictures are somewhat deceiving, making it look like it had a wrap around balcony. We had 9 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space. It lacked in cleanliness.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

You will not be disappointed with this condo! The description is highly accurate and the space was very clean. We had 10 guests and definitely had plenty of room. The pool was great and the beach was easily accessible. As a side note, we dropped a cell phone from the 22nd floor to the 16th floor. The property staff, as well as Michael from Phoenix Vacation Properties, were extremely accommodating and helpful in helping us to get it back. Their time was much appreciated!

The views from the condo are spectacular, and the condo itself is very spacious, well-maintained, and clean. This is the perfect place for a beach getaway. The condo has such great (and quick) access to the beach, as well as numerous tasty restaurants. The front desk staff and the rental staff are so friendly and helpful. My family and I cannot wait to return this fall!

This year rented Unit 2202 in Phoenix Gulf Shores for the week of May 27th. Of all units and resorts we have stayed, this was by far the most beautiful, cleanest and best equipped of any. The beds were comfortable, every kitchen utensil imaginable, room to spread out, beautiful views, and convenient to everything. It was very quiet, and the air conditioning kept the unit very cool and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. We were even able to obtain a day parking pass for a local friend to visit for a few hours. I highly recommend this unit. It will be our first choice for future vacations to Gulf Shores.
