For me, this is a perfect apartment in the perfect location overlooking Goodrington Beach and a short walk into Paignton. As the brochure says the car park is at the bottom of a very steep drive, but I managed to park right outside the front door on the road.Apartment was extremely clean and everything you would need for a holiday. The bed is comfortable and I have no complaints..The view from the balcony overlooking Goodrington and out to Brixham and Berry head For me made this holiday even more special.Will definitely be booking here again

Good for a family

Stayed over Xmas to be near parents. It was actually slightly roomier than expected in the main space from the photos. Not luxury, but perfect for what we needed and a great view of the bay.

It was a very nice apartment everything we needed was there and amazing views did not want to go home. Only complaint we have was there was nothing to complain about.We would definitely recommend apartment to anyone and hopefully be back again next year.

We are just back from a months stay in this lovely apartment We had booked for two weeks because it was so comfy kichen well equipped with dish washer fridge freezer everthing you need to cook a meal, including a very comfy bed ,had also been refurbished last year ,We decided to stay longer the views are amazing the apartment is well situated for going into Paignton and walks down to Goodrington beach ,there is a local bus service on the main road to go to Brixham Torquay and surrounding area.

Great apartment in great location.

Great apartment in great location. Very clean. Be warned the parking space is at the bottom of a very steep hill. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. It is also a very tight squeeze to get your car around the turn and down the hill.The mattresses need replacing badly, they are very spongy and I could feel the springs. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk. Also only about a quarter of a used toilet roll, no kitchen roll or washing sponges. Some black mold around inside of window frames, might concern people with small kids or breathing difficulties. Weird high pitched noise, think from ceiling in living room, I’m guessing it was something to do with the heatingOverall a good stay that I would def rate higher if they just took care of these few small points.

It was our second time at this apartment (3rd visit to Goodrington Sands) and we were very happy again. The location is the best thing especially with the views over the sea and Young’s Park. There’s load to do within walking distance. We also ventured to Torquay and Brixham by car. We did the steam train and ferry cruise from Paignton to Dartsmouth and also Paignton Zoo. The apartment itself has everything you need and was clean. I like the fact that it’s bright and airy, spacious and also has the balcony to sit out on. It was quite pricey with it being in school holidays, that’s my only gripe! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

returned today from 7 vista apartments and have just booked for next year (2020). Have used this apartment four times now and simply cannot fault it. Yes there is a very steep slope down to the beach from the apartment but we manage and we are 66 and 69 years of age, but it's worth that as the view from the apartment is fabulous.We leave the car at home and travel by train so no parking problems , it never stops us going out and about .There is a parking space though, allocated to number 7.The inn on the quay is a five minute walk along the sea front so food is always available. There is occasionally a smell of cigarette smoke as you walk in the front door of the block but it comes from one of the residents apartments not from the holiday lets.All in all a lovely place to stay.

Fantastic location & lovely little apartment. Gorgeous view through big patio doors & was lovely listening to the waves breaking. Nice big balcony. Very clean apartment, with lots of lovely fluffy towels! Just a few things lowered my rating... double bed was so hard & uncomfortable that i had to sleep in living room & the bedroom windows did not have child safety catches.
