This was my second stay and it was just as comfortable and beautiful.The house was clean, and the location was convenient.The house came with all the necessaries and even had little toys for the children.

Luxury Apartment in Paignton

Would absolutely 100% recommend this property. Excellent place to stay , the apartment is exactly as described , beautifully decorated and clean. The location is fantastic a very short walk to beach and amenities. Thank you to the host Eliasbeth , we had a lovely welcome pack which was appreciated after a long drive and great communication.

Family bank holiday getaway

We had a lovely stay, place was clean and tidy and some lovely touches. The only negative was lack of living space. There was no where for us to chill after kids had gone to bed.

It was lovely

It was a wonderful place everything was clean and a great place to go as a family. They welcomed us with some buns with jam and clotted cheese. The kitchen had everything. Milk,salt,pepper,coffee,tea and sugar are provided.

From the moment we arrived everything was communicated clearly. Milk in the fridge and a little welcome basket. Just a really small gesture which we felt goes a long way. Location is amazing just a little walk through to the beach. The area itself was quiet. I highly recommend this property. Our family enjoyed it very much

Warm welcome

We arrived late Saturday night and a welcome pack in fridge also milk, coffee, tea and sugar were available. We were able to get ready for bed has everything was there for us. No finer words can we give for this experience. Well done to all those involved. Just a short walk to sea front and pier.

Exactly as described … location was superb, close to all amenities, beach, train station, local shop and bus stops … accommodation was immaculate and contained everything you needed and nore …… Had the previage of meeting the owner on the last day and what a lovely friendly person she was ….. would defiantly recommend

Super Apartment - Highly Recommended

This lovely 3 bed apartment in Paignton is just a short walk from the main beach, pier, and central attractions. The property is immaculate and well-appointed, and the owner is highly responsive to any questions or queries. I would not hesitate in rebooking here.

Very clean flat

Location great and flat clean. Only downside was lack of living space to relax in an evening comfortably. Also took my dog and got a complaint so would suggest no dogs go to the flat.

Fantastic and well equipped apartment in a great location.

Very simple booking process. Apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. Folder in kitchen contained all relevant info. Elisabeth replied quickly to our messages. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend.

Lovely property and prime location

We stayed for 5 days, property was spotless and really well equipped. Communication with owner was brilliant and would highly recommend. Location is very close to beach and town. Overall an excellent experience and Thankyou to Elisabeth.

Nice frindly place

Good room for 5 travelers. Nice quit area. Good and fast communication with Elisabeth when booking. Easy check in with key box and it was a great advantage when we arrived late at night. Only downside was that wifi could not reach the master bed room and was a bit slow. Please note that bed in master bed room is not appropriate for people over 1,75 because it is a bit short. Over all we very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Wonderful apartment in Paignton

The apartment is located in a calm street in Paigton and the beach is just 5 min to walk. Restaurants/Pier/Station are about 10 mins away. A bus stop and a Sainsbury's is around the corner. We were three adults and one child, sharing the three bedrooms. So there was lots of space. There is a separate toilet and a tumble dryer, both a big plus. The only pain point is the missing dishwasher. Parking in the street was absolutely no problem.

Lovely clean apartment.

The apartment was clean and welcoming and overall in a good location. The downside I would say is the parking. It's on a residential street and the parking is a nightmare at certain times of the day. There are 2 flats in one house but there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything from the flat below, including the snoring. All the beds were very hard and not very comfortable, which is definitely a problem if you suffer with a bad back. The pillows were no better. Apparently the wifi hub is in the lower flat and unfortunately the residents there left mid week and turned it off so we had no wifi for a couple of days, which the kids weren't happy about. Part of the window blind in the main bedroom fell off in the middle of the night which nearly gave us a heart attack. There were 5 of us yet there were only 4 place mats for the table. The flat is missing a lounge. There were TVs in one of the bedrooms and in the kitchen but no where comfortable to sit in the evening, which could be a big downside if you have younger children who go to bed earlier. We attempted to have a bath but abandoned it as it was taking too long to fill and as the shower is attached to the bath taps that was also slow. The toilet was separate from the bathroom which was great but unfortunately it was very noisy, which was a definite problem at night. Overall it was a lovely clean apartment and would be OK if you're not planning on spending much time there. I wouldn't recommend the top flat if you have very young children as I feel the stairs would be a hazard.

A spacious well equipped apartment

A lovely light, airy, spacious & well equipped apartment, literally 5 minutes walk from the seafront. We had a great 4 night stay in this apartment, there was 5 of us & we found that thanks to the space & layout, we weren't all cramped up together. A welcome hamper was left for us, which was a lovely touch and greatfully received. A perfect location, close to town but far enough out that you don't get all the traffic & noise (apart from the seagulls). We would recommend.
