Immaculate apartment above garage, behind charming Craftsman bungalow. Wake up in this bright and airy apartment, ( 675 sq feet) and make breakfast in the full size kitchen. Take your coffee outside and sit by the fountain as you enjoy the morning stillness. After a fun day at the beach or exploring historic Pensacola, relax and watch TV or read a book without the annoying noises of a hotel. When it’s time to retire, snuggle in this comfortable queen size bed with pillow top. Six pillows of varying degrees of firmness provided so you can find one just right! Fold-out twin bed with memory foam topper if you have third guest, (third person is $25/night extra, above list price). Walk in shower with glass doors provide open spacious feeling. Perfect for parents visiting military members, or couple coming in for one of our great festivals!
Vaping is okay outside. Free on street parking. Located in an eclectic, safe and beautiful neighborhood, this is a great place to walk or bike. Three parks within 5 blocks. Five minutes to historic downtown Pensacola, fifteen minutes to the beach or the Naval Air Station, ten minutes to airport. Check out VisitPensacola.com for events going on while you are visiting! Owners live in the 1906 era bungalow on property, so readily available for special requests. We built the apartment for our four children to come visit but love meeting all the wonderful guests we've had since we started renting! Welcome to beautiful Pensacola!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially loved spending time at the beach, which made the vacation even more enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and welcoming—they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Their attention to detail and kindness really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pensacola!

If you ever are staying in Pensacola, I’m begging you to stay here!! It literally has everything you need, extremely clean, better than even a hotel and overall very very nice place and nice folks too. Next time my wife and I come to Pensacola we absolutely will be booking here again!

We had a great experience with our stay. The carriage house was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owners, John and Maureen, was top notch. This place is in a safe neighborhood and is in walking distance to the bay area and a short drive to the beach. The owners provided us with beach towels, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach which helped out for us since we were from out of town. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

This guest house is immaculately decorated and very comfortable. It sits directly behind the owners home. They are very accessible and attentive. Beautiful neighborhood and a perfect spot for young travelers or spring breakers to feel safe and protected. Excellent value for the price!

Beautiful place, close to the base and incredibly comfortable! The Carriage house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for me, my husband and our 6 year old son. We were in to visit our 26 year old son at the Navy base and this was close enough to the base and in a beautiful area of Pensacola.

This place was perfect for our stay! John and Maureen are lovely hosts and keep the carriage house pristine. We had absolutely no problems with the property, but our hosts were happy to address any issues if they came up. We had every amenity we could need, and everything matched the listing. Maureen was a great hostess. The location is super convenient for exploring downtown and close to three mile bridge for getting to the beach. Incredibly comfortable mattress, duvet, pillows etc. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for a week's stay.

The hosts thought of everything with this property! Chairs for the beach, the welcome sign with our names on it, fresh cut flowers on the island, even an ice pack for my daughter’s lunches at camp, if we needed it, it was there! If it wasn’t there, the hosts were just a text away. Nice appliances, soft towels, comfy bed (I need to find out what kind of mattress it was!), washer and dryer, outdoor shower for rinsing off from the beach. The second foldout bed was all made up and ready for my daughter. Just felt so welcoming. They really put thought into everything they did and do for their guests. Florida has its various critters and creatures, but the beaches are AMAZING!! I’ve never been to Pensacola Beach before and I’d TOTALLY visit again!! As previous short term residents of south Florida, the part of Florida this property is in is absolutely beautiful. When you visit (because it’s the property you want to stay at!!), check out the National Aviation Museum at NAS, go watch the Navy Blue Angels practice, Restaurant Iron was delightful, take the short drive to Orange Beach, Alabama, go thrift shopping, definitely check out Fort Pickens, and mostly, go to the beach! Loved drinking my morning coffee sitting outside by the fountain. I’ll now be getting myself a fountain!! And that bookshelf was adorable. Another great thing I need to get for my house. You didn’t skip on anything!Thanks for letting us stay! You’re great hosts!!

This cute carriage house was so perfect for my husband and I’s vacation! John and Maureen are such kind and gracious people!
