Great golf course location

Owners were very responsive and clean home. The view is the best of the lake, golf course, and mountains. The best place wev've stayed here in 5 years for the price. Clean pool/jacuzzi and nice safe neighborhood to walk. Cant wait to come back here. back here.bavcknwck here.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful month long stay this February! The location is perfect! The home is halfway between Palm Springs and Indio, between Indian Wells and La Quinta. Older, quiet neighbourhood - very little road traffic, as the home is near the end of a cul-de-sac. Easy access to the I-10 and Highway 111, 25 minutes to PSP, 15 minutes to the Living Desert Zoo, 10 minutes to Costco, 5 minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. The pool and view were a major highlight! The backyard faces west, so you see the incredible sunsets over the mountains. The home also backs onto a golf course, so the view from the backyard is unobstructed - watching the golfers provided some fun entertainment too! The pool and hot tub were fabulous - we spent plenty of time in and around the pool and patio area. The water temperature and lighting were easily controlled through an app, very simple to operate.Much of the home has been updated, including the bathrooms. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and linens, beach towels too. The washer and dryer were great to have for a multi week stay. Well appointed kitchen with all necessary cooking pots, pans and utensils. The home comfortably accommodated four adults.Victor, the host, was great to correspond with! Very prompt replies and all necessary information provided in a timely manner before and during our stay. We highly recommend this home! We loved our stay and look forward to coming back in

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home.The house was very comfortable, Had a great pool and spa and great views of the mountains and golf course. The Home had everything one could need and Victor and Irene were very responsive hosts and checked in with us often to see if we needed anything.My wife and I can’t wait to return to this house and have another great stay in Palm Desert during the winter.

Fabulous pool, outdoor space and views

Nick, our Yorkie “Rafa” and I just loved our stay. We had a winter home in Palm Desert for many years and our stay at Victor and Irene’s home brought back great memories. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it. Thanks again for a fabulous stay, the 4 weeks went by so quickly. Can’t wait to return!

Sunny Delight

Property was better than described. Enjoyed watching golfers during the day and a hot spa at night. The pool was immaculate and all of the pillows were fresh. Plan to return.

Oh the view!

We spent so much time on the patio watching people tee off in front of an amazing view! We had a couple of issues but Victor was very attentive and quick to fix. House is very well equipped for a long stay. We had all our dinners at home and was easy to prepare in their kitchen, even Christmas dinner. Spa was a wonderful treat and the bed was comfy. Neighbours were nice and I felt very safe walking the dog at night. Would definitely love to go back,

Retirement vacation

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Victors house. The best part about our stay was the pool which is kept very clean, someone comes twice a week to clean it. The house is situated on a quiet neighbourhood street with little traffic passing through. Victor was very friendly and attentive with a couple of minor issues. I would certainly consider renting his property again.

Fabulous home and view

Just left this morning and already miss the view! The neighbors were welcoming and have become friends (I stayed for 3 months!). Victor was extremely responsive to any questions or needs I had. I always felt comfortable reaching out to him. The home is lovely, very comfortable beds also. 10 stars!

Palm Springs retreat

Property was as advertised. Working with the owner was good. Dryer quit but he had a repair person there the next day as promised. Property is older so came with some small issues. Nothing that would turn us away. Location was in an older, quiet, neighborhood. Took us a minimum of 30 minutes to get to the spots we wanted, ie: shopping and golf.

Comfortable, the owner is great, Dennis his pool guy was very helpful, kitchen was lacking for a 2 months stay and we had to get the 20 lbs propane tank refilled after using the BBQ 6 times !! That tank should have been full before we got there Apart from that we had a great time great location and I would rent it again Jacques

Lovely stay

This a great house located on the 17th hole of the Palm Desert Country Club. The pool and hot tub were excellent as was the mountain views from the yard/pool area. The kitchen is big and easy to cook in. Victor was always available to help and answer questions. The pool was cleaned twice a week. We extended our stay there to 5 weeks. We would stay there again.

Wonderful home on picturesque pool and golf course setting

We could not have asked for more. The house was immaculate when we arrived, the pool was super and the views of the course and mountains were great. We had a few questions for Victor and Irene while we there and they responded immediately. We definitely would like to return year after year. Perfect escape!

Thoroughly enjoyed the property! The location was wonderful, easy access to explore neighboring towns. Loved being on the golf course and of course the pool and spa were wonderful. Comfortable beds (major plus) and fast internet were much appreciated.

Great 3-day Family Get-Away

We really enjoyed this property. It was super clean and well-appointed. Victor was great and easy to deal with. We were able to heat the pool and spa which provided our family of 5 a great time in warm Spring conditions. I would definitely recommend this property (in-fact, I already have!).

Great place and host

Victor was proactive about getting arrival information to us, and checked in after to ensure everything was smooth. Very clean place and excellent location for Indian Wells tennis garden activities. We will stay there again and if Victor had rentals in other cities I would seek those out.

Relaxing

Beautiful well appointed home. Close to all amenities. Friendly neighborhood. Stunning views of golf course in a western exposure. Pool is great, a bit on the older side and would like to have had a bit more control of heat, but otherwise we came away relaxed and tanned!

Pool home on golf course

Everything was very clean one thing I would mention is that we normally would have planned on golfing but we were there to look at some properties if we had brought our clubs we would’ve been disappointed when we found out that the golf course was closed due to annual scalping that they do there we did not know about this and it would’ve been good to get that info if we had brought our clubs. Victor was very good at communicating with us and everything went smoothly

Great Getaway!
