Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We hate staying in central Waikiki - too noisy, but Colony Surf solves that problem. We have rented at CS in different units about 6 times. First timers in this unit or others on low floors on the side might be bothered by the volleyball noise...but for us it is a welcome reminder that we are in Hawaii at the Colongy Surf. No need for AC as the trade winds flow right through. Captain Cook has by far the most easy and flexible rental policies, and they do a great job "on the ground."

The only negative was the beach volleyball court right below the window. Games started at 7am, some with lots of enthusiastic cheers and loud conversation.
