Nous sommes trÚs heureux d'ajouter ce studio à nos locations de vacances Waikiki. Situé en face de la plage de Waikiki et du parc Kapiolani, ce morceau de paradis offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et sur Diamond Head, le parc et le zoo.

Nous avons cherché des condos depuis 10 ans dans ce bùtiment et avons finalement réussi à acheter ce studio fantastique. Nous avons complÚtement réaménagé ce coin de paradis avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, un nouveau réfrigérateur, un évier de cuisine, une climatisation de haute qualité, une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces et bien plus encore.

Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© pour ceux qui aiment le plein air. Le charmant parc Kapiolani et la plage se trouvent de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue, oĂč vous pourrez vous promener, courir, surfer, faire du bodyboard, nager et mĂȘme faire de la randonnĂ©e jusqu'Ă  Diamond Head! Il est Ă©galement l'endroit idĂ©al si la pose sur la plage est votre forme d'exercice!

Est de surfer jusqu'Ă ? Il suffit de regarder par la fenĂȘtre pour le savoir! Il y a sociĂ©tĂ© de location et les leçons Ă  proximitĂ©. Le spot de bodyboard premier est Ă  1 minute! À cĂŽtĂ© de cela est une vaste zone de la plage qui est protĂ©gĂ© par une digue de sorte qu'il est comme une piscine d'eau salĂ©e gigantesque. Tous les secteurs proches de la plage ont des sauveteurs.

cĂąble de fibre optique Ă  haut dĂ©bit vient d'ĂȘtre installĂ© dans tout le bĂątiment qui offre WIFI gratuit et la tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition. Le tĂ©lĂ©viseur est connectĂ© Ă  Internet et vous pouvez regarder des vidĂ©os Netflix, Amazon et autres pour lesquelles vous avez un compte.

Le bùtiment dispose d'une belle réception et une réception pour fournir des services de conciergerie. Il y a une piscine, une laverie, un restaurant à hamburger, un bar et un garage sur place (les tarifs de stationnement sont les plus raisonnables à Waikiki). Deux ascenseurs desservent tous les étages du bùtiment.

Au lieu de regarder un autre immeuble en copropriĂ©tĂ©, vous ne verrez que des parcs verdoyants, Diamond Head et l’ocĂ©an. Pourtant, il est trĂšs proche de toutes les merveilleuses commoditĂ©s de Waikiki.

This place was great! The room is small but for the most part we were out and about anyway. It was really nice to have all of the beach essentials in the closet. The views from the lanai are gorgeous. Parking was a bit tricky as it’s in a very popular area but the front desk was really helpful in figuring out options. Highly recommend!

Definitely a smaller condo, but we weren’t there much . Lots to do not enough time to stay in room. The place was clean and described the exact as what’s there. The balcony view is overlooking the zoo and there’s a good lookout on the pier and beach. A block away from the water lots of places around to shop or eat at: would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed on this property for our honeymoon. My husband and I loved the room it was smaller but the size was just fine for the two of us. You have a great view of the beach and the mirrors in the room make it so you’re essentially looking at the beach the whole time. Loved that. Location was awesome, one minute walk to the beach where it’s less crowded and close walk to all the main Waikiki stuff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved hanging out on the lanai every morning and night. Will definitely book this property again on our next visit.

This property met our expectations. In choosing a property, our top priority was a lanai (balcony) with a great view of the ocean. So many of the properties and hotels in the area have obstructed views. We were aware that the room would be on the small size. And while it was a little cramped, it was serviceable. The interior is a bit dated, bit everything was clean and functional. The also has AC. The view from the lanai was spectacular and unobstructed. We had a great view of both the ocean and Diamond Head. We spent a lot of time on the lanai during our one week stay. This is a hotel and there were staff available at all times. The location is a half block from the beach and was walkable to everything on Waikiki. We were able to reserve onsite parking for 35 per day. You do need to reserve online. The owner Steve was extremely attentive. He was great during the booking process and checked in a few times during our stay. All in all, we were very happy with the accommodations and will miss the daily stays on the lanai

Very convenient location in Waikiki with the zoo, beach and shops just minutes away. Enjoyed the view of Diamond Head and the ocean when sitting on the lanai. The host checked on us several times to make sure things were going well. The unit is quite small but has the basic amenities.

This unit is perfect if you don't plan to be in the room for long or cooking any meals. There is a full size fridge and a small coffee pot; clean linens and amenities for the beach(chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, small cooler). It is just across the street from the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Not sure if I would call it a studio apartment, as it is extremely small; the bar stools and oversized chair make it seem even smaller and they feel a bit too big for the space.While we did have some issues getting into the unit and difficulty with TV & wifi, Steve did attempt to resolve issues and communicated with us often. Overall, a nice, small unit if you need a place to sleep and want to be close to the beach.

Excellent location to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! It is small but has everything needed for 2 people to stay comfortably for well over a week. The views from the balcony are amazing! It is right on the edge of the busy beach area so it is perfect for those that want to have access to the fancy shops and restaurants but if that’s not your thing, it’s easy to avoid. Building is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the room has everything needed for hanging at the beach! Would 100% stay here again!

Waikiki Grand Studio Stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Grand Hotel. Sipping coffee on the balcony with the view of Waikiki beach was truly relaxing. The studio had everything you need to cook a quick meal and make coffee. The bed was comfortable. Beach accessories and surfing equipment is available if needed. Restaurants and convenience stores are steps away including the Honolulu Zoo. Steve went out of his way to make sure our check in and check out went smoothly. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

10 days in Waikiki

Great Property! Amazing location! Incredible view from private Lanai. Woke every morning to the distant sound of the animals at Honolulu Zoo looking over the park and Diamond Head. Everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday. Would definitely recommend and book next time I am in Waikiki

Wonderful All Around

Location location w hip laud back friendliness

Living on the edge of glory. Waikiki can become too crowded and sometimes too tourists. This location is primo for the best of both worlds. The zoo park and diamondhead bring the calm needed.

Phenomenal View & Great Location

The condo was located so close to the beach, many great restaurants, and shopping establishments. This made our stay so convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach from the condo and our balcony was absolutely phenomenal! The condo owner, Steve is kind, professional, and was very timely with his responses. We will definitely be returning!

Location! Location! Location!

We had a wonderful time! Close to beach and Restaurants. The condo in s across from the Zoo and a large park. We walked to the left everyday where the beach was a lot quieter. Everything you need for the day. Chairs, umbrella and cooler. The balcony is lovely with a view of Diamond Head and the ocean. It is very small condo, but we really left for mist of the day, so not a problem .

Slice of Paradise

This conveniently located gem is the perfect spot to stay and enjoy Waikiki Beach. The host was incredibly thorough in their communication and checked in throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for an alternative to the big hotels in a great location, look no further!

We have owned and managed Hawaii Vacation Rentals since 1993 and helped many thousands of guests to enjoy their stay in paradise. We are a boutique vacation rentals and real estate sales company that focus our attention on a small number of properties.

Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes.

We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off!

In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property here and you can come whenever you want. And when you are not staying at your property, the rent can help pay the bills.
