Profitez de la meilleure situation de Moab et du grand air dans notre lotissement en rangée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Grands vues sur la Moab Rim et Gold Bar Rim et à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville centrale. Un garage 2 voitures plus 3 places allée supplémentaires et abondante sur le parking de la rue rend cette maison très pratique pour amener tous vos remorques et jouets!

Un plan d'étage ouvert et beaucoup de places pour tout le monde dans votre groupe avec un 60 "TV et cheminée dans le salon, un 45" TV dans la chambre principale, 32 "TV dans la chambre de la Reine, WIFI et une laveuse / sécheuse (détergent est à condition de). Une cour protégée avec un BBQ Kitchen Aid, plus plusieurs autres places assises en plein air et une arrière-cour privée clôturée rend cette maison idéale pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques. De nombreux jeux et guides sont également fournis et la table de ping-pong est située dans le garage.

La piscine intérieure communautaire est l'un des seuls bassins de l'année à Moab.

Very nice property with comfortable spaces. Easy access to the property and local sites. I'd definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Moab. We loved the ability to quickly reach local restaurants and shopping, as well as the national parks and sites. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Beautiful property with lots of room to spread out

Close to the main drag in Moab but in a very quiet neighborhood. Well furnished and could easily have slept 6 or more people (we had 4 and were very comfortable). Everything you look for in a short term rental and much more!

Very clean, updated and within close proximity to everything in Moab. Loved that we could take the dogs too. Master bedroom is very private. Loved having the community pool.

Good place to relax after visiting the parks

Loved this as our “home base” while we were in Moab to visit the parks. Quiet neighborhood with nice views from the backyard. Restaurants and grocery store are a short drive away. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had the tools we needed, and it was clean.

Home away from home

A great home that is dog friendly and walkable to all the Moab restaurants. The drive to Arches was only 5 min. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
