Commencez votre journée par une promenade le long du célèbre sentier en bord de mer qui se termine juste devant cet établissement. Vous pouvez profiter de la plage paisible et peu fréquentée juste devant, ou vous asseoir au bord de la piscine à la piscine et au jacuzzi récemment rénovés! Après avoir profité du soleil toute la journée, prévoyez de vous détendre sur votre terrasse privée avec des couchers de soleil inoubliables!

Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec une chambre principale avec un lit King, la chambre d'amis offrant deux lits jumeaux pouvant être transformés en lit King et un canapé-lit très confortable dans le salon! Cette unité entièrement climatisée offre également deux salles de bain complètes, qui ont été remodelées avec des comptoirs en granit et du carrelage! La cuisine est également entièrement approvisionnée pour votre usage et comprend l'exquise armoire en bois Koa.

Le Polo Beach Club est situé dans la communauté de villégiature de Wailea et propose des restaurants et des boutiques de classe mondiale, tous situés à proximité des différents complexes et des boutiques de Wailea. La propriété Polo Beach est une propriété non-fumeur.

*** Veuillez noter que la propriété Polo Beach Club subira une rénovation de carrelage en pierre sur les trottoirs et la rampe d'accès à la plage de la propriété à partir du 13 mai 2019 et que la date d'achèvement prévue est le 15 octobre 2019. Ces travaux de rénovation débuteront sur la rampe d'accès à la plage jusqu'à la douche de plage. La pierre restante de la rénovation du trottoir sera utilisée pour cette partie du projet. Ils commenceront également par la mise à niveau des ascenseurs sur les étages restants. En outre, à ce moment-là, ils rénoveront les parois en pierre de lave. Nous envisageons environ cinq semaines pour mener à bien ces parties du projet et le bruit est anticipé à partir de 9h00. m. à 4h00 p. m en semaine. Une ouverture sur la plage sera découpée dans la haie de naupaka afin de fournir un accès à la plage pendant cette partie du projet. Une fois les travaux terminés, le chemin à travers la haie sera replanté. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et nous ne manquerons pas de fournir des mises à jour dès que nous les aurons reçues du Polo Beach Club AOAO. ***

It’s a beautiful property, I hadn’t been there for 20 years and it’s still beautiful!

Great location not so big as most condo buildings, nice and quiet. It’s great to be able to walk across the sand and be in the water, it has a wonderful pool and amenities.

The absolute BEST view in Maui

The pictures in VRBO do not do this condo justice. This condo has an amazing view not only of the beach (right outside your front door) but of the wonderful pool and lawn area. The property was immaculate. What a gem!

Beautiful Polo Beach

Wow! Pictures hardly do this justice. Ocean Front, you can sit on the lanai and watch the waves roll in. Beach is nearly empty. The condo is very comfortable. Beds were great. BBQ area is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Parking is underground. The gates/doors all had numeric key pads, so you don’t have to worry about keys.Would definitely rent again!

Location is good. Have to travel to get to any stores. Property was clean and well stocked. Showing its age a little. Air conditioning is very loud.

Very Clean condo and property

Had a great time at this property. The reviews are very accurate... even though it's a little dated it's extremely clean and well appointed making the stay very nice! The pull-out couch has a really nice mattress, unlike hotels, so that was very functional for our teen. The Property Management Group good to resolve issues. We really like how this property connects to the walking path along the ocean. Overall property grounds and pool kept immaculately!

Everything I could possibly need was within a short 5 minute drive. The CBI team was so helpful when I needed anything but I rarely needed anything. Couldn't want a more relaxed, clean and beautiful unit.

Perfect location; place requires lots of calls for help

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this place for the location (perfect) and relatively reasonablePrice for the size of my family (5). Cathay said, there were 3 major issues that arose during our stay that were irritating and really cast a negative light for this place but due to the responsive, courteous nature of the CB team, 2 issues were resolved within 24 hours, which I appreciated. 1) the AC, which was super loud, was not functioning for the first 24 hours due to a water drainage block, which the maintenance gentleman missed the when we alerted the CB team initially. He had to come back a second time the next afternoon to figure it out but it was a sweltering night. 2) The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and we ended up requiring spectrum to come out and switch the modem boxes. This is also inconvenient since we like to watch movies in the evening. 3) The master bedroom had the worst bed and sheets that I have ever slept on - there was no support and the sheets were old and piled and felt like sleeping on old towels that were air dried. The management team really ought to get new bed linens. On the plus side, it was very clean and relatively spacious. I chose it for having a washer and dryer (loud), very functional well equipped kitchen, amazing views, and the absolute to sleep 5 (the fifth person slept in the pill out sofa bed in the living room space and this sofa bed was more comfy than the master suite bed). There are beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels to use and we left three boogie boards there for the enjoyment of future guests.

The balcony is perfect oriented, the kitchen very well stocked, everything was very clean, we had enough towel, beds were comfortable and we appreciate very much the private beach and the pool and the Wailea path. The property is very well maintained and the PB 502 very well managed. Good communication and quick response as well as small gifts by arriving. Only the living room furniture could be improved (a little old). We spend dream family holidays. Thanks so much .
