Enjoy your Maui getaway on your private lanai with incredible ocean and beach views. Fall asleep to the sound of gentle ocean waves. You are just steps from Polo Beach and the famous Wailea beach path. Our updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms with walk-in showers, and direct access to the lanai from the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a high-end mattress. The 2nd bedroom includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed, and it has its own lanai. This condo is on the 5th floor, with great ocean views, and is served by 2 building elevators.

Polo Beach, with snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding and fishing is just downstairs. Beach chairs, coolers and towels are included in the unit. The pool and hot tub/jacuzzi with ocean views are great for relaxing and ocean gazing. The kitchen features Williams Sonoma accessories if you want to cook in. 2 coffee makers - k-cup and brewed. Barbeque grills for your fresh catch are available by the pool area.

Walk to the great restaurants at the nearby resorts at Four Seasons or Fairmont or drive 5 minutes to the Shops at Wailea for restaurants and shopping.

Polo Beach is located at the south end of the Wailea coastal path, a 1.5 mile paved path that winds through the various coves and bays of Wailea, passing through many of the finest resorts on Maui. You can rent paddleboards, kayaks and book tours right from the resorts along the beach. If you don't mind getting sand on your toes you can extend your stroll another mile on the beach.

Watch for humpback whales in winter and keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round. Golf is 5 minutes away at Wailea Golf Club.

Perfect Family Destination in Wailea

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation - it was outfitted with all we needed to enjoy the pool and the beach. Access to (what felt like!) a private beach was steps away from the condo. We felt entirely safe as our children roamed around the property, to and from the beach. For our family of 5, it provided enough room for us to spread out and have our own space. And... the views are stunning! We would definitely return for another stay the next time we are in Hawaii.

Great location for the beach

Steps right onto my favourite beach in Maui, Polo beach. Unit was perfect for our family of four. Underground parking can be a bit of challenge and I wish the grills were closer but these are minor issues. Overall, this spot provided one of the best vacations of our lives.

Amazing property but be warned about VRBO

Let me preface this review by saying the ding isn't on the property or the homeowner- it's on VRBO's systems. Yes, the property is in the BEST location and simply beautiful- couldn't have asked for anything more. Despite a mistake upon check-in, Amber was quick to remedy. My issue is with VRBO not refunding our deposit. Which as you know, is an (understandably) significant amount. It's been almost four weeks and we haven't received our refund. I've had to call VRBO three times and still haven't gotten our money back. They cite "systems complexities". Whatever that means. Amber is not at fault in any way- this is a VRBO problem. I sincerely hope no one has been taken advantage of- I worry people have forgotten they've paid the deposit up front and don't think to confirm they've been refunded the money afterwards. So DO book this amazing property- you won't regret it, but DO check to make sure you get your deposit back!
