Excellent emplacement à partir duquel en 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre la Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Largo Argentina, Panthéon et Castel Sant'Angelo. La maison se trouve dans la célèbre Via di Monserrato, parallèle à la Via Giulia, qui a une grande histoire artistique pour les activités commerciales. La maison elle-même est un grenier avec une double terrasse, avec une cheminée et deux chambres. A charming place in the middle of everything. A local piazza with lots of benches. Two gellaterias. Local farmers market with freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. Walking distance to just about everything you need. Bedroom opens to a lovely, roomy terrace with a lovely patined view of other terraces. Vittorio was always available and responsive. What a delight!

Great location and friendly host. Setup worked great for our family of 5. Close to sites but still tucked into a Roman neighborhood that felt like you could get away from the crowds. Would stay here again!

We were only here for 1 night prior to heading home but this place is a perfect location and was as described.We had wine at the bar next door which was fantastic and they were so accommodating for a group of 7 and had great recommendations for wine that we took back to the room and enjoyed on the terrace.

A Great Apartment in the Perfect Location

The apartment was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was ideal for everything we planned in Rome. Literally next door to coffee shops, restaurants, galleries and shopping.

The apartment was an excellent base for exploring Roma. Grocery stores, public transportation and restaurants were all within easy walking distance. Vittorio the host was very communicative and was quick to resolve a couple of minor issues we had. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The terrace was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. We would recommend this Roma apartment.

Great location

Location was good. Host let us check in early which was nice. Fairly easy to get to attractions in Rome from the apt. Unfortunately we did have issues -the oven does not work and the elevator was not working.

Perfect location to see all of Rome!

Vittorio was an amazing host and the apartment was perfect for my wife and I. We really enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to all of Rome’s sights not to mention the great restaurants just minutes away. The elevator was a nice amenity as quite a few other rentals can’t offer this and going up multiple flights of stairs with luggage can be difficult. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Vacation Apartment

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was so bright and clean. We were very comfortable, and the beds were great. Vittorio was a great communicator, and was very helpful answering questions. The elevator was a plus, but we would book again regardless of the elevator. The location could not be better. Walking in any direction took us down charming streets and historic monuments. And the local, very close restaurants were fabulous. We went to the Wine Bar across the street twice!

Live like a Roman!

Vittorio was a great host, for a fee he picked us up at the airport and took us back. Apartment is in the heart of the historic district and you can walk everywhere. Extra bathroom was nice, we were with our 2 kids 20 and 18 and they slept fine in the loft. No bugs so you can open the windows and get a great breeze, hang clothes on drying rack on veranda. Large patio where you can unwind in the evening. We cooked dinner 4 nights out of seven, it worked out great. Restaurants, grocery stores, anything you need. We used stairs, 4 flights, but elevator is available. Beds comfortable, sofas comfortable, patio furniture comfortable.

It felt like false advertising.Yes, there is an elevator, but you have to go up a flight of stairs to access it and it didn't work for 3 of our 4 days there.Yes, there is air conditioning, but it doesn't reach the loft bedroom where it was hotter than the sun.Yes, there are 3 beds, but 2 of them are pull out couches.Yes, there is a washing machine, but there were no directions for it and we couldn't get it to work.Yes, there are 2 bathrooms with showers, but the nozzle in the main bathroom didn't spray the water, it just ran down a long the wall.Overall we were not happy.

Good location

We had a problem checking in. Host was not there and we called VRBO and was waiting a good 10 minutes without an answer. My wife went to the nearest store and fortunately the owner of the store knew the owner of the apartment we rented. She called him and we were able to get into the apartment. The apartment was clean; but the loft was hot and sleeping was difficult. The kitchen was minimal and we ate out every meal. The location was convenient to most of the major sights. We used the hop on/hop off bus. I would recommend that.The bedroom and living room were comfortable and sleeping was reasonable. In my opinion the facility was not worth the price. But in fairness, it was hot while we were in Rome. The average temperature was about 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

This was a fantastic property for my family of 6. Our kids are 12, 14, 16, and 18. We had plenty of space and the apartment was perfect for us. The location was wonderful with groceries, the best gelato, and our favorite restaurant of the trip steps away from the door. All of this paled in comparison to Vittorio, who was the best host we have ever had. He arranged our transportation from the airport and made sure we had everything we needed. If we go back to Rome we would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in toller Lage. Die Wohnung war wie in den Bildern beschrieben. Grundsätzlich ordentlich und sauberAuf meine Bitte weitere Leinentücher zum schlafen zu bekommen wurde mir erklärt sie wären kein Hotel Nachdem ich erklärte, dass uns die bettdecken zu warm sind wurde mir mitgeteilt ich soll die Klimaanlage anmachen.Da ich das als nicht notwendig betrachtete und mir diese zum schlafen zu laut war, wurde mir mitgeteilt ich soll Ohrstöpsel nehmen. Daraufhin habe ich die Kommunikation beendet.Der Gastgeber war dann so freundlich von den 3 angeforderten Leinentüchern eines vorbeizubringen.Außerdem stand uns für 3 erwachsene und drei Kinder lediglich ein Schlüssel zur VerfügungKönnten auch 2 sein, würde nicht schaden.Bisher hatte ich noch nie eine Bewertung abgegeben Wir verreisen 3-4 mal jährlichDiese Unfreundlichkeit kannte ich bisher bei den Italienern nichtWir hatten trotz allem einen tollen Trip nach Rom

Leider wurde die Kommunikation Ihrerseits abgebrochen, was es uns erschwerte, weiterhin hilfreich zu sein. Bezüglich Ihrer Wünsche: Die Wohnung ist mit zusätzlichen Bettlaken, Matratzenschonern und leichten Überdecken ausgestattet, falls die Bettdecken zu warm sein sollten. Trotzdem haben wir Ihnen zusätzlich ein weiteres Set Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebracht, wie von Ihnen gewünscht. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie die Klimaanlage als zu laut empfunden haben. Wir hatten angeboten, Ihnen Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung zu stellen oder bei Bedarf einen Techniker zu kontaktieren. Leider konnten wir dem nicht weiter nachkommen, da die Kommunikation abgebrochen wurde. Wir möchten Sie auch daran erinnern, dass wir Ihnen freundlicherweise einen früheren Check-in ermöglicht haben, als ursprünglich vorgesehen. charming location

Excellent location, in the middle of the historical center, roof terrace adds unique outdoor experience, the apartment was clean, comfortable and provided a nice retreat after our excursions into the city. The host is friendly, helpful and responds quickly to messages.
