L'appartement THE NUMBER 44 a une superficie de 130 mètres carrés, tous décorés et meublés avec un goût et un charme irréprochables, tous équipés de tout le confort dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour, où un maximum de 8 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement si elles sont de la même famille, ou amis voyageant ensemble préférant être ensemble plutôt que de se diviser en 2 appartements. Nous vous proposons 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain privées, un troisième lit dans les chambres si nécessaire, un canapé lit double dans le salon, une cuisine très bien équipée ouvrant sur un grand balcon privé avec table et chaises pour un dîner d'été, climatisation ou chauffage, WiFi et TV satellite, lave-linge, fer à repasser, ainsi que draps, serviettes gratuits, café, thé et sucre, shampoing et savon complémentaires également.
Cet appartement a été entièrement rénové et transformé en maison de vacances en mars 2016.
C'est un grand appartement que nous louons pour maximum 7 personnes de la même famille ou groupe d'amis voyageant ensemble.

We enjoyed the convenient location — it’s within walking distance of several grocery stores (including a large supermarket) and a slightly longer walk to the Vatican. The apartment is in a quiet area, and each room has its own AC unit that also works for heating, which was very handy. Coffee and snacks were waiting for us on arrival, and the building’s security staff were friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. We had a plenty of clean towels. That said, the kitchen is quite small. There’s no dishwasher and limited counter space if you plan to cook meals. We also noticed some mold on the bathroom ceiling, which should be addressed. The toilets could have been cleaner upon our arrival, and the shower drained very slowly. Also, make sure you've got washing machine detergent.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience of finding mold in the bathroom, but especially for posting the photos. It would have been more nice to tell us about, as we’d have fixed it in a few minutes. The reason is very simple. The house was closed from November to March during the rainy season, and yours was the first last-minute reservation made on March 8th for March 19th. We are very sorry though.

Fantastic communication with host and check in very smooth. Great location near restaurants and shops. Stayed with children and elderly mother so being on a lower floor was great. The also left refreshments and water, which was very much appreciated after the long travel. Provided more than enough towels and sheets for all. One of the best experiences we have had with these type of rentals! Enjoyed having the washing machine with timer!

wonderful accomodations

This place was perfect for two couples. It is a bit of a drive to most of the sites but that aside it was much quieter and the accommodations were perfect.

Wonderful property

We recently spent 4 nights in Rome and this property was perfect for our needs. It is close (20 minute walk) to the Vatican and there were many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The local property management was SUPER. They communicated wonderfully with us prior / during our stay.

Perfect way to start our holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. From the property manager giving us advice to the comfort of the apartment to being able to eat breakfast on the lovely garden porch to the proximity of Vatican City and the sites in Rome. Highly recommended.

I am a young retiree who has decided to offer this new hospitality service to the many tourist who visit our city throughout the year. I leave in the same building , and I had bought this apartment for my children, but unfortunately they decided to make other choices so I totally refurbished the apartment ready to host with comfort and absolute privacy up to 7 persons.
