L'appartement THE NUMBER 44 a une superficie de 130 mĂštres carrĂ©s, tous dĂ©corĂ©s et meublĂ©s avec un goĂ»t et un charme irrĂ©prochables, tous Ă©quipĂ©s de tout le confort dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre sĂ©jour, oĂč un maximum de 8 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement si elles sont de la mĂȘme famille, ou amis voyageant ensemble prĂ©fĂ©rant ĂȘtre ensemble plutĂŽt que de se diviser en 2 appartements. Nous vous proposons 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain privĂ©es, un troisiĂšme lit dans les chambres si nĂ©cessaire, un canapĂ© lit double dans le salon, une cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e ouvrant sur un grand balcon privĂ© avec table et chaises pour un dĂźner d'Ă©tĂ©, climatisation ou chauffage, WiFi et TV satellite, lave-linge, fer Ă  repasser, ainsi que draps, serviettes gratuits, cafĂ©, thĂ© et sucre, shampoing et savon complĂ©mentaires Ă©galement.
Cet appartement a été entiÚrement rénové et transformé en maison de vacances en mars 2016.

Endroit Ă  retenir et revenir !

Accueil par Ada excellent. RĂ©ponses et infos par WhatsApp avec Romula fonctionnent trĂšs bien. Endroit calme et idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour Ă  Rome. À +ou- 10 minutes Ă  pied ou en voiture de toutes les attractions. Les photos de dĂ©monstrations sont fidĂšles Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Tout est ultra propre et confortable. C'est un endroit Ă  retenir et Ă  revenir pour vos sĂ©jours Ă  Rome.

La rĂ©sidence #44 est un trĂšs beau logement trĂšs agrĂ©able malgrĂ© que la terrasse n’était pas accessible lors de notre sĂ©jour. Madame Radula fut d’une aide prĂ©cieuse pour tous les petits dĂ©tails du quotidien et surtout trĂšs disponible. Elle a rendu notre sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Fantastic communication with host and check in very smooth. Great location near restaurants and shops. Stayed with children and elderly mother so being on a lower floor was great. The also left refreshments and water, which was very much appreciated after the long travel. Provided more than enough towels and sheets for all. One of the best experiences we have had with these type of rentals! Enjoyed having the washing machine with timer!

This apartment exceeded every expectation we had for our family of 6. The communication was responsive, the area was safe, and cleanliness and attention to detail was impeccable. We especially appreciated the extra towels, toilet paper, and soap. We received great information about the local restaurants to try. We love that there were umbrellas by the door, books to learn about the region, and coffee pods to start our mornings. We spent time on the lovely terrace and even used the washing machine. A bonus was having such large rooms with wardrobes and cool AC. The bus pickup and grocery stores are within a short walk and we quickly felt comfortable getting around. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and a special thank you to Ada and Romula for the responsive communication every step of the way. We highly recommend this home away from home!

You can’t beat the location!

What an incredible location! Our stay in Rome was absolutely unforgettable! The apartment was equipped with everything a traveller could wish for, making our experience even more enjoyable. And the best part? Everything we needed—from grocery stores and vibrant markets to cozy restaurants and delightful pastry shops—was just a short stroll away! Romula, the apartment manager and the friendly gate staff made us feel right at home. Number 44 Apartment was a perfect fit for our family of five, and we couldn't have asked for a better adventure!

Beautful Get-Away in Rome

A modern, well situated apartment in a quiet gated complex a short walk away from the Vatican and close to restaurants [Boris & Angelo's are two favs], and a large grocery store [Agora] for anything you need. Beautiful outdoor terraces and so many included amenities that were very much appreciated. Ava was great as the on-site rep and Romula was quick to respond to any questions or issues via WhatsApp. Highly Recommend!

Great Place Near Vatican

Nicely appointed apartment with plenty of room for me, my wife and my adult son who traveled with us. Really appreciated the en suite bathroom connected to the master BR, and the outdoor patio. Perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Easy walk to Vatican and to Metro stop to get to city center. Thanks for accommodating our trip to Rome!

Family wedding

We came to Rome with our daughter and her young family for our other daughters wedding. The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and spacious and the on site help from Ada was very helpful as was the advise given by Romula who manages the property.The property location is perfect for visiting all of Rome's famous sites and close to a very good public tranport link.

Wonderful property

We recently spent 4 nights in Rome and this property was perfect for our needs. It is close (20 minute walk) to the Vatican and there were many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The local property management was SUPER. They communicated wonderfully with us prior / during our stay.

Die Wohnung is klasse und gut geeignet fĂŒr eine Rom-Erkundung

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen und sicheren Viertel. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines abgeschlossenen Wohnkomplexes. Der Hausmeister ist tĂ€glich da und super nett! Was uns gut gefallen hat war die Terrasse zum draußen sitzen. Sehr nah findet man SupermĂ€rkte, Restaurants und Bushaltestellen. Die Kommunikation mit Romula war super top! Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage um die Ecke ĂŒber Romula gebucht. Ada, die auch im Wohnkomplex wohnt, hat uns bei Ankunft schon auf der Straße abgefangen und zur Tiefgarage geleitet. Auch wieder super nett! In der Tiefgarage arbeiten Vater und Sohn. Beide auch wieder sehr freundlich. Der Sohn spricht Englisch. GewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig war nur, dass das Auto vom Sohn geparkt und der SchlĂŒssel in Auto verweilt. Hat aber tadellos funktioniert. Mit dem Bus kann man leicht in die Stadt gelangen. Tickets gibt es im Tabakladen an der Bushaltestelle. Achtung im Bus gibt es Taschendiebe und die Busse sind sehr voll und die Luft ist teilweise schlecht. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rom. Vielen Dank nochmal and Romula und Ada!

Hervorragendes Objekt in Rom

Das Objekt war groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es war ruhig und sicher und zudem in der NĂ€her des Zentrums von Rom. Toller Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung war erstklassig und unkompliziert. Wir wĂŒrden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen. Besser geht es nicht.

Wonderful 3 day stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The listing was exactly as described in the listing. We had great communication before, during and after our stay. We were met upon arrival and shown the apartment. It is a wonderful little neighborhood with a cute gelato shop next door and a full supermarket around the corner. The king beds and 2 full bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples staying there. Thank you for making our visit to Rome even better in your home! This was our first time using Vrbo and we were very pleased with everything!

Great spot to experience Rome

This was a nice spot to get an authentic experience in Rome and was close enough to the city center to take a bus to the popular spots like the Vatican and Colosseum.

Excellent Apartment for Family or Couples

Our experience was great. Communication by What's App with Romula was very good so we could plan our stay and things in area. Upon arrival we were met by Ada who was very friendly, gave us a quick tour and the keys. Apt was spotlessly clean with nice living room and two large bedrooms (larger than any we normally see in Europe), good closets, room for luggage, and the AC worked very well. Hall and en suite bathrooms were both great with good showers and very good water pressure. Kitchen had the utensils and cookware needed to eat breakfast and even dinner. The basics were taken care of which was great. Apt came with paper towels (really important - Americans LOVE paper towels), toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. and even some nice goodies like light breakfast toast, jellies and coffee for stovetop espresso maker (only). The backyard patio was perfect for a meal out of the sun. As we just got off a 8 day cruise, it was great that the apartment had a small washer out on the patio, and a drying rack. The apt is next door to a good gelato shop, a few restaurants, and a short walk to a city bus stop. Any city bus heading east on via Gregorio can drop you at the Roma St Peter stazione, St Peters Square, or near Castel San Angelo. (From there I suggest walking or using a taxi as the buses were crowded and not timely.) Tonnarello in Trastevere was fabulous (well worth the wait in the line to get in!) Overall, we had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

I leave in the same building , and I had bought this apartment for my children, but unfortunately they decided to make other choices so I totally refurbished the apartment ready to host with comfort and absolute privacy up to 7 persons.
