Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, au dernier Ă©tage (les clients doivent pouvoir utiliser les escaliers), il s'agit d'un logement non-fumeurs, sans animaux de compagnie 1 BR, 2 BA loft faisant partie des Lofts of Estes, au confluent de la riviĂšre Big Thomson et de la riviĂšre Fall. RĂ©cemment meublĂ©, ce logement peut accueillir 1 ou 2 adultes dans le loft Ă  l'Ă©tage et peut-ĂȘtre un enfant ou deux dans le canapĂ©-lit situĂ© en bas dans le salon (pas de porte entre les deux). Deux bains 3/4 pour votre commoditĂ©, baignoire Ă  jets dans la chambre et grilles (Ă  l'extĂ©rieur). Le condo a une cuisine complĂšte, un grand balcon avec vue sur la riviĂšre et un puits de lumiĂšre. Internet WiFi, lecteur DVD et chaĂźnes cĂąblĂ©es. Excellent location, close to everything downtown. Unit was welcoming and cozy. Bed was comfy, although all bed pillows are quite thick which didn’t work well for me as I sleep on my belly. Condo is on a fairly busy road so be prepared for some traffic noise. Parking is slim at the condo but there are two public lots across the street for parking. Adele was great with communicating making sure I had all of the details prior to my arrival.

The loft was very welcoming and clean. Location was ideal, you could literally walk anywhere in Estes Park. It was cold outside so we did not get to experience the deck. This loft was the perfect base camp for us for our week in Estes Park and we would definitelyconsider staying here again. The place was very clean and comfortable. It's also very convenient to downtown and almost everything is town is well within walking distance...whis is good since parking in town can be a pain. Also, even though Riverside Drive is a very busy street, there is no significant noise from the traffic. One final note for anyone looking to book this property, be aware that because of the way the parking in front of the unit is configured, you will need to be confident in being able to back out onto a very busy street.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Estes Park. Had everything we needed and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better location
close to downtown, elk in the yard and just a short drive in any direction to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Very clean and quiet and a very convenient location especially with the Trolly stop just a few steps away. The only thing that needs attention is the parking in front as the curb on the street needs to be removed as it’s very hard to drive over and back over that curb.

Absolutely LOVE the location of this place! Very clean, everything in working order and the place was tastefully decorated. We didn't get a chance to use the huge tub but it would have been very comfortable! The decks are wonderful and the skylight upstairs was a delight! We highly recommend!!!
