The Snug is a newly converted one bedroom cottage nestled in an idyllic country hamlet, on the edge of Somerley Park and just minutes from the New Forest National Park. Very close to the ancient market town of Ringwood, which has a range of shops including Waitrose and Waterstones. The cottage is attached to the owner's property, but is very private with a beautiful sunny, secluded garden terrace.

The spacious ground floor accommodation provides a large double bedroom with king-size bed, luxury en-suite shower room, fully equipped galley kitchen and oak-beamed, large cosy sitting room with wood burner.

We loved this cozy littleProperty, absolutely 5 star :)Wonderful location and easy to get to, this annex to the main old rectory house is beautifully done and super comfy.Hosts are lovely and looked after us well, fresh bread, butter and Jams for us when we arrived along with a bottle of fizz made us feel very welcome.High quality bedding and linens etc.The little garden space is secluded and a pleasure to sit out in.Zero faults!Thank you so much :)

Excellent and quiet position. Most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and very well appointed apartment. Would definitely recommend and should we return to this area The Snug would be our place to stay again

Beautifull cottage with everything you need. Very friendly host, does everything to make you feel welcome and to make you relax. The garden is also very nice and private. Only point of improvement is the WiFi, this was not always functioning as it should (slow or not really working at all).

What a wonderful place!A beautiful and very comfortable cottage, decorated to high standards that shows attention to detail and good taste. With a small garden that provides an extra layer of privacy. The property was also very clean and well maintained.In a lovely and idyllic setting, just a 10 minute walk away from a nature reserve and close to a historic church and a short drive to town it is the perfect place to relax and forget all about the demands of every day life.Kim is an excellent host. She made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and was very kind and thoughtful providing us with a hamper with bread, cereal, ground coffee as well as replenishing the fridge with orange juice, jam, milk, eggs and a delicious cava which was perfect in such warm weather. We will sure be back to enjoy it all over again.Thank you Kim for making our stay so special.

Absolutely delightful cottage. Better than the photos. Lots of space inside with a cute outdoor area. Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely stay in the snug again.

The Snug is a perfect combination of modern, clean and contemporary living with traditional and historic features. The Snug is attached to Vicarage Cottage which formed part of the church accommodation, before the current owners purchased it 25 years ago. It is in a delightful and unique setting with a view of the pretty church.
