This is officially our favorite house we’ve rented with Vrbo-definitely the best equip kitchen of all time. Rick was super nice guiding us through the check-in process and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the grounds. Such a beautiful time to be in New York in the ski area and just such a restful quaint experience for our family. The house was so well equipped and comfortable that we just enjoyed hanging out and enjoying Thanksgiving and the beautiful views. I can’t say enough wonderful things – thank you so much for loaning us your house for Thanksgiving! We would definitely love to come back again!

Everything was perfect! Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Any questions I had were addressed immediately by our host. The fireplace was so cozy while we watched TV or played games. I loved it here and hope to come back again in the spring.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful, well-located cottage. The property was fully equipped for a comfortable and fun retreat, and the surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. The owner was warm, welcoming, and shared helpful information upfront, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely return for another stay!

Rain or shine, a perfect home!

We had a lovely time in the Catskills, exploring and hiking, and hanging at the house! The house is very, very comfy, and on clear nights we took advantage of the perfectly clean hot tub and the fire pit. When it rained, we had a great time in the basement playing pool and ping,- pong. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and nights were quiet and peaceful for sleeping in the very comfortable bed. Rick was a great host, always available for questions, warm and friendly!

Most relaxing, the property well situated amongst trees and woods. Plenty of clearing to enjoy the grounds for playing around. Our pitbull absolutely enjoyed the wandering and wooded areas. Local neighbors were very friendly. Many deer on the property every evening they would be out just after dark. Lots of games to keep you busy, WiFi worked great. The cabin was perfect, just bring your food and snacks. Everything else is there.

Family friendly

Enjoyed the grounds, newly renovated kitchen. Family took turns feeding the Koi and counting the frogs in the pond. Also saw gaggles of wild turkeys, deer and fox.

Excellent end of summer trip !

Great property for families ! The game room got a ton of use and the loft beds were a big hit ! Having a loft in each bedroom upstairs was helpful ! Property is gorgeous and the kids had a ton of fun exploring!

Country Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the mountainside house. The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 7. The kitchen was modern and had all the appliances. and cookware we needed .The entertainment system had everything you could think of from CDs and premium TV channels.The game room gets an A+ for keeping the kids busy.The highlight of our stay was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the countryside.A great family vaca.

Secluded Catskills Getaway

We loved our time at the Catskills Getaway. The home felt welcoming, the new kitchen was great for cooking, we enjoyed the hot tub and game room, and several trail hikes. Rick was very responsive, answering all inquiries promptly, and set up the home nicely for visitors. Thanks!

Relaxation

Home is very well stocked with everything you might need! Hot tub was wonderful to relax in! Game room and huge movie selection was great as the weather wasn't perfect but having all the extras there was a huge benefit, as our trip was solely to do alot of relaxing from everyday life. Cooked out on grill every night, and enjoyed every aspect of stay. Grocery store isn't far as we forgot a few things. Didn't need to contact host for anything though when I did speak to him, he was very pleasant!!

Ski trip

This was a really nice spot for a group of friends to have a nice chill and fun stay that was conveniently located near multiple ski mountains.

Out of the way but nice stay

This house is not super close to Hunter or Windham
 25-30 min away so take that into account. It’s also out in the middle of nowhere with no cell signal. WiFi was totally needed. Owner is super nice and very attentive. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have lofts for single beds that are super high up and cramped 
 not for an adult. No firewood supplied by owner was a bummer. Pain in the neck to bring yourself or buy a few pieces for $10 at a store. Seems easy to supply wood with house. Very nice hot tub. Nice open common area for all to hang out. Cool hangout in basement with games and ping pong.

Great house for friends

This house was perfect for my group of four friends on a hiking trip. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill, and plenty of towels and blankets. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do on our trip and the hot tub was a great bonus.
