La vue sur le lac entouré de la magnifique montagne Hunter n'est que le premier des nombreux points forts que vous remarquerez dans cette maison nouvellement construite. Située dans la charmante ville de Hunter, cette maison est à moins d'un mille de Hunter Mountain Resort et à une courte distance des restaurants et des divertissements de la région.

Vous serez accueillis par un tout nouveau concept spacieux Ă  aire ouverte au premier Ă©tage, avec une grande cuisine et un espace de divertissement - avec de nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et des comptoirs de cuisine pour quatre personnes. Notre grande table Ă  manger accueille suffisamment d'espace pour profiter d'un repas avec toute la famille et des siĂšges confortables pour profiter du jeu sur l'Ă©cran plat de 55 pouces, ou lire un livre et se dĂ©tendre. Pendant la saison chaude, dĂ©tendez-vous dans notre espace de vie extĂ©rieur de niveau infĂ©rieur avec terrasse couverte et zone de pelouse pour accueillir un barbecue ou tout simplement profiter de la vue senic! Le lac privĂ© est accessible depuis l'arriĂšre de la propriĂ©tĂ© oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'activitĂ©s telles que la natation, la pĂȘche, le canoĂ« et le kayak.

Le niveau inférieur de cette maison comprend également une chambre queen, une salle de bain complÚte et une salle de jeux.

La salle de jeux est l'endroit idéal pour que les enfants, petits et grands se retrouvent. La salle de jeux comprend une table de hockey sur air, des fléchettes, un systÚme de jeu WII, ainsi que des jeux de société et des cartes. Cette chambre dispose également de deux canapés-lits pour faciliter les couchages.

Le bel escalier sur mesure et unique ne manquera pas d'attirer votre attention, lorsque vous visitez le niveau supérieur de cette maison.

A l'étage, vous trouverez un costume de maßtre magnifique et privé. Le costume principal comprend un beau lit king-size, une salle de bain complÚte privée et un espace de vie avec canapé-lit supplémentaire. Ici, vous pourrez profiter de certains des couchers de soleil les plus spectaculaires sur le lac depuis votre terrasse privée.

Notre deuxiÚme étage comprend également une chambre avec lits superposés, deux lits superposés avec des lits gigognes pour accueillir 6 enfants et une belle chambre double queen.

Cette maison possÚde de beaux planchers de bois partout et un espace de vie inférieur et les deux ponts sont équipés de systÚmes de haut-parleurs multimédias pour en profiter. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision avec cùble, et dans notre salon, nous proposons un DVR - pour que vous ne manquiez de rien! Le WIFI est également inclus.

Beautiful Summer Lake House

Amazing location and great amenities. The lake was a ton of fun, and local cafes/restaurants in Hunter and Tannersville are definitely worth visiting.

Great Skiing Location

Group of beginners went for skiing. While conditions on the mountain weren’t ideal this weekend, we were very pleased with the accommodation. It was spacious, clean, and so close to the slopes.

bill and Nicole were gracious in giving us the best price for the weekend. The spot was clean and though we ran out of a few things there was a grocery store not far to stock up more. Overall a great stay!

Lovely stay!

The house was very clean, had lots of space, and worked perfectly for our family of 7. The kids had a great time playing in the lake. It was a great location to explore the Catskills area. The host was very responsive and helpful. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

Girls Weekend

We had a perfectly relaxing weekend! Between the water, the fire pit, two decks and open living/dining/kitchen our large group of 12 were all able to be together without ever feeling crowded. The location of the house was ideal. Several of the girls talked about returning to the house in the winter due the proximity to the town and mountain! Thank you for a great stay!

I visited this property with a group of friends. The house itself was very clean and spacious. The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions. Only knocking off a star because there was no cleared area for us to hang near the lake.

Perfit fit

Beautiful House So Close to Hunter Mtn!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, and it is a perfect house for a ski weekend at Hunter Mountain! The house is SO close to the base of Hunter, just a quick few minutes in the car, and the property is fantastic. Bill and Nicole are awesome hosts, so easy to communicate with and super helpful! The home is so clean, and has wonderful space/layout. The bedrooms are spacious, plenty of room for the kids (they loved the bunkbed room!) and the game room with air hockey table is a huge bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family getaway

The property was large, nice, and clean in a great location for outdoor activities. Hosts were pleasant to work with and always available to answer questions ahead of time and help once we arrived. There only thing we would suggest is to state in the listing that there are bears in the area in case people but from the area are not aware. One walked through the yard in the daytime and we think we heard one trying to get into the dumpster overnight. Fortunately at both times, all of us were inside. Overall we were very happy and would highly recommend!

Used and tired.

The place was used a tired. Cheap mattress, linens and pillows, brown towels that smelt like mildew. No gas grill. Broken couch we couldn’t sit in. Pans, cutlery, were cheap and gross. Two wine glasses for 4 adults. Walkway and the driveway and patios were sheets of ice with no salt or sand make the walk to the charcoal bbq a challenge. For the price, it was not worth it.

This property was perfect for our Friends and Family Hunter ski weekend. The location is just minutes to both the main lodge entrance as well as the back entrance. The house is very spacious and comfortable for our larger group. We had some snow and enjoyed our evenings after skiing toasting smores at the bonfire. The family room space was prefect to play games as well as watch the football playoff games. I would totally recommend this property!

Great Stay!

This home was perfect for a group getaway! The group of us spent most of our time outside in the yard and by the lake. There was plenty of room for activities and places to sit and hangout. We utilized the picnic tables and grills they had to offer. On the lake there was a nice area for us to sit as well. Would strongly recommend staying here for any large group of friends and family!

Great stay!

My family and I rented this house for a ski weekend and it was great! Communication with the owners was wonderful, they were really helpful with any questions we had and were so willing to help with anything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious, and the game room was an added bonus for the little kids (who loved the air hockey table and the Wii!). There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were all a really nice size and more spacious even than the pictures could show. We had a wonderful stay here!

Amazing house and location!

You really can’t get any better than this property! Close to downtown (2 minute drive), beautiful lake to swim in with a mountain rain landscape in the backyard, fire pit, and a very spacious house! Perfect for all of your Catskill Mountain needs!

Family vacation in Hunter, NY

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in Hunter, New York very much. The house was spacious, clean, very close to Hunter Lake, in a very quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view of Hunter Mountain and a nice-sized lawn for the children. We had plenty of space for our family of 13, which ranged in age from two senior citizens to a three year old. We appreciated that linens, two kayaks and a canoe were supplied. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit, after a day of swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing, hiking, sightseeing, playing games, and just spending time together as a family. We had a fantastic week!

Fun Family Getaway Homs

This house was awesome! My family and two of our close family friends and their families were able to live comfortably at the home with us. There was plenty of room. The small lake was perfect for kayaking and swimming for our children. Very close to hiking, fishing, and other towns to investigate. We truly enjoyed this home.
