Absolutely love this place! Great location and very clean and exactly as listed. We’ve stayed here as a family of 9 twice now and plan to stay again. Kelly is so easy to communicate with and keeps the place is run beautifully.

Had the best time staying at Marinas Edge! The 3 bedroom condo was spacious, impeccably clean, gorgeous view, steps from the pool and across the street from Manson beach. Kelly was super responsive and even graciously shipped a left item. I’m going to share with all my friends this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will be back!

This review reflects the response from a guest who showed a clear disregard for the resort rules.
Multiple violations of our resort policies occurred during their stay. As a result, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, there deposit was retained.
The Items in violation were:
-Over occupancy - Maximum occupancy is 10. The registered guests significantly exceeded the occupancy limits with over 15 people staying in the suite. Additionally, they planned a gathering of approximately 30 non-guests in our shared pool and barbecue area, which is against our property rules and poses safety and liability concerns.
-Smoking in designated NON SMOKING areas. Smoking is allowed in the backside of the building. Smoking was occurring in areas marked non-smoking areas. When the accompanying guest was shown the signage they had no regards to the rules and continued to smoke.
Unfortunately, on rare occasions, guest who violate rules may attempt to deflect accountability by using racism. I don't believe the guest had a chance to look at the owners last name, although the owner has a lighter complexion she shares the same ethnicity.

We booked this place as a girls weekend for a birthday getaway, which was communicated to the owner at the time of booking. The room booked slept 10 people. The quiet hours were listed as after 10pm, but at 7:30 we were told we had to be quiet and couldn’t play music...even though there were other groups encouraging us and asking us to “turn the music up”. We were also not the only group who was told to be quiet, after talking with other groups who were told the same thing, it appeared the owner had a very strict noise policy that was not communicated upon booking. We felt so uncomfortable staying in our room we felt we had to leave in order to just hangout and talk. When in the unit we were afraid the even walk normally or talk at a normal level due to fear Kelley would come knocking in our door, or worse the sheriff’s would show up as she threatened us.
Furthermore, our room initially appeared clean upon arrival, but after being there a few hours we soon realized it was not. There was dried macaroni on the window, the bed sheets had a blood stain. We found the sheets late the first night, and with the already poor interaction with the owner we waited until the next morning to inform her. She proceeded to assume the stains were from one of us due to the fact she knew we had been drinking, even threatened to charge my card for damages we did not cause. Six of the ten girls that were there are medical professionals and found no bleeding wounds on anyone who slept in that bed. That is quite a large assumption for not knowing any of us or being there in the room to witness what we looked like when going to bed. She was so incredibly rude to us as well when we tried to address the situation which we felt was highly unprofessional.
Upon leaving we stripped the beds as a courtesy (it was not listed on the check out duties but figured it had to be done), and found raisins under one of the mattress protectors. Clearly that had not been changed prior to us arriving and who knows the last time it was. The pullout couch was bent and so uncomfortable that we had to use a blowup mattress instead of using the pullout couch.
Overall the views were great, within walking distance to many places in town and it was nice to have access to the pool/hot tub and BBQs. But quite honestly this place should be listed as “for families only” with such strict rules on noise even before the quiet hours.

Our property is not designed for large loud wild parties. I don't think any property is open to this. When we notified this group that we were getting complaints from the screaming, inappropriate language, and loud music coming from the deck upset their plans. We asked this group, in a professional manner, to please be considerate and respect the other guest their demeanor became disgruntle, even tried to pick fights with other guest and management. We have many groups who come to celebrate special occasions in which they respect the other guest and management. These girls choose to complain on the cleanliness after they were not happy with the way management had to handle this situation in warning them about their rude behavior. Our housekeepers are professionals and the the complains that were made from these guest were unfounded.

Company Getaway
I rented 3 condos in building 3 for a company getaway and the location is perfect, water is 150 steps away. Food & beverages just a block away. Condos are comfortable, nice and clean. Everything about our stay was amazing. I have already rescheduled for next September.

Nice views and great place to stay. A few things to remind for anyone who plans to stay, it’s a 15 min drive from closest restaurants and grocery. I also feel they should not ask too much for check out. The list is too much given we are paying for cleaning

We had a great trip! The owner was very communicative and even upgraded us when the she found out the stove in our unit wasn’t working before we arrived. We were there for the second weekend of Winterfest and we were within walking distance to the event. The hot tub was open, hot and felt amazing especially in the cold weather with snow all around us. We just wanted to sit and watch the sunset over the mountains and the beautiful lake! Definitely will be back!

The property was fantastic. We celebrated our daughter's New Years birthday in style. The unit was beautiful and the view was stunning, complete with fireworks. Lake Chelan is a winter escape destination for sure. Would love to come back and stay at this property.

Manson Bay
Smooth moving in and out. No beach or water access was disappointing. The Marina made a reservation for our boat, but when we went to dock our boat our assigned slip had a boat in it and the office was closed. We used an overflow slip for the night, and the following day the other boat was still in our slip. So we pulled our boat out.

The Manson Bay Marina is ran by the Manson Parks and Recreation Department. That's disappointing to here that your slip was taken. The Parks Department normally is pretty good about monitoring that. I hope you were able to notify them to get your permit fee refunded. There is also the Manson Bay Park with a public swim area and lake access across the street. Thanks Again!

Lake Chelan getaway
We enjoyed a weekday trip to the Chelan area. This property was a great location. This spacious condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Kelly has done an excellent job setting up the unit to be comfortable. Kelly communicated by email with anything we needed to know and suggestions for visiting the area. The view is amazing ! I look forward to returning to stay on our next trip to Lake Chelan.

The challenge in staying at this location is the building itself. If you have occupants in the room above you it can be uncomfortably loud. If you are planning to rest, this is not the place. We had two loud days and nights. Jumping, running, slamming doors, in the room above us. There is no insulation or sound barrier. It's like the Geico commercial with the tap dancers, dancing in the room above. If you want to take a nap or chill during the day, the thumping, jumping and running is so loud it is not possible to rest. This is our third and last stay here. During our second stay there was a party above us and it went until 2:00 am. The first stay no one was above us and it was wonderful.
The owners are good people-nice people. The building is not so nice.

Wonderful location!
My husband and I had a great stay at Marina’s Edge. The Lilac condo was very well appointed, comfortable and has an outstanding view to enjoy while lounging on the large covered deck. The pool, hot tubs and lake are all steps away. We will pass on this great find to others and hope to be back ourselves!

We had a great time staying in this condo... it was very clean and centrally located in Manson - very walkable to the public beach and the shops/restaurants in Manson... all of the necessities were already stocked (dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc)... dishes were in good shape and clean... great views from the balcony... would definitely stay again
