Chill Family Vacation
Marina's Edge is a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing family vacation. Their pool and spa ia a great place for the kids to swim and has plenty of loungers for parents and adults to watch and relax. It's location is within walking distance of several restaurants. The only thing that was surprising to us was how early many of the stores and restaurants close. Many of them closed at 6 PM or earlier. The room has a guide book which includes great information and suggestions. Overall it is a fantastic choice for a family vacation.

Great location, nice apartment
This place was perfect for us, it is right downtown and so convenient for multiple outings while returning for a couple of naps :)
The management put down ice-melt Sunday morning which was so considerate. Parking was a bit of a pain, but not too bad. Overall, highly recommended.

Great Location and View
We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend at this property. The location is central to town and the view of the lake is unbeatable. The outdoor balcony is very large and spacious and spans the width of the unit- everyone loved hanging out there. The interior was updated and pleasant. The only negative was several empty water bottles left behind one of the beds. Aside from that, we loved the property and plan on returning.

Great location, very dusty inside. The stay was great until people checked in to the rest of the building. The walls don’t hold out sound very well. We could hear people talking/playing music all night long. It seemed as if they were in our unit with us.

Good space, but no real communication from property manager
The space is a great size and was a good fit for my group of 3 adult women needed individual sleeping areas. THe view of the lake was beautiful and the hot tub was a wonderful retreat in the evening. I was very disappointed in the communication with the property management company. I received 3 email messages that I have to assume were automated since my many messages to Kelly, when these emails asked me to reach out if there was anything she could do to make our stay better, went unreplied to this day. The property is good, but don't expect to reach someone with any questions or concerns.

I'm not sure why you were unable to contact me but, I apologize. I'm available 24/7. I didn't see any email, text, or voicemail from you during your stay. I'm wondering if your message was being sent to the correct, phone number or email. In your check in instructions along, with the condo information binder in the suite, there are two additional contact numbers, Tony and Tammy. Neither one of them received a message from you either. I'm not sure if you tried to contact them or not. It's important that our guest are able to contact us anytime.

Vineyard Condo
Overall we had a good stay. There were a few small things like the door handle breaking, the lock having a low battery and a piece of trim falling on the patio but the owner was great and quick with fixing these and communicating. The condo does show wear and tear but that’s to be expected. When we got to the condo we kept finding pistachios on the floor and found two rotten/dry grapes under the couch but just cleaned them up as we didn’t want to bother the owner with this. Be aware that the bathroom that is en-suite to the bedroom does not give a lot of privacy due to the design of the door and the shower sprays water all over the floor as the shower head doesn’t move and there is no door on the shower. We wasted lots of towels keeping it dry. The pool is great and cold on the hot days.

Overall decent stay.
The location is perfect. Super convenient. There is jet ski and boat rental right in front of you. A ton of businesses in walking distance. The neighbors around the area were really nice. The pool that we was kept clean and the hot tub was awesome. I could hear music from the neighbors, but that didn’t bother me. The property manager had a good communication. When I reached out she replied really quick.The place itself is very spacious. Enough dishes and pots & pans for cooking & eating. The washer and dryer plus dishwasher worked good.Everything was fairly clean except for the living room had some cobwebs and I’m not sure if it’s bugs or something? I have attached photos. The other downside to this place that was really hard to deal with the bed in the room with the bunkbed was such poor quality that you really couldn’t sleep on it. It felt extra lumpy and hard. The pullout couch was the same way. It was so uncomfortable and both were super thin. If those beds were changed out to a more comfortable mattress and the cleaners take care of those ceiling areas this is the perfect place.

Beautiful & Convenient Location
We loved the layout, location and views at this condo. We slept comfortably and the area was quiet this time of year. The condo was very easy to find, park and enter. Communication updates were appreciated leading up to, and during our stay. It was great being able to walk everywhere during Winterfest weekend.The dining table however, was pretty disgusting, with the sticky, bubbly, clear plastic cover. It was very tacky for such a lovely condo and location. A piece of cut glass or even a tablecloth would have been better. The measuring spoons and measuring cups set is incomplete, which made baking difficult. There are no baking/cookie sheets which also made some of our meals difficult to make. The main living area bathroom toilet would not always flush and we had to lift the tank lid to make this work. The King guest room has a very loose door handle that needs to be fixed. It also seemed odd that placemats are used on all of the end tables and the coffee table. While these were minor issues, they did detract from such a beautiful location and none are expensive fixes which would have lead to a perfect rating. Also, one of the confirmation emails indicated no shampoo, conditioner or bath soap, yet this was provided in wall pump containers which was nice. Overall, we absolutely loved staying in this condo, and even with the minor issues we had, we for sure would enjoy coming back for another stay. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
