Aqua Essence Unité 1 sur Cape San Blas

Triplex sur la plage - Animaux acceptés 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain.

Aqua Essence Unit 1 est une unité d’un triplex en bord de mer dans le golfe du Mexique, à Joseph Peninsula (Cape San Blas). Les trois unités sont disponibles.
La chambre côté plage a un lit queen, la chambre côté baie a un lit queen. Cette propriété est à quelques pas de la plage du golfe du Mexique et fait face à l'ouest pour de superbes couchers de soleil. Les deux chambres sont au deuxième niveau. Il y a une salle de bain complète au premier et deuxième niveau.
Locations périodes sont généralement semaines complètes du samedi au samedi. Des séjours plus courts seront considérés pendant les mois d'été.
L'occupation maximale est de 4 personnes, c'est une limitation stricte. Les noms et âges de tous les occupants doivent être consignés dans le contrat de location.
Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés moyennant des frais non remboursables de 10 USD par animal et par jour (maximum de 70 USD par animal). Tous les animaux doivent être déclarés sur le contrat de location.
Les tarifs de location sont basés sur deux personnes. Les personnes supplémentaires sont 5 $ par jour et par personne.
Il y a un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 200 USD qui sera remboursé dans les 14 jours suivant le départ, à condition qu'aucun dommage ne soit causé aux personnes ou animaux non autorisés.

Lovely, comfortable, and affordable beachfront cottage in perfect location!

Photos do not do this place justice! The cottage is clean, well maintained, and has many recent updates including a beautiful new kitchen. Best of all it is RIGHT ON THE BEACH and the porch is the perfect place to sit and take in the stunning views. Being the end unit of a triplex, it also has views from nearly every room. Opening the blinds (not shown in photos) makes the downstairs living areas bright and sunny. The common area downstairs has several grills and a fireplace. The location was perfect to access both the park at the north end of the island and restaurants by foot. Vince was a wonderful, attentive host who made everything easy. We will definitely stay here again! Suggestions to make things easier for both host and guests: Add a list of what you do and do not provide, including kitchen basics, to the listing. Stock sponges for kitchen cleanup and provide extra light bulbs. A few inexpensive updates that would REALLY freshen things up: Replace carpeting on stairs and window seat and paint or varnish (for safety, attach stair runners made of a berber-type low-pile carpet that can be easily replaced when worn). The upstairs BR needs drywall repairs and paint. The mattresses were VERY comfortable, but the bed frame in the beach BR was cheap and wobbly and made noise every time I moved. Replace with a quality bed frame, and refresh linens throughout.

Perfect for a quiet getaway!

This property was perfect for our family of 3 and 2 small dogs. The view is breathtaking!! We brought some groceries and made our own meals the entire time we were there. If we had to leave there was 2 small groceries nearby with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back again!

Quaint Beach Cottage

This cottage has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. The location can’t be beat. Very private wide white sand beach.

Great getaway!

As stated in other reviews it is a bit dated but the owner seems to be aware and working on updates. The views are amazing and an overall wonderful stay! Look forward to returning!

It was easy to get to and beautiful view of the ocean! Short walk to the sand , I’d definitely stay here again! Very comfortable place and love the deck how it’s not with other’s and the privacy!! People are so nice and helpful and the beach is not crowded at all! Very family oriented we absolutely loved that part of it

Great Location & Great Price

Great vacation spot! Looking to go back. Property manager very professional and responsive. While the interior was a bit dated, the Location could not have been any better! Unit is right on the beach. White sand beach was not crowded at all and pet friendly too. Great price for the location.

Great location!

This location is amazing! You are right by the beach with a beautiful view from the deck. The inside is a little bit dated but it is a good deal for the price and it is clean and has all of the essentials. Highly recommend staying in this location.

Amazing location.

The location is perfect. The house was clean. The upstairs bathroom could use a reno and the carpet could be taken out. For the price and the location its a good place to stay.

Aqua Essence Unit 1

Location can't be beat - beautiful beach front view! It was very clean, and for that we were very grateful! Reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 - property seems to be in 'transition'. Some things have been kept up/redone, but a few things have not. Towel bar in bath missing, shag carpet on stairs and other carpet upstairs not great. Chairs out front need new cushions and to be painted. With just these few tweaks, this could be an adorable rental!

Thanks for the feedback. Reflooring in the upstairs and stairs of all three units is scheduled for December. New deck furniture has been on backorder since August, and we tightened the screw for the towel rack.

Older unit in a great location

This is an older unit that could use some updating, but it was clean and in a great location at a descent price. The only complaint is that the living room furniture really needs to be replaced. The couch was broken and sunken in which made it uncomfortable. It's right on the beach with easy access and there are nice amenities sick as grills and picnic table. If they replaced the couch we would definitely stay there again.

Thanks for the feedback. Couches and love seats for all three units were ordered weeks ago and expected delivery before Thanksgiving. We planned on replacing them sooner, but had a Cat 5 hurricane come through and replacing siding, windows, and stairs had a higher priority along with a very high out-of-pocket cost.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Beautiful views from the beachside deck. Sunsets were amazing! Nice to get a visit from the owner. We love San Blas.

Amazing location and beautiful views

My family could not have asked for a more amazing week at the beach. Although the unit can use a little updating, it was very clean and comfortable. We sat on the porch every morning looking at the beautiful rainbows over the ocean while the dolphins played near the shore. The beach is just a few short steps from the unit, and is absolutely beautiful. We loved it so much that we already booked our next vacation at Aqua Essence.

Dog Friendly, Beach Front Townhouse

The very best things about Aque Essence 1 are Location, view, convenience, and dog friendly lodging. Just a short boardwalk to the white sand beaches and gentle gulf waves makes coming and going to the beach throughout the day a breeze. The porch is a fantastic substitute for the beach when running up for lunch or a break. The sunsets were quite the show as well. The dog friendly nature of Cape San Blas brought us back a second time. The unit has lots of natural light and a great view of the gulf when cooking dinner or just relaxing inside. The furnishings in Aqua Essence are a little dated but the 2 bedroom to bath unit served it's function as a vehicle to the beach. The air conditioning was plenty cool on even the hottest days. We used the charcoal grill twice and ate at Indian Pass Raw Bar twice as well. Cape San Blas has a laid back, non commercial vibe which suited my beach bum family.
