Cette maison moderne possède plus de 5 000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec trois étages joliment décorés, y compris une technologie de pointe, reposant sur un grand terrain boisé à distance de marche du centre-ville de Vineyard Haven.

Niveau principal - comprend une grande pièce, une cuisine / salle à manger combinée et un porche ouvert. La grande chambre a une grande télévision à écran plat, un système de cinéma maison et une connexion Internet sans fil. Climatisation centrale et ventilateurs de plafond. Sièges de salle à manger 10-14. La cuisine a tous les ustensiles nécessaires, casseroles, poêles, vaisselle. Grand porche grillagé hors cuisine. La terrasse généreuse donne sur la cour arrière avec un coin salon extérieur et des barbecues. Aussi ce niveau - MBR Suite avec lit King et salle de bain privée.

Wonderful house for MV getaway

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adult friends to have their own rooms and gather at the large kitchen table for puzzles and games, or in the comfortable living room to relax and talk. We appreciated the large kitchen with everything needed to make large group breakfasts before exploring MV. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Home

Pictures do not do this property justice. It is very spacious, comfortable, and well located. We LOVED the walk to town location. The outdoor spaces were well designed and the interior space held our large family beautifully. We hope to return next year!

Every Year Gets Better!!

This is our 4th stay at this property. We love the walk-to-town location. The owner has made several improvements which have been great. Awesome spaces...from porch, to deck, to outdoor swing. Absolutely love this place...will be back in 2024!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This beautiful home is perfect for a large family! It has spacious rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, a lower level family room perfect for children, and a huge yard. It is within waking distance to downtown shops and beaches. The house is immaculate and well-cared for, and the property managers and owner are very responsive. An exceptional home!

Vineyard Haven Gem

Happy to return to this lovely, spacious and peaceful VH home in 2023! We have previously enjoyed staying at this comfortable, perfectly located home for many years. Easy to lounge inside and out, as well as to walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping and exercise classes. Scenic VH neighborhood is great to explore on foot, and driving to OB, ET and up island is easy enough.

This is our 6th year here. We love the walk to town location, the lovely outdoor spaces, big living room, ample bedrooms and how well maintained the house is. So comfortable and welcoming. The property manager promptly helped with a minor issue. We will be back next year!

Great place for 11 people

We took our kids and grandkids to Martha's Vineyard for a week in late July. This was a very nice place, with plenty of room and all the stuff we could need. It was a 10 minute walk to town. We had a terrific time as a family, even with the difficulties getting there and back on the ferry.

Fantastic House and Host!

Our oldest daughter just recently got married on the island. My wife and I - and a few family members needed a house close to the venue. This house was perfect. Best place we've rented!

We were in awe when we walked in and saw how spacious and hospitable the home was. We had rented in two other places in the past. It's not easy to find a place where 7 adults and 4 children including a baby can be comfortable and not be in each other's space. The home is beautiful and more than met our needs. Being walking distance to town was an added bonus. When we return to Martha's Vineyard, this is our go-to choice, hands down.

Quiet privacy

The lot is beautiful with a large front yard and spacious back deck and yard that is great for play and grilling outside. The house is spacious also with plenty of private spots to play games or relax and read. Large dining table seats 10 to 12 for great family dinners. The kitchen island works nicely to feed the little ones. The living room area is lovely and fits everyone comfortably. We had a nice family week together.

Great large home

This home was exactly as described. When we arrived it was clean. It’s a perfect size for large families. The bedroom nook was more private then expected. The beds were comfortable and 2 masters was a bonus. The outside deck is great for relaxing. Kitchen has large table to fit whole family. Easy walk to town even a 6 and 7 year old could do it.

Amazing Martha’s Vineyard Vacation!

My family and I enjoyed every day of our vacation. This home was a pleasant surprise, It is well kept, furnished appropriately and the 3 levels has more than enough space to accommodate a large family comfortably. Marcene was a delight, very responsive, which made booking effortless. The Property Manager Geoff was available for any questions or concerns, he even made a few recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. This was our second year visiting the Island and we definitely plan on making it an annual trip. My family and I are looking forward to spending another summer in this wonderful home.

Lovely Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property here! There was plenty of room, the home was clean and all showers and toilets worked. I spent many mornings on the spacious wooden deck getting my workouts in before getting going for the day. Fantastic family room that more-than-accommodated all 11 of us at the end of the days for games & movie nights. LOVED the location- only about a 10 min. walk to cute shops & restaurants. And neighborhood was great for walking/ running. Marcene was amazing with communication prior to our arrival and was very prompt in all responses. I very much appreciated that! Would love to stay here again the next time we find ourselves in MV.

COMFY AND SPACIOUS!

The property was perfect for our family of varied ages and interests. There is PLENTY of gathering space -- both indoors and outdoors -- for card/party games, video games, movie entertainment, eat-outs/cookouts, outdoor play, and much more. At the same time, there are nice nooks and crannies for reading, checking email or spending a little bit of "me" time. Finally, the proximity to all the people points on the Vineyard -- beaches, film festival events, eateries, etc. -- is just minutes away via walking, biking or car. If at all possible, we will definitely be repeat customers!
