The location was perfect and allowed us to choose the sound side or gulf side easily, it was close to shopping and dining, it was clean and had everything we needed, Brad was very easy to communicate with, and we would easily choose this home again! Thanks again for hosting us!

Great location: easy walk to restaurants, shops, bars (if that is your thing). Impressed with how many live bands were performing daily.Clean and comfortable home. Has all the conveniences/supplies needed. Air conditioning works great and the home has good water pressure. Able to chill and relax.Beach access: 2 short blocks to the water and sugar looking sand. Water on the gulf was amazing. Wagon with umbrella and chairs provided was a nice touch.This was a perfect place to stay. And for the price, can not be beat. Will be returning to Pensacola Beach and will chose this home again.

location location location

clean beach home in a great location. a couple of blocks to the beach and a quick walk to the boardwalk with bars and restaurants on the way. perfect size with all of the needed amenities. recommend staying here.

Super clean house that is conveniently located having very comfortable beds. Just what we needed as we have stayed at this property before. Beach is less than a short two block walk with chairs, umbrella, and a wagon provided. Shop and restaurants are also within walking distance. Loved the home's bamboo garden and patio providing a relaxed and inviting afternoon retreat. Definitely stay here when you visit Pensacola Beach.

This was an awesome home. About 475 steps from the door to the ocean. It was located perfectly. Tons to do and see. I’m telling all my family to stay here.

This property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our family’s stay on the world’s most beautiful beach! Beach access, shopping, and dining were all incredibly convenient. The owner was a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly. Highly recommend!
