Great stay

If your looking to get away to simple living, this is it. Easy walk to the beach, great location. As advertised. What you see is what you get. It was perfect for our visit.Would love to come back and rent again.

Great location and clean property

From the reservation booking to check out there was great communication throughout the process and the property was as described. Property manager was highly accessible. Great place for a quick beach getaway.

Nice house close to the beach.

House was clean and near the beach just like the posting described. Very quiet neighborhood. Water pressure was a little low but nothing we couldn’t handle. The grill was clean and had a full tank when we arrived. Only suggestion is if you are traveling with young children check the YouTube history from the previous guest, my nephew had a few questions about why people were searching for certain things. Lol.

Perfect vacation

Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Home was just as listed, walking distance to the beach and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Our stay at Lazy Urchin

Very comfy and clean. So close to the beach!!! They have everything you need in the kitchen which was a super plus. Bathrooms were both very very nice. We loved the house absolutely worth it!

Nice enough

Good location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Small home but nice enough. Bathrooms had sliding doors with no locks, so hard to have privacy. A/C worked great. Found some dead and living bugs plus some kind of weird bugs all over the bed one night. Little tiny bugs, I don't think bed bugs I wonder if they were some kind of beach/sand bugs. We did have trouble with the door code upon arrival and it was a pain during the whole stay. Not the best or worst rental we've had. Very reasonably priced, Would stay here again.

Not what was expected

What the property description fails to say is that the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. There are empty spaces above the bedroom doors, almost like a hole for a transom window. There was no privacy and not relaxing. You could here every conversation throughout the house. The shower in the kids bathroom didn’t have a handle on the faucet. The oven didn’t work for 2 days. The garbage can was not empty from the previous renters and it was full when we got there. We had to bag our garbage up and drive it to a dumpster. The location was great though and an easy walk to the beach.

This place was very, very run down. One bathroom was dangerous and caused my daughter in law to slip while holding our grandson while getting in to it. It remained unused after the first morning. The other bathroom had broken shower controls and a clogged shower head that sprayed in every direction. The only cooking pans that were available were $5 pans that had most likely been picked up at a garage sale for a quarter. There were cups, silverware and plates. We had to buy pans to cook in though. The main TV had scratches in it which made it hard to watch and was not used because of this. 1 roll of toilet paper. No spares. There was no dish soap and only 1 dishwasher tab. I sent a message about the place and received an automated reply only with no reponse from a human. I should have done my research on different review sites and read the reviews about the property management company/owner. The lowest I have ever seen. They appear to be the slum lords of vacation rentals. The price is not low enough to justify renting.

Nice location.

Dirty air intake ,broken rail on deck ,no cutting board, no sharp knifes. Shower curtain in tub very dangerous. Everything else was ok. We’ve stayed here four years ago .Needs new couch .Think I’ll find another house next time.

My wife and I totally loved everything about this house! Good value. Great location. One block from the beach and three blocks from the bay! Good neighborhood. Beautiful open interior. Well equipped. Modern. Clean. Very responsive management company. Easy in and out. Awesome!

Great location.

Near the beach, the pier, eating establishments and not far from a grocery store. Front porch is great. Kitchen adequately equipped. Needs work on the showers and the kitchen stove needs repaired. Ants are a problem. Overall good stay and the location was perfect for us.

Great place with a short walk to the beach. It was a perfect beach get away for the family.

It was a great home with great location close to the beach. It was Perfect for our family’s beach get away. The beds were comfortable and clean. The walk to the beach was super close. The neighborhood was nice and the beach was beautiful. The only complaints I had were the coffee maker was not cleaned out properly. It has a moldy used coffee filter. Also, it was very difficult to get in touch with the management company via phone. I had to call multiple times and was on hold. Lastly, it would have been nice to have some beach accessories (i.e., sand toys, umbrellas, beach towels, chairs etc.) and extra toilet paper. Overall, we had a blast and loved it. We would definitely visit again.
