Ce nouvel appartement est parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille. Réveillez-vous à la brise de l'océan chaque matin. La chambre principale et le salon sont tous deux reliés par un long balcon. La table du petit déjeuner est parfaite pour quatre personnes. Bien que nos photos montrent 2 chaises, l'appartement est livré avec 4 chaises. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec du matériel de cuisine (couverts, cafetière, mixeur, vaisselle, casseroles et verres). Le complexe d'appartements dispose d'une piscine, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants, d'une salle de sport et d'un service de sécurité 24h / 24.

The host, Sylvana, is very responsive and kind. No problems there. However, the experience was rather disappointing because I had rented this accommodation to walk on the beach, and it's not accessible. The accommodation is actually located near a very noisy highway. Furthermore, it's 30 minutes from the airport, not 10 minutes, which increases taxi fares. I didn't get what was advertised, and the neighborhood had nothing interesting nearby. Sylvana was understanding of my disappointments but didn't offer me any credit. Had I known, I would never have rented at that price

Beautiful and comfy place. The communication from the owner is a good as it gets. The owner quickly answered all of my messages and was super nice and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Lima!!!

lovely apt; bring US dollars; beware of neighborhood

Apt felt like home immediately. Very pleasant. Bertha and Carlos are very helpful but they prefer payment for taxi services by US dollars. Antonio who was the night time door person and English speaker was very helpful too; he did warn us to be careful in the neighborhood at night though. The internet was not reliable making it very difficult to order a taxi with my rudimentary Spanish and the day time door person was neither helpful or an English speaker (thus the use for Bertha and Carlos as drivers).

Nice apartment

Overall nice apartment but had I known you can’t access the beach at all I would have chose somewhere else. The neighborhood is a little rough and not many places to eat within walking distance or attractions. The view is beautiful but the 2 highways right outside are very loud inside between all the honking, car alarms, sirens etc. Security was very nice and helpful. The apartment only had 2 towels for the 4 people on my booking so that was less than desirable to have to share wet towels. Also not all of us could watch the TV due to one of the couches not having a leg on it.

Overall Great

Location, security and amenities were excellent. 2 Shortcomings. The telephone from the front desk to the apartment does not work and, according to the front desk, has not worked for some time. Difficult when someone wants to visit. The Hot water heater is undersized and won't sustain a long hot shower. My wife had great difficulty washing her hair. These 2 problems would not prevent me from staying there again. View is fabulous. San Miguel location allows best access possible to all of Lima, considering the savage traffic. Great place to stay. Silvana was so cooperative and welcoming.

The place was really clean and nice. Silvana was responsive and very helpful. The security guard was amazing and very helpful too. I enjoyed my stay here. I do have to mention, if you are a light sleeper, this Is not the best place to stay. It is along a very busy road that is loud all night. Also, if you are wanting to use the gym, know that none of the cardio equipment works.

Refreshing and relaxing

Ms. Silvana's parents Carlos and Bertha received me with open arms. They were very accommodating as well as informative. Ms. Silvana is very responsive to e-mail's even thou she is not in the country, but if there is anything you need right away her parents are there to provide assistance. The apartment and the view was great. There is 24 hour security, local phone and underground parking. The condo complex has a pool and small gazebo areas for gatherings if you need them as well as vending machines for that quick late night snack. There is also a gas station close by and a wonderful small café downstairs next to the condo for that early morning coffee and pastry with a view of the water front. Most tourist attractions are not close by but an Uber or a taxi will get you there in no time for around $5 to $10 dollars. Miraflores is where most of the action is and it's about a 15 minute drive. This is also from where most tours leave as well as the mall and every type of dinning you could ask for. I recommend staying here if you want a nice quiet place to lay your head after all the site seeing and fun you will have in Lima. I thank Ms. Silvana and her family for opening there home to "lost" travelers as myself. I will definitely return in the future.

Small but very nice apartment

Very nice new apartment with 24/7 security at the entrance. Silvana was very helpful with all the questions from booking to check-out. Silvana's parents were a wonderful couple. They picked us up and dropped us back at the airport when we requested. Kitchen was fully equipped with enough pot/pan/utensils/dishes/bowls for 4. In addition, basic cooking stuffs such as salt, pepper, cooking oil are also supplied. Kitchen cleaning supplied as well as a vacuum is a plus if you stay long and want a clean place. The master bedroom was very nice with ocean view. The 2nd bedroom is little small for 2 adults but ok for 2 kids. Closets with hangers are good for unpacked things you need during your stay. Hot water is good when one person taking shower at a time. The living room and dinning room are cozy. Laundry is available, just ask the security person. Thanks Silvana, Carlos and Bertha for all your helps.

Lovely Apartment!

Lovely apartment! Felt very safe with security at the front door. Easy ride (if there is such thing in Lima ;) from airport. Silvana's parents were a wonderful and helped us settle in - a true asset to the experience! Taxi's fairly easy to use even with limited Spanish - Friends had luck with Uber as well. Apartment is centrally located so getting to the sites and other districts was easy - although again Lima traffic is crazy(plan extra time in your day for travel) Only comment for future travelers there is not a place to eat breakfast close by - wonderful pastry shop next door but does not open until 10:00! We had stopped at the store for a few supplies and would recommend. We only had a short time to explore Lima and look forward to another longer trip - will definitely stay here again! :) Thanks Silvana, Carlos and Bertha!

amazing view

the apartment is small but has everything you need for your stay, the best part though was falling asleep to the sounds of the waves and waking up to a refreshing sea landscape.

I decided to host because Lima has very limited hotels and their prices are so expensive. I want people to come visit my beautiful Peru and not go broke in the process. Although I won't be hosting you, my parents do an amazing job accommodating anyone who stays in my apartment. I will be in constant communication with you from the moment you make a reservation to the moment you leave. I want to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I will also help you with links of things to do, places to visit and restaurants to try.
