Vues Bluff à couper le souffle! Dock dans No-Wake Cove! Charmant et Immaculé!

Cette propriété a deux vues étonnantes du canal principal au 8. 5MM; un sur le pont et l'autre au sommet d'une falaise de 75 pieds supervisant le 4MM à 12MM. Ce terrain acre offre une intimité ultime. Les deux cÎtés de la maison sont fortement boisés, tout comme les terrains adjacents. Avec deux foyers à bois, un foyer à gaz naturel sur le pont et un foyer à gaz naturel à circulation de chaleur, peu importe la saison ou la météo, vous apprécierez les images et les sons de Kathy et de mon "Happy Place".

Le quai se trouve de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue, sur une anse d'eau profonde non sillage. Le bordereau de bateau fait 24 'de long et il y a amplement d'espace pour se prĂ©lasser sur la plateforme de bain. La pĂȘche est super ici!

Parfait pour un couple et / ou famille et amis. La maison a un plafond voûté, des carreaux et tapis avec 2 chambres en bas (roi et la reine) à la fois avec des salles de bains attenantes. L'escalier en colimaçon mÚne à une chambre en mezzanine (avec un demi-bain) donnant sur la grande salle.

Joe a construit cette maison en 2006, la propriété a été maintenue et reste une destination de vacances préférée de nombreux amis et membres de la famille. Maintenant, nous voulons partager avec vous!

Family Vacation

We were looking for a place to spend some time together, all 8 of us, before the summer was over and school started up again. This was the perfect place with plenty of places to sleep which is not always easy to find! The living room and kitchen were a little small , but we wanted “togetherness,” and there was plenty of outside space to expand into and enjoy. Everything was very clean! We all loved the friendly deer family that came into the yard while we ate or sat quietly on the patio. Even though the boat dock was a little walk from the house, it too was a favorite hangout spot for our family! I would definitely recommend renting this property from a very friendly “Joe!”

If you want a peaceful getaway, this is the place, beautiful lake views. Joe the host was very informative. Deer are everywhere, Joe feeds them and one of the does ate a grape right out of my hand. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here, wildlife, awesome lake views, short walk for fishing,peaceful. Thanks Joe

Perfect Getaway

Very nice cabin and location. Cabin is very well equipped with anything you need. There are multiple places to hang out. Out on the deck- up on the cliff or down on the boat dock. Deer will actually come right up to the deck. Seen many during our stay. Property owner Joe is an exceptional host who offered to give me a tour of the surrounding area upon my arrival. Grocery and supply stores are just a few short miles away.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect home for an end of summer getaway. This home had views galore! Wow! Comfy beds, easy to use kitchen and a great outdoor patio set for dining outside. Even though it’s a community dock we had it to ourselves. We enjoyed swimming paddle boarding and kayaking in a private quiet no wake cove. Loved our stay.

Best Property

We have stayed in multiple properties in the area and by far is the best home we have stayed at The Lake of the Ozarks. The listing is extremely accurate, the home is spotless. Attention to detail is amazing. It is a perfect place to enjoy the area. The cliff view is breathtaking, and it is an exclusive view for the renters. Thank you, Joe, my family truly enjoy your home.

Simply Beautiful!!!

Amazing property with fantastic views! The house was absolutely perfect and comfortable with anything we needed! We brought our dog and forgot dog bowls at home and they had them there!! Kathy and Joe were very welcoming and kind and right next door if we needed anything, they even offered to give us a short tour (which we did not take them up on, simply because we were somewhat familiar with the area and love exploring and figuring out new places on our own) ! The trail up to the lookout was very well lit and beautiful! We would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great getaway location!

We were looking for privacy with a spectacular view of The Lake of the Ozark and found our answer in this property. The owners opened their home with all the cozy amenities we wanted. From sunrise to sunset, the property was enjoyable. Then, when you thought the day was done, the lakeview at night was incredible! The locals were welcoming and offered tasty meals, fun shopping and entertainment. We recommend this property and plan to return in the future.

Hi! I purchased this site in 2002 and built the home in 2006 as a vacation get-away. At the time of purchase, there was a 5th wheel trailer under the roof of what is now the existing home. That roof now covers the home. It has been Kathy's and my "happy place" ever since and we would like to share it with you.

If you want to relax and enjoy the lake and its incredible beauty, this is the spot for you. We welcome you into our home, and sincerely hope you enjoy the peace that we feel here.
