Dog Friendly and Beautiful Main Channel View at the 34.5MM in a "NO WAKE" cove..

The view from this property is simply spectacular, all day and all night. Enjoy endless hours from the private deck of this 3 bedroom 2 bath rustic lake cottage. You will have a main channel view to enjoy all the water activities the lake has to offer .

Grill and chill on the deck with a gas weber BBQ and patio furniture. The fishing is great off of the 2 well dock especially in the Spring and Fall.

You can toast marshmallows or roast hotdogs on the lower level in the chiminea or enjoy the campfire.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
This property is located 1/4 mile down a blacktop street off Hwy 5 at the end of the peninsula. Walking distance to 3 restaurants/bars Captain Ron's, The Branding Iron and a new Honky-tonk Close to gas stations, Pirates' Point for your boat rental needs and Wood's grocery store which is only 2.2 miles away. The Westside has many more great restaurants within a short drive. The Bagnell Dam strip is approximately a 20 minute drive.
The well equipped kitchen has a 36" gas stove with, full size fridge, separate ICE MACHINE
crockpots, a good selection of drinkware, cookware, spices and more.
2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and 1 full bathroom are located on the main floor. 1 bedroom with a king bed and additional bathroom with shower are located on the lower level.
The property has a dog friendly fenced yard and plenty of parking space for your vehicles and, more importantly... your boat trailers!

Took our 2 adult children, thier spouses and the each have child 1 or under. The house was absolute perfect! Pleanty of space for the 8 of us! Clean, bedrooms had ample space to had pack and plays for the littles to sleep in. Location was absolutely perfect! Lake view and access were amazing. Kitchen had tons of.extras! Would love to stay again!

This is a really nice place to stay. Had two dogs with the family. Having the small fenced in yard was perfect Loved the dock to fish off of every day. The kitchen was great and everything you need to cook. Location was close to everything.

Our stay was a great experience! Great location and close to stores and restaurants. Don was always quick to respond when we needed information. There are many appliances and cookware available for all your cooking needs. Great area for fishing from the dock or swimming. When boats entered the “no wake zone” they were always respectful and went as slow as possible to get to their destination. Our whole family enjoyed this rental and we are planning to stay here again!

Host was incredible! Super responsive, allowed us to use the boat lift for our bass boat! Loved watching all the big boats in and out of the cove for the cove party at captain Ron’s.

For the dog people: This proves that you can welcome big, goofy Labradors and still have a tidy, organized and clean space. Dog friendly surfaces like tile and wood means that you don’t have to panic if your dog has dirty paws or if he’s still a bit damp. The view is great. We loved being in such close proximity to the private dock. A paddleboat, kayak, pool noodles and a few lifejackets were available for use. The kitchen was well stocked and the bowl of doggie (and people) snacks were a sweet gesture. There is a fenced in area designated just for potty time which saved us from being dragged all over the neighborhood until he found the perfect spot! If you like to vacation with your furry pal- especially if they like to be in the water-this is the place to be.

Wonderful property. Awesome dock, amazing view, house clean and inviting and huge! And they are so kind to pets (treats and dog bags and bowls available). A fenced yard was so helpful for our dogs. Wonderful place to stay and we will certainly come again!

Perfect house on the lake!

This property is perfect for a weekend away with my husband and our two dogs! It was such a treat to be able to stay here again this year. We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is great, perfection location and the views can’t be beat!

Lake of the Ozarks spring break

We had a great time on Lake of the Ozarks. My husband, two adult sons, 2 dogs and I stayed at this property. It was very clean and well-equipped. We loved the view, the gated deck and fenced area for ease with our dogs, and a great fishing dock. When we weren’t on the water, we enjoyed time golfing, hiking or hanging out on the sectional couch together. Having a nice washer and dryer really helped too! Due to the time of year, our cove was very quiet and peaceful.

Shootout Vacay

View and Location for ShootOut was awesome! Deck view amazing as was dock! Beds comfortable and couch, kitchen was large and had an awesome stove and lots of ice in ice maker - a must! Upstairs bath nice but jets didn't work in tub. Only one bedroom had a tv. The queen air mattress didn't hold air. Basement bath & bdrm very nice but needs a tv. The fenced yard for dogs was perfect and Dog Friendly place like this is hard to find - Over all WE LOVED THIS PLACE! Never could get code to work on side door, Luckily back door was unlocked. I never found info on what to do when leaving - so we emptied all trash, stripped beds, turned a/c up to 75 and made sure puppy poop all picked up. : )

Acquired in 1974 by my parents as a vacation destination. I spent most my summers there and eventually moved to the lake full time.

The views from the property are beautiful. It is very relaxing chillin' on the deck, listening to music, cooking and entertaining on the private deck.
