Les commodités du Splash Resort sont assez uniques parmi les stations balnéaires de la côte du Golfe avec quelque chose pour chacun. Il y a une piscine réservée aux adultes et un jacuzzi situés juste à côté de la principale aire de jeux pour enfants où se trouvent les toboggans et un énorme seau qui déversent des centaines de gallons d'eau toutes les 45 secondes. Profitez d'un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne surplombant la piscine et la rivière paresseuse, ainsi que du bar-grill au bord de la piscine avec des tables au bord de la piscine et un menu à prix raisonnable. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans les parties communes autour du complexe. La boutique de vêtements, d'accessoires et de surf d'Alvin's Island se trouve juste en face. Great room.

Very lovely room with everything we needed. Gorgeous view with super easy beach access but Pool was a little dirty (hair, bandaids)

Worst stay/ vacation I ever had. I would not never recommend this panhandle service or this resort to any of my friends, family or associates. It was nasty, and the balcony was unusable. Do your research there are so many beautiful, clean places to stay @ when visiting PCB. For the same price I know been there many times

Studio room

This is a studio room with amazing views!!! The room has nice updates and the bed is very comfortabel. There is a humidifier that you have to empty daily. We did enjoy the black noise it provides.

Great Family Fun

My grandchildren had a wonderful time, but the water was too cold. This was in June. Don’t know what can be done about that but we enjoyed the beach more than the splash pad and lazy river because of the cold water.

Not a good property!

Air vents filthy, no blender, no track bags. Handicap access was horrible. Property needs update bad.

Needed Items

Positives - directly on the beach, beautiful view of the ocean from balcony, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, plenty of bathroom supplies for the weekend, responsive assistance via VRBO, complimentary wifi with the room. Items Needed - coffee mugs with coffee maker, a few utensils, and 2 door stoppers! The doors were very heavy and one person and to take turns opening each during load in and load out. Negative - long walk from parking deck, bell cart could not fit through the doors, and the property exterior needs updating. The room itself was gorgeous, but the property lobby and pool area needs some loving. Overall pleased with stay since we were just there a weekend. Thank you for everything!

Property resort nice and family friendly. Property room itself was not as expected. No curtains over windows, mattress was not clean, there were no coffee cups but a coffee pot??? It was not advertised and described correctly. We were under the impression this unit had full kitchen with all cooking utensils and it does not. It only has mini fridge and microwave and coffee pot. Over all we were disappointed with unit itself but resort was great and we will be back but will rent another unit that is hopefully better equipped. If you are looking for just a hotel room with a view this is great if not look elsewhere.

Good view, but not much more

Many issues with my stay. With the room itself, the mini fridge was over frozen in freezer and leaking so they replaced fairly quickly. The silverware they are suppose to supply included one butter knife only. They supplied dishwasher pods and there is no dishwasher, no dish soap though. The chair had a lot of stains and the tub was dirty at arrival. The resort itself had great location and close to beach. Elevators could take up to 20 mins to catch because there are 4 elevators for 300 rooms. The one hot tub was over crowded the entire time and expect a lot of kids to use it as part of the splash play ground. The poolside grill advertised does not serve food or drink. And they don’t tell you but beach chairs require rental fees as well, the manager of the chair rental was extremely rude. Overall wasn’t impressed for the price I paid, I will not be returning

We enjoyed our visit to the beach in spite of the accommodations. SO instead of some snarky response how about addressing the issues. The good: The room was nicely appointed and the chairs on the balcony were sturdy and comfortable. The Bad: The check-in desk closes at 5:00 (who in hospitality operates 9-5.) You are required to enter through 2 doorways from the breezeway into your room. The doors have separate codes...useless and a pain. Visible dust on walls, doors and baseboards. Mold was visible in many areas.shower, vents, etc. The description noted there were dishes...there was ONE coffee mug. There were dish towels left, but no soap to wash them with. I guess we are just supposed to hope the previous guests bought soap and washed what dishes are there. CHEERS!

I was a little disappointed. I called on Friday before we got there on Saturday to be sure we would have a washer and dryer. I did not see it in pic. They called me back and assured me there was a w/d in the apartment. When we arrived there was not a w/d in there. I was very disappointed especially after I had called. There was not a laundromat on property and they wanted us to wash our linens. I kept calling and they brought towels everyday. They told me they would not do it anymore, that I needed to wash them. I told them I would be happy to if there was one on property, which there was not.
