The rooms were clean and the kitchen was a nice size for cooking in. Direct access to the beach was wonderful and the views from the balcony were stunning.

Amazing!

I was very pleased with using a property management group locally to Panama City beach throughout the entire process, even up until checkout was very easy and a great experience. The condo was a great price point for what we got way better than others even some owners prices. We always stay at Majestic and always will and I definitely will be using book that condo again.

Best stay for a family of 4! Loved sitting out and listening to the Ocean, the shops and the vibe. Everything was so smooth and easy.

Good but needs improvements

My daughter and I got stuck on elevator. It dropped 2 floors and scared us bad. Very hot on there. We did not appreciate paying 85 for pkg 2 cars in a garage where we have to walk a long ways to our room. No military or senior discounts. Not sure if we stay again because of this but the security was good. We found out later that the man working on it said the cables were so rusty that we would not have wanted to get on there if we seen it! This is not acceptable for all the money paid

Awesome

Great location very friendly people. The room floors wasn’t clean and the bed sheets stink. It took us 2 hours just to get into the room with our stuff having to wait for the elevator because of so many people and one elevator was down. Other than that it was a great view I would stay again.

Overall a decent stay

This condo was immaculate and so spacious for a one bedroom. We were beyond happy with the luxurious feel of the place itself. The property was no where near up to par. The staff was the rudest I have ever encountered, and I have stayed at many of condos and resorts. I pulled up to pick up my husband who had went back up for a bag and I was trying to focus on parking in a line of other people doing the same thing and I was targeted and basically harassed by security when she asked no one else and went inside. Thank god it was on checkout day or I would have gladly cancelled and payed extra to stay elsewhere. I know we are young(23) but we are small business owners and are very respectful, but I definitely felt targeted because of our age. Keep in mind it’s not busy season that’s why we even chose to come down in the first place. The elevators were always broken. You also have unload all your stuff across the street in the parking garage and then walk forever with all of your belongings which is just a big inconvenience in my opinion. I would definitely rent the condo again IF it was in a different complex that appreciated the business.

Great Vacation

All in all great vacation. The location of the condo was great. Right on beach and also close to food and grocery. Some things could use updating. The balcony chairs were rusted through but after a couple texts, maintenance brought over new ones. The bed reminded me of my grandmothers. Definitely could use new mattress and bedroom furniture looks like they picked up on side of road and is a little musty smelling. But the main reason we went was for beach and that was great.

Pick a different unit

This place is the least comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Metal and wooden chairs. One rinkydink chair in the living room is the only place to sit other than the sofa. The metal chairs on the balcony are unsafe. There are no blinds or shades on the windows except for the bedroom. The refrigerator is old. The drains were stopped up in both sinks. Drawers in bedroom furniture don’t slide out without falling. I was so disappointed in this place. Do not recommend.

Great condo with few exceptions

Bathroom vanity was clogged. Could hear noises from the elevator moving. Living room curtains were falling down when we tried to open/close them. Indoor pool area was loud. Overall, great and spacious condo

uncomfortable furniture

The table was so small that you couldn't entertain - stools were uncomfortable and too close together to seat 4 people - didn't have room to play a game. Bar stools were metal, very uncomfortable and missing cushions. Patio chairs were rusted and falling apart so couldn't use them. Would have liked a lounge chair. The livingroom chair was cute but uncomfortable - would have liked a recliner or bigger chair. Silverware was really cheap! The Complex was very nice and wonderful excercise room which saved the day!! Close to elevators which was convenient and a little noisy.

Amazing vacay

This is the second time we have stayed at the Majestic at PCB in the past 6 months. We love it there. Close by every thing you want to see at PCB. I love the fitness center, the pool, the location on the beach and of course the balcony to enjoy my coffee and watch the sunrise. Our condo had all we needed, was clean and very comfy. I would Recommend curtains or blinds as the sun is bright and very warm in the evening but too much sun is better than none ☀

Perfect

Last minute trip. The unit price was good. Stayed at Majestic before and enjoy what it has to offer. The only complaint was the Beach service. But this doesnt define the Condo or Majestic. Both were prefect!

Our stay was real pleasant, the condo was nice and comfortable. The only complaint would the the elevators where are to get on a certain times of the day. But other then that it was a perfect stay
