Condo familial en bord de mer

Vous allez adorer ce petit complexe familial. C'est un petit bijou cachĂ© entre les tours. Il y a une zone gazonnĂ©e pour les enfants et une belle promenade jusqu'Ă  la plage. La plage de sable est Ă  quelques pas et la promenade est parfaite pour les photos. La vue sur la plage est obstruĂ©e, mais vous avez une certaine vue depuis l'immense balcon de 25 pieds. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour profiter du cafĂ© ou des repas du matin. J'adore m'asseoir dessus et lire! À distance de marche de l'Ăźle d'aventure, des restaurants et des magasins. C'est dans l'un des rares complexes plus anciens qui n'est pas une grande hauteur sur la plage. Le balcon est cĂŽtĂ© plage. Lorsque vous descendez Ă  la plage, vous aurez beaucoup d'espace pour vous Ă©tendre, car il n'est pas aussi encombrĂ© que les condos de grande hauteur. Il y a mĂȘme un parking couvert gratuit! Nous aimons ça!

Le condo a un grand salon ouvert. Cette unité a été mise à jour avec des sols en grÚs cérame, de nouveaux appareils, de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et de la peinture fraßche. Il dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée et de nombreux extras, jeux, livres, films, etc.

The condo was very clean and the owner was very responsive. It wasn't quite what I was expecting in regards to how close the beach was. You will have to walk down the street a bit to then get on the long boardwalk to the beach. The parking spaces are very tight- unless you have a compact car you will not be able to park there and be able to get in if anyone is parked next to you. I thought the balcony would be more private but it was very open to other balconies around us, so not very private. The balcony also shares an open wall with the hallway so it can get loud when people are coming and going. The checkout process was definitely more tedious than I have experienced in the past; we were asked to wash and put away dishes, wash towels and dry them if we had time, and contact the cleaning company ourself when we checked out.

Mooney Wedding

We rented this condo because it was directly behind the beach house where my son‘s wedding was being held. Not only was it the perfect location for that but access to the beach was super easy. We even had a great view of the beach from the balcony. Linda was very accommodating. The three bedroom two bath was just the right size and the amount of room in the kitchen and eating area was perfect, nice size living room as well. I prefer to take the steps but having the elevator to load and unload our vehicle with super handy! I would definitely stay here again. !

Great Location Needed Cleaning

Overall the experience was good. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Location and views were wonderful. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the place and just needed some updating. One of the chairs was extremely dirty along with the blinds, cabinet doors and floors. Owner sent cleaners back, but they only mopped the floors. We cleaned everything else. Owner refunded us the cleaning fee and apologized. I just think it is hard to find good cleaning companies especially when owner is out of state. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and it was a quiet location.

Great Stay

A group of friends and I visited this condo for the first time for a Spring Break trip and it was nothing short of amazing. The location was great and very close to everything we could have needed for our stay. Its right next to the beach and we didn't have to walk far at all. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was very easy to communicate and she made our stay one to remember. If youre looking for a nice, quiet location, family friendly location this is the place to stay! We will definitley be back!

Fantastic, but a little loud

Staying at Linda's condo was overall a fantastic experience - I have no regrets on choosing her place and I would recommend to others as well. There were 7 of us: 4 adults, 2 young kids, and an infant (10 months) Pros: - They have a pack and play for littles, AND it fits inside the Master closet. We kept the door cracked and loved not having to tiptoe around after 7:30 every night. Huge plus! - Location is stellar. There are houses obscuring the view, but the listing is accurate - the view in person may even be a little better than the pics. The walk to the beach is so short it's laughable. With the 3 kids we had a TON of stuff and it was less than a 4 minute walk from door to ocean. - Space: The condo fit the 7 of us pretty well - the living room had great seating for a group and plenty of floor space for the kids to play. The dining room table easily fit all 7 of us. The kitchen was pretty small, but it was workable. Everything was clean and worked well. The only con: - The noise. The walls are pretty thin. Our upstairs neighbors were night owls and I swear they were vacuuming at 11:30pm one night. There was a pool party at the pool on a Friday that lasted at least until 11pm. Not great, but we never had any issues after midnight and it never got so bad that we felt the need to make an official noise complaint.

Children’s 1st Time to the Beach

We brought our 3 children to the beach for the first time and this property could not have been better for us. We were just steps away from the beach with our own private boardwalk access without the crazy high-rise feel. We became fast friends with others staying in the same complex. Close to all restaurants/other family friendly activities. We’re already planning our return trip.

It is very roomy with a large living area, and a large balcony. We have 2 full sized couches in the living room plus 2 chairs and a large ottoman. So many places we stayed in before had really small living rooms so we loved this one!
