Enjoy the swim thru pool to have both a heated indoor pool with hot tub and additionally an outdoor pool on the hot summer days. Take advantage of the community grilling area and shaded patio after a day on the beach. This smaller complex is only five stories making it one of the less crowded condominiums in the area with covered and uncovered parking. This three bedroom, three bathroom condo sleeps 9 comfortably to ensure the whole family can enjoy the vacation together!

The Neighborhood:
Harbour Place complex is located on the beach and across the street from Gulf State Park. Cross the street and you are on Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail for a morning walk amongst the coastal terrain. If shopping or grabbing some fresh seafood is on the agenda, Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both within walking distance. Gulf State Park Pier is two-and-a-half miles to your west or the main drag of Orange Beach is three miles to your east to find additional restaurants, shopping, etc.

Guest Access:
The complex requires parking passes. The complex charges $30/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly in your vehicle's dashboard. No parking of trailers, RVs or watercraft allowed onsite.
