Une magnifique maison de caractère avec une vue magnifique et une maison d'hôtes séparée (incluse dans la location). La maison est à dix minutes à pied de la plage et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est incluse.

Deux chambres doubles climatisées dans la maison principale, la chambre principale a un dressing séparé avec un lit simple. Une chambre double climatisée dans la maison d'hôtes.

Deux salles de bains (une dans la maison principale, une dans la maison d'hôtes).

Cuisine entièrement équipée (four, réfrigérateur-congélateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle).

Unheimlich charmantes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Ansedonia. Schon in der Vorbereitungsphase haben Ronald und Carey so warm und großartig mit uns kommuniziert. Das Haus selbst wird auch von der Familie übers Jahr genutzt, was in Ferienhäusern immer ein echtes Plus bedeutet: Die Küche war top ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht, viele private Dinge schaffen eine heimelige charmante Atmosphäre, Bücher, Fotos und vieles mehr. Der Blick von beiden Terrassen ist atemberaubend schön, die Sonne geht jeden Abend über Monte Argentario unter und man genießt seine Pasta dabei - unbezahlbar. Auch die Strände in direkter Umgebung sind naturbelassen, wenig überlaufen und einfach wunderschön. Das Haus ist schon ein paar Jahre alt, die ein oder andre Ecke könnte einen Klecks Farbe gebrauchen, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Der freundliche Gärtner pflegt Pool und Anwesen und kümmert sich um alle Wünsche vor Ort. Die Klima Anlagen in den Zimmern sind unabdingbar und haben uns angenehme Abkühlung geschenkt. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt im dolce vita - mit perfekter Location um Italien und die Toskana zu erkunden oder einfach nach Herzenslust zu baden.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Grundstück. Strand in der Nähe und man findet immer einen Platz mit genügend Abstand um seine Ruhe zu habe. In Obertello (15 Minuten mit dem Auto)kann man einkaufen, bummeln und sehr gut essen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem tollen Haus in Ansedonia und waren begeistert! Das Haus ist urig und hat einen tollen Charme, der Ausblick ist fantastisch!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Ronald und seiner Frau :-) Es lief alles reibunglos und unkompliziert. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Ausflugstipps, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gegeben. Auch der Gärtner war immer höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit...leider spricht er nur italienisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen und dem Google- Übersetzer haben wir es geschafft :-) Der Strand ist fußläufig in 10min. zu erreichen und sehr schön. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist für Menschen aus dem flachen Norden wirklich sehr steil!!! Aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran 😀 Wir können dieses schöne Fleckchen Erde wärmstens empfehlen!!!

Wunderschöne Pfingsferien

Wir (2 Erwachsene und drei Jungs - 15 / 16 / u. 18.Jahre) verbrachten 12 wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr urig und gemütlich mit Patina. Im Erdgeschoss des Doppelhauses gibt es eine grosse Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer im oberen Stock hat eine Dachterrasse. Sowohl oben als auch unten gibt es einen zauberhaften Blick auf Strand, Bucht undLagune. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem sehr schönen Garten mit Pool. Jeden Tag kam der überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gärtner, um den Pool zu reinigen. Zwei unserer Jungs liebten es, im süssen und charmanten Gartenhäuschen zu übernachten.Super ausgestattet mit 2 Betten, Dusche, WC und Klimaanlage. Der schöne Strand von Ansedonia ist zu Fuss den Berg hinab in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn wir nur ein paar hundert Meter weiterliefen, hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub: Morgens in den Pool, Frühstück auf der schönen, aussichtsreichen Terrasse, irgendwann am Nachmittag an den Strand... 2 Fahrradtouren (Parco Naturale Maremma und Tour Orbetello/ Halbinsel/ Feniglia/Ansedonia/Orbetello) mit Abstechern zu den wunderschönen Stränden waren definitiv auch Highlights. Der Kontakt zu Ronald, dem Vermieter, lief super! Er erkundigte sich absolut nett, ob alles okay sei, war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es kurz was abzuklären gab und gab gute Tips. Rundum Traumferien in der Toskana!

Wunderbarer Ausblick auf Lagune und Meer. Kurzer Spaziergang dorthin. Privatpool. Familiendoppelhaus

Wir verbrachten drei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in dieser Doppelhaushälfte mit Garten, Privatpool und extra Gartenhäuschen. Meine 4 Söhne haben es genossen, sich im Pool abzukühlen. Insbesondere die zwei jüngeren verbrachten dort viel Zeit bei jeder Gelegenheit. Die älteren beiden waren begeistert vom klimatisierten Gartenhäuschen mit Dusche und WC. Die zwei Terrassen boten ideale Voraussetzungen zu jeder Tageszeit, um sich dort aufzuhalten zum Essen, Lesen oder die Aussicht zu genießen. Die Küche bot alles, um große italienische Mahlzeiten einschließlich Fisch zubereiten zu können. Als Ausgangpunkt für Tagesausflüge ist das Haus ideal. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Strand mit Lagune sind besonders schön. Zu jeder Tageszeit ist dorthin ein kurzer oder auch ausgiebiger Spaziergang ein Genuß. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, auch wenn das Haus etwas mehr Pflege, Sauberkeit vertragen und der Gärtner mehr Privatsphäre achten könnte.

Traumhafte Lage mit Schönheitsfejlern

Älteres Haus mit morbidem Charme in traumhafter Lage. Ausstattung gut. Dusche verschimmelt. Aussendusche miserabel.Keine Privatsphäre, da unangemeldet ein eifriger Gärtner herumwuselt.Das Tor zum nicht überdachten Stellplatz verzogen, enge, steinige Einfahrt. Für Sportwagen völlig ungeeignet!!!! Ansedonia ist ein reines Ferienhausgebiet ohne Infrastruktur. Für jede Kleinigkeit muss man nach Orbetello fahren!

We read your review and think the number one problem has been the lack of communication. We did email you several times to ensure everything was okay and to offer further information or special requests and to make sure you received your welcome pack, but received no response or reply. The issues could have easily been resolved had we been informed, even the parking as we have access to a second parking spot in front of the house. We could have asked the gardener not to come had we heard from you and also could have arranged for the cleaner to come anytime. Your comments on the outdoor shower is a matter of taste as we receive compliments on the up cycled style. Your comment on Ansedonia not having any infrastructure is ill informed, Vinicio is close by and has a grocery shop, coffee/snack bar and restaurant. We always communicate with our guests before, on arrival and during their stay to make sure they have the best time possible and if you had replied to our emails we could have solved all of this.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Abbiamo passato un meraviglioso soggiorno nella splendida casa di Ronald. La casa è situata in quartiere calmo e la vista dalle terrazze è semplicement mozzafiato! I nostri bambini hanno adorato la piscina e i nostri ospiti hanno potuto godere di privacy nella bella guesthouse del giardino. Dionisio, il giardiniere, ha pulito ogni giorno la piscina e ha preso cura dell'incantevole giardino. La regione offre tantissime possibilità di escursioni: gastronomiche, culturali e sportive. Infine Ronald ci ha mandato quasi quotidianamente consigli preziosissimi di ristoranti e attività.

Private Villa by the Sea

Our family really enjoyed the time spent in this home. As evident from the pictures, the views are simply outstanding. The house comes fully furnished and equipped with anything you could need, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very welcomed. The trip to the beach was a quick one on bikes, though the trip down to sea level was always a bit 'exciting' on the narrow Italian roads. More than anything, the best part of this house was the privacy. Unlike the neighboring properties, one can truly relax in the large pool with knowing nobody can see in. Makes it a bit less stressful using the outdoor shower as well! The boys could never get enough of the water. Outside of the house, we spent lots of time at the uncrowded beaches soaking in the sun. Most nights were spent enjoying a gelato in nearby Porto Ercole. The most memorable day involved renting a small boat to circle the coastline, dropping anchor and jumping in the clear water wherever we wished. Certainly nothing against the home, but a word of warning before visiting is that one should prepare with lots of mosquito repellant. Perhaps it's been a particularly bad summer, but they played a big part in our vacation adventure. Many thanks to Ronald's son Patrick for the introduction to the home, and the follow-up help he provided, even during his own stressful travels. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends. The kids are still asking when we can go back to the big private pool with the nice view....

Großartiges Haus mit tollem Ausblick!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in Ansedonia! Das Haus bietet genügend Platz! Super für die Kinder war das extra Häuschen mit Bad und Klimaanlage, in welchem sie schlafen konnten! Der Ausblick von den beiden Terrassen und der Pool hat unserer Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Schlafzimmer sind groß genug und dank der Klimaanlagen haben wir prima geschlafen! In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht! Die An- und Abreise hat super funktioniert! Der freundliche Gärtner (der leider nur Italienisch spricht und wir nicht, sonst hätte man sicher nette Gespräche mit ihm führen können!) hat täglich den Pool gereinigt und den wunderschönen Garten gegossen! Die Aussendusche haben wir oft genutzt, sehr praktisch! Der Weg zum Sand-Strand mit Bar und Restaurant ist kurz (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß!) Die Umgebung selbst ist wunderschön! Alles ist in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen! Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und in Ansedonia!

We had a wonderful time in Ansedonia at this house - absolutely stunning beach and nature reserve. House is very nice up in the hills with a beautiful view of the bay. Beach is in walking distance - and you enjoy absolute privacy in the garden and at the pool. Highly recommendable!

Stunning views from a wonderful property

The views from this property are exceptional. There are few things better than sipping your favourite tipple while watching the sun set behind the crescent beach. The beach itself is sandy and clean and is just a few minutes walk down the hill. We walked a little further through the beautiful pine forest, and found an area with a lifeguard and despite being early August and wonderfully hot, the beach was not crowded. The property was well kept and well equipped. There are neighbouring properties so you don’t feel isolated, but you are not overlooked so enjoy total privacy. The gardens and private pool were a perfect retreat and were maintained on a daily basis. There is also a private parking space. The property itself has two main bedrooms: a double upstairs and a twin downstairs. Both have air conditioning, which in August was essential. There is additional accommodation in a separate building in the garden (but we did not use this) and there is also a single bed on the upstairs landing though this does not have air conditioning. The bathroom is on the main floor. There is a good size, comfortable lounge with a fan (and an open fire), however with so much excellent outdoor space we didn’t use this very much either. There is a large patio area outside with table and chairs. Our family of four (2 adults + 2 teenagers) enjoyed a wonderful week in this property – it is perfect if you want to relax or if you enjoy a beach style vacation. There are also some lovely medieval towns perched on top of the hills where you can stop for lunch or an ice-cream – but always take your swimming stuff as there is invariably an opportunity for a swim. The owners of this property are extremely helpful and respond to questions very promptly – We highly recommend this property.

The perfect villa for our family Easter holiday

This delightful villa, perched on the hill overlooking the bay at Ansedonia was a fantastic location for an Easter break with the family. We found villa to be really comfortable and perfect for our holiday. There are really great views from the terraces and balconies, and the extra “little house” in the garden is a fun addition to this luxurious villa. Although the villa has its own pool, it was only a short walk to the beach, for a long, lazy lunch at the friendly beach-side restaurant. We found several places nearby, for sight seeing. It was interesting to see what the Romans and Etruscans had built here, so long ago. Having stocked up on fresh local produce at a nearby farm shop, we cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate our feast on the terrace, watching the sun set over the bay.

A luxury home from home

We have stayed in this gorgeous villa 3 times now and have never been disappointed. The owners are so helpful and they make sure everything is just right for us. The villa is always immaculate and you can tell that it's loved as their home too. There is a good pool in the gardens which we tended to use in the mornings but the beach is so close so we would wander down for lunch (usually at Capannuccia) and some sunbathing later in the day. This is a great area, and there's lots to see and do if you have the energy, but we love to just de-stress and relax. Recommend a fun shopping trip at the local market in Orbetello, we've always come home with some great Italian leather bargains! Will be back before too long.

Stunning hillside villa overlooking the bay

This villa was in the most beautiful setting in the hills overlooking the bay. The villa itself is large and spacious, and tastefully furnished, and I had one of the most restful and relaxing holidays that I can ever recall. The villa has its own pool, or the beach was only a short stroll away, depending on the mood. There was also a selection of local restaurants within a short walk, or, if as we preferred, sit on the patio with a tall glass of something cold, and watch the sun set over the magnificent panorama spread out before you. First class.

Awesome! Five Star! Romantic! Luxury!

I first rented this amazing villa and annex for my honeymoon 15 years ago. It was pure luxury and so romantic. The views are breathtaking and the facilities second to none. I have come back again and again since my children were babies. They are now 9 and 13 and we all love it. The children love the pool, beach, the food, the wildlife - everything! At Easter, when the weather was sometimes not perfect for the beach, we have enjoyed day trips to Saturnia natural mud and sulphur baths, followed by widl boar steaks in Capalbio, finsihed off with a relaxing swim in the outdoor heated pool. I would recommend this dream house for romantic breaks and family holidays alike? Outstanding views and the height of comfort and relaxation. Highly recommended.
