The upstairs bedroom was only suitable for children an adult could only stand in the very center of attic type room. The stairs going up to the attic are very smal and tight with no hand rails. Overall a very uncomfortable space.

The stay was great. We stayed in the Guest House and the Main House was used for getting ready for the wedding were in town for and the rest of our family. It made for a great experience. We utilized the large yard and plentiful parking as well. Overall, a convenient and fun place to stay.

This was my second time staying at Graceful Southern Guesthouse. This place is in a great location, safe neighborhood, close to coffee shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Outdoor space is beautiful and has a nice area for children to play, porch sitting and outdoor dining.

Great stay! We were 5 minutes away from family that live in the area which made our stay convenient whether they came over for the day or we went to their place. Nice quiet neighborhood located close to just about anything you want or would like to do. Guesthouse is located right next to the Plantation House but I rarely knew or heard that anyone was staying there. The property is very large with old growth tree's, pine, beech & magnolia (Magnolia's were in bloom), a small swing set that our granddaughter enjoyed and plenty of room for a wiffleball game, or whatever you enjoy. The resident Barred Owl was out every evening. Lori was a great host, thank you for the stay. Will stay again when back in the area visiting family! Highly Recommend!

Perfect!

This was a little slice of heaven for my sister & I when we were visiting family in Orange Park. It was clean, quiet, beautiful landscaping, beds were comfortable, linens were nice quality & soft as butter. Kitchen had everything we needed & we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Immaculate and very comfortable!!!

This property was perfect for me and my two teenagers! It was exactly as described and pictured. Very comfortable and very private, while still being in very close proximity to a drugstore, a grocery store, and other conveniences. The guesthouse was absolutely immaculate when we arrived.. The main bedroom is huge, and the loft is ample space for kids and teens. Word of warning that the staircase to the loft is very narrow and steep, but absolutely nothing that would be an issue for older kids or teenagers. While we did not cook at the property, the kitchen was very well equipped, and would make for an easy time making meals. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely book it again when we are in Orange Park to visit my family.

Comfortable and beautiful southern charm

The property was simply beautiful with huge, moss filed trees, large landscaped grounds and super cool southern plantation style house. The guest house was a full house itself and was nice and cozy. We loved hearing and seeing the resident Barred Owl every evening.

Fantastic stay!

My wife and I rented the guesthouse based on the countless awesome reviews. It was certainly as everyone had described. It’s a beautiful place that is full of charm. It was immaculate, located in a quiet neighborhood while close to everything you might want.Lori is an exceptional host. She communicated with us before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here if we make it back down to the Jacksonville area again.Highly recommend!!!

Buddies golf trip

Great house, great location, 6 buddies in our mid 60’s rented this guest house in conjunction with the main house to get away from the Northeast cold in February and play some golf. Both properties were immaculately clean and well cared for and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants and stores. Lori was a fantastic host and responded to any questions or issues almost immediately. Would highly recommend either or both properties.

A respite for the soul.

I viewed many properties online...but Lori's property certainly beckoned me to choose it. Quiet, peaceful, lovingly restored & well appointed. Close to 295 with plenty of shopping in the area for necessities or entertainment. I'm a country girl & if you enjoy country life...this is the homestead for your vacation, sabbatical or retreat.
