Again, Cecilia looked after us well! This was our second year in this unit & we have already confirmed for next 2 years. Say no more. Great area; convenient to shopping, baseball spring training; lovely pool & quiet friendly neighbourhood

The location of the condo was great. Cecilia always answered our questions and concerns. The condo needs some TLC. ( paint and changing the carpet )

You had mentioned you would like to book again next year for a 3 month period again and asked if I had another unit for a friend. I will certainly address the carpet and the paint, once the unit is vacant and available to address your concerns. I strive to give my guests a place to call home away from home.

Eastlake Woodlands Condo

Our host Cecilia was on point. She provided a great condo in an excellent location with easy excess to Tampa/Palm Harbor/Clearwater. The condo was clean with two beds and two full baths. There were many sundry items for use and the washer/dryer was the best. TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. The condo has a very user friendly car port for you vehicle. I only wish Cecilia would purchases an other condo for rent near New Port Richey. We had a great stay and highly recommend this condo.

Great quiet home away from home!

This condo is in a quiet community--great location if you are working from home. Walking distance to grocery stores and several restaurants, as well as great walking areas in the neighborhood. Cecilia was wonderful, and very responsive to any questions we had. Comfortable beds and good furnishings. I would definitely recommend renting this property!

Excellent location for all cities along Interstate 19 around Tampa. Access nearby to many parks, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Quiet and convenient

Condo was located in a gated community with easy access to stores, restaurants, and main highways. The residence was very clean and welcoming. All necessary items were avaliable in the kitchen and other areas. It was an enjoyable experience.

Quiet, beautiful area

Owner great to stay with and responsive to any difficulties. Property very nice. Feels spacious with wonderful mirrors and balcony! Easy access to Tampa Rd for easy travel. Would definitely rent again!

Everything we had hoped for!

This was our second time staying at this property. When we stayed here last year, the property had just been remodeled, This year it was still just as clean and new, Convenient to everything we wanted/needed - beaches, golf, pool, shopping and restaurants. Loved the condo

My husband and I stayed in Cecilia's condo for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything about the condo was great - clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Cecilia was very accommodating and pleasant. I contacted her shortly after our arrival asking if there was a kettle as well as a community BBQ. The next morning she left a new kettle and small BBQ at our doorstep! Excellent customer service. In a nice location to go for walks and it was great to have a Walmart and a Target so close (short walk). We enjoyed several visits to John Chesnut Senior Park, which is only about a 5 minute drive away (except during rush hour). Here was a great elevated boardwalk along Lake Tarpon which meanders throughout a great cypress park full of all kinds of beautiful wildlife. We even saw a mother alligator with about 10 baby alligators! Towards the end of our stay we discovered the Fred Howard Park which was only about a 20 min drive away. Great beach and much quieter than the strip along Clearwater beach to Treasure Island. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Cecilia!!

Little slice of Paradise

I echo the sentiments of Richard's review from Feb/Mar 2018. We are Canadian snowbirds who stayed here from March 13 to April 10. The property manager (Cecilia) was very supportive & responded to our questions immediately. It is such a quiet area, with all services (shopping, beaches, Blue Jays spring training) in close proximity. Condo is clean, freshly updated & very comfortable. So nice to have beach towels included!! We've already reserved for next year too!! Can't wait to return for more relaxation in the warmth of Florida!

Great place to stay

My wife and I stayed here from February 11 through March 10. The property manager (Cecilia) was very friendly and couldn't be more accommodating when she met us to check in. Since the weather was 10 degrees above average, it was great to be a 1 minute walk to the pool! It was also a nice surprise to find beach towels that we could take to the pool. The condo was immaculate, and everything was freshly painted and furniture was new including the 3 flat panel televisions. Everything we needed was within walking distance of the condo such as grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Clearwater and St Pete's beach were a short drive and there were local beaches and golf courses within a few minutes. We've already reserved for next year!! There is no place better to stay in the area!
