An excellent family break, great house, a five star stay, great location, very large outside spaces ideal for families, looking for beach and pool type holidays. Plenty of local facilities and Palma easily accessible by bike, bus, taxi or walking. Bernat and Marg are excellent hosts, very communicative and responsive to any queries, can’t recommend highly enough

Absolutely outstanding in every way. The communication from the owner was excellent. The check in was great even though we had been delayed at the airport. A warm welcome with drinks and pastries left for us. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the views from the sitting room and roof terrace were superb. It was immaculately clean and the use of bikes was an added bonus. Great location on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. We will be back.

We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Playa as a family with adult children and their partners. The property was clean, spacious and had everything you could wish for and more! Bernat and his daughter met us on arrival with pastries and welcome drinks and explained everything we needed to know. The location is perfect with the beach right in front and lots of restaurants within a short walk. The bicycles at the property were a real bonus with a safe cycle path to Palma right outside.Thank you Bernat and family, we would love to return sometime.

Perfect holiday villa right next to a huge sandy beach and a short walk away from many lovely restaurants. Two large supermarkets are just 5 min walk away along with a frequent bus to the centre of Palma. There are several bikes at the villa and a cycle lane all the way along the edge of the beach to Palma.The villa itself is actually 2 separate houses, both of which are very well equipped and have everything you could need.The outdoor space is has several lovely seating areas and there are many sun beds and umbrellas.Bernat and his family are delightful hosts and very receptive to any queries and very welcoming.All in all this is a perfect holiday location for all ages and a lovely villa.

We loved every bit of our week at the villa, it was immaculately cleaned and had everything you could wish for. The owners were very helpful as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Nice area a stonethrow from beach and restaurants. House is very well equipped and true to what is being advertised. Bernat and family are excellent, kind and forthcoming hosts. Happy to come back at some point.

Lovely villa!

Lovely well-equipped villa. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Perfect location on the beach. A short walk to bars/restaurants and supermarket, and just 10-15 mins in a cab to central Palma. Our group of 8 had a wonderful time.

In a nut shell, great location-close to the Airport, 100m from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, 6 bikes for getting around, met on arrival, cake and drinks. Great villa, well equipped. Great support from the hosts. An amazing time!

Amazing House and Location

We loved the house, the grill and all the outdoor living areas right next to the amazing swimming pool. The beach is steps away which took the vacation to another level. Lastly, the house is in a great location to restaurants and grocery store. The Hosts were wonderful and I would give this property more than 5 stars!!

Very nice villa in a great location

Bernat and Marga were wonderful, and they provided us a warm champaign greeting. The property is next to a nice beach with various restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. We enjoyed the pool, riding the bikes, using the outdoor grill, and some Netflix movies on the big screen late at night. Ten minute drive to Palma or the airport, and the villa is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Amazing Property

The house is very well appointed with every amenity one would need. The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality, I especially appreciated the robes that were provided for each room. The property is spacious and has several private areas for guests to relax together with the group or separately. The neighborhood is fantastic with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Most importantly, our host Bernat could not have been more gracious and accommodating. I have rented houses in many places and I would have to say this property exceeds expectations.

Amazing villa

We had the most amazing stay at Bernat and Marga’s beautiful villa. Both hosts were so friendly and accommodating, offering drinks and pastries on arrival and allowing us to drop our backs whilst waiting to check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need, plenty of crockery and glassware and stocked with essential supplies that we were able to use. The garden and pool area are lovely, with plenty of places to lounge and eat outside. The location is perfect, virtually on the beach and supermarkets, bars and clubs restaurants are all in easy walking distance. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Palma. We’ll definitely be back!

Firstly, the welcome from Bernat and his daughter was exceptional. We were two hours early and whilst one of the houses wasn't quite ready they invited us to leave our car and cases at the property and share some fizz and delicious pastries with them. They could not have been more welcoming and generous. They set our holiday off in exactly the right way due to their warmth of personality and kindness.The houses are in a perfect location and are exactly as described on the site. The family have thought of everything that you could possibly need to have a great stay as the houses are so well equipped. I would recommend these properties wholeheartedly. A fantastic holiday which we will always remember.

Great family holiday

If you are looking for an exceptional family villa next to the beach, you have found it. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the owners with drinks and delicious food followed by an informative tour of the extensive property. We wanted for nothing during our stay as everything was more than adequately supplied. The children were thrilled with the pool and thoroughly spoilt with the clean beach just across the road, where sand castles galore were built. Villa was very well situated with shops, restaurants and childrens play area just ten minutes walk away. Our grateful thanks to the owners - Bernat and family for making our stay at their beautiful villa a very memorable family holiday and hope to return again one day.

Fabulous villa, great location

Owners welcomed us with Prosecco and delicious pastries. Very welcoming family and nothing was too much trouble. Very communicative via VRBO, WhatsApp and email. The villa was a short 15 min taxi from the airport and Palma city was only 20 mins in the car. Location is right on the beach and has fabulous outlook. It’s a well appointed villa that’s actually two houses with every thing you could possibly need. It was a pleasure to stay in their lovely home and there are plenty of fabulous restaurants close by. Eroski and Lidl just 5 min walk. Definitely recommend and we will be returning. A definite 5 star accommodation .

The perfect house!

The perfect house for a luxurious stay with family/larger group. The house is divided into two parts, which means two kitchens, two laundry rooms etc. This was perfect for us since we travelled with five younger adults who had their own space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was also great. The pool area and patio were well equipped, and everything was very clean upon our arrival. The house is within walking distance to Palma, many restaurants nearby and the beach right across the street. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating during our stay. They greeted us when we arrived, showed us the house and were quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Would really recommend renting this house if you are traveling to Mallorca, we would definitely wish to come back here!

Great Holiday 2019

The property was exactly what we needed, right next to beach with swimming pool and great accomodation, two kitchens as two seperate houses so twice what we needed which meant that the family could co-exist without feeling we were in each others pockets so actually perfect for large groups as we were 8 7 Adults and 2 Children, Owners made everything work from letting us check our luggage in early and leave late to even helping us with mundane details such as booking taxis, they bent over backwards to make us feel at home, nothing was a problem, we could text or email them and they would get right back to us. The arrival explanations and a lovely touch of some Cava and traditional Majorcan cake went down very well, excellant first class hosts, we had a super time and would recommend this to anyone, location, facilities and in fact everything was perfect for us.

Perfect for a big familj.

We were totally 9 persons( 3 mums and 6 teenage daughters). The house many bathrooms and bedrooms so it never felt crowded. We loved the pool area and the many different places we could hang around. It was only 5 min walk to two different supermarkets and the public bus to Palma. The beach just outside the house was very nice. It was a nice walk and bike road just outside the house all the way to Palma. The house was in a quiet and safe area so our teenager could walk home from the bus in nighttime. The owners was so friendly and helpful. They helped us when one of our girls had to go the hospital. We could really recommend to rent this house if you want a nice and relaxed holiday .
